This is the first and last time I use this company, every time there’s a snow storm they never come on time they come the next day late afternoon! I have until now done it myself with my wife. I’m really not one to complain but wow. When I called this morning I don’t want to say her name but she insulted me told me I’m not patient? Are you kidding me and called me a liar? Anyway last time!
Today huge snow storm and it’s 1: 35 pm and still not here, can’t leave my house can’t do nothing stuck because of them! No problem taking my money!

Horrendous. Next season, even if their service was FREE I would not have them. Complete disaster. Stay away from Tromax and any other Syljack company.

I do not recommend this company at all, I called them today and explained that we have to leave home at 6: 30 every morning and we need your service for 5: 30 or six in the morning, the employee was talking angrily and I can say that she was yelling at me, telling me that your request is ridiculous and hung up on me before I finished speaking, and I should also add that we paid nearly 400 dollars, In December we had to clean the front of our parking lot twice before going to work? , I didn't want to give even one star, there was no choice ‍‍

Worst part of a snowstorm is coming home from work and your driveway hasn't been cleaned all day

You get what you pay for as they say. Actually here that’s not true as we have gotten nothing. Consumer protection her I come.

This company does not deserve to be in business. Stay away from this company. Better off shoveling your own driveway then pay them money. They show up when they want. Receptionist hangs up on people. Very disrespectful. They don't seem to value their business.

The worst compony ever. Not only their services are not good, but their customer service is awful. In one word, rude, and agressive.

You are wasting your money by using their service, not on time, not clean, and not reliable.

Almost every driveway on our street was cleaned yesterday except ours. Tromax only came at 9pm! Never working with this company again.

Horrible experience for snow removal. Never came on time, always had to call and complain and even then it was always 9-10pm at night after a huge snowfall. Our entire street will be going elsewhere next season! Never again.

WARNING Avoid at all cost especially in West Park area.

Seriously its some dark comedy every overnight snow storm they showed up to clean at 7PM. Whats the point I need to shovel when I go to work, I need to shovel when I come back. By the time they pass I already cleaned the driveway twice.

They come HOURS after a snow fall. Huge snow storm last night + today and no sign of Tromax as of 12: 30pm.

Tried to call them but you can’t get through to anyone, only a machine.

Got stuck twice this morning trying to get the cars out, after shovelling for 1h.

Why do we pay them for?

Unlike their tractors, their service really blows! If you are looking for a snow removal company that regularly forgets your street & hangs up the phone on you when you call, this is the company for you! For those of you who enjoy throwing your money away, definitely choose Tromax! Guaranteed to be seriously disappointed.

I have been waiting for my snow removal ticket or marker for almost 3 weeks and it’s not been done still! So disappointed! And the only response I get is you are on the waiting list! Update it’s been a month they still did not come to put the marker or the ticket yet and for last 2 days it’s been big snow and call them and say will come but never come and been 3rd day still not show up and call many times and finally answer the phone but ask me not to call …. What a funny and rude company!
New update, Very Terrible Company, not reliable, never show up when you need them, you need to shovel a way out and in by yourself! Unfortunately, I need to call another company to come and do my snow removal properly!

Tromax has done a great job so far this season. They really bailed us out when we (and a close neighbour) hired them in an urgent situation mid December when our original company simply did not come (whole other story with West Island Snow Removal), and left us stuck in our houses for 2 days. Tromax has passed by to clean up a 2nd or 3rd time when no other company bothers in my street. There was always someone in the office when we called, and from my search of the Quebec registered companies site, Tromax appears to be a stand alone company, not associated with the group of 11 that includes our former company, Syljack, Rick's, etc.

Again with every snowstorm, no one shows up. We have called multiple times. As you can see all of our neighbors using a different company have had their snow cleared early.we can't even get our cars our of the driveway because of the big snowbank in front. Had to lift my dogs over the snowbank so that they could go for a walk. Unbelievable!

They don’t provide any service. Worse snow removal experience ever. 1st and last time with tromax

Been a difficult morning for everyone but I have been waiting for 3 hours.constantly told an urgent request was sent out to the tractor and then to be hungup on is really unprofessional. The "secrétaire " was giving an excuse that it was a lot of snow which tipped me over the edge. My raised exclamation that "This is your business to remove snow! " Was responded with be nice and being hung up on. This was not the service before Tromax was bought out. $16 for an Uber to drop my child at school and going to miss a doctor appointment that I setup 4 months ago. We live in Canada. Snow happens. Tromax never even passed once yesterday. I would not have gotten stuck if they had done their job. Begging for help.

All day now its 930 pm and ive been snowed in. Did they run away with everyone's money? I tried calling and the number is unresponsive.

If I could not choose a star, I would not give them a single star. The snow removal service is too bad. Every time the snow removal comes very late, the car can't get out at all, so the children can't go to school. This is my last time I choose this company

Got the promotion bait and now I’m stuck with a blocked driveway with snow that turned to ice for the rest of winter. No one responds to the phone number and no one came even after several signalings that the municipal snow plow has passed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service, guy hasn't passed in 3 days (just had a snowstorm) driveway is full of snow. Company will not answer their phone nor will the call you back if you leave a message.
Do not waste your money with this company.

I wish I could rate Tromax with a 0 star rating. It does not make sense that when 20+ cm fall they come once Friday morning at 5am and then have not seen them again in 24+ hours. In a storm they should pass 2-3 times. Otherwise what are we paying for?

This is a regular occurrence at Tromax, not a 1-off. They are great when 5-10cm fall, but after that they get overwhelmed and cannot deliver on the service we pay for. This will be my last winter with them and I suggest nobody else ever use them.

Additionally, customer service is very rude and offers no explanation as to why there was no cleaning done. It appears they are very disorganized and unable to handle a normal Montreal snow storm.

They haven't shown in 2 days after the snow storm. Nobody's answering the phone.
The truck came to remove the snow in front but not mine.

Been calling them for 2 days to send someone to remove the snow from the driveway; Been getting the run around, staff keeps saying that the snowplow will come in 1h and no one comes. That the dispatch has been sent. Talked to 3 different staff members (Candice, Sheila and Tiffany).
Its been 48HOURS THAT I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND THERE IS ALMOST A METER OF SNOW NOW. NO ONE IS COMING TO REMOVE IT. I will be canceling my services with these degenerates and I will be demanding a refund. I had to clean it up myself so I can remove my car from the garage. Like why would I contract Tromax if no one is going to come and that I got to do it myself. They are taking your money and not doing any work.
Other snow-removes might be a bit more expensive, but at least you will get what you paid for!

Ok service. Try to trick people for at the beginning of second for extra $50 if not re-booked by September.
