Premier rendez-vous de fait pour mon enfant très anxieux et ils ont dépassé x1000 mes attentes.ils sont génial et rassurant avec les enfants. Ce sera à l'avenir notre cabinet dentaire de prédilection.

I found this place a couple years back after my daughter went to another dentist and they almost botched her mouth, my daughter was terrified after her first few experiences, I finally found Dr. Nolet! Thanks to her and her team my daughter is now completely comfortable with the dentist. I’m beyond satisfied with there services and recommendations for treatment and have been going here over 3 years!

So far, we’ve only had our initial introduction exam, but it was a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone was very kind, welcoming and accommodating. They definitely made my son feel comfortable and there was zero stress. I am so happy we found them and cannot wait for his first treatment.

These dentists put a lot of thought into the best way to serve children. The waiting rooms are inviting for little people with small chairs and wardrobe area. The staff, from the reception area through to check out seem to be trained in handling children in kind and helpful ways. Most importantly, the dentists and hygienists are patient and gentle. They go slow with the younger kids, without pushing them past their comfort level. Dre Marie-Hélène Nolet helped us many times with our last minute urgent requests! Delivered the best possible service! Always positive, energetic and very enthusiastic about her job. My daughter loves Trottier-Nolet Dental Clinic! Cannot recommend them enough.

I was referred by a colleague a few years ago. I appreciated her info because it is a great dental clinic for children. We switched once to be closer to home to another dentist, but I regretted and would prefer to take the travel every time for my kids to get best treatment and experiences. Marie is so patient with my children and my 4yo daughter made her first x ray pictures today with no hesitation after getting familiar with her and the clinic. I am so impressed. The doctors are efficient. Receptionist is nice and clear. Highly recommended.

Always received a very good service. That is why even if we already moved an hour away, we still go back and keep them as my kids’ dentist.

Great experience with my ASD kid. The Dr and technician are kind and very professional. My boy has been patient of the clinic for 3 years.

The place is highly organized, wonderful and clean, I have been with them for 3 years, they always deal with my daughter with great professionalism and patience, and are ready to answer your QS all the time, starting with the reception staff, passing through the technical staff and ending with the doctors. My daughter loves them alot.

Mes deux enfants adorent aller à la clinique dentaire, et ce, depuis leur tout premier rendez-vous en bas âge. La gentillesse dans les soins donnés aux enfants fait la différence. De plus, parent ou enfant, vous aurez toujours réponse à vos questions.

Très accueillants et ne tardent pas à donner un rendez-vous surtout pour les cas urgents. Ma fille est sortie avec un grand sourire. Merci pour toute l équipe.

We have been attending this Dental clinic for a number of years. It was okay, nothing above par until our last visit. After waiting 9 months to even get an appointment we got in to the clinic and had a routine cleaning. My dauther is nearing the age of braces and has crowding. I wanted to speak to the Dentist about when and where to go for braces. We waited 90 minutes AFTER the cleaning of both children was complete and there was still no Dentist to be seen. After inquiring they explained that they had an ausitic child in the office who needs to be put to sleep to have dental work but the mother refuses and it was taking longer than normal. No problem, I told them they could have told me that 90 minutes ago and I would have requested the same; that the Dentist call me later in the day to review my daughter's file. I left and made it clear that I would still like to talk to the dentist. She never called. 1 month later I recieve a bill in the mail for additional costs not covered by the inital insurance. I call and explain I will not pay the remainder of the bill until I have have a discussion with the dentist. The receptionist barates me and tells me they will send it to collections, I told her I simply want what I am paying for and the receptionist hangs up on me. I will be reporting this dentist to the Dentist Assoication and the insurance company for fraud. They have not fulfilled their duties not what they are charging for and seeking compensation. BEWARE.

Very good experience. Excellent service and very stress free environment. Dre Nolet is the best! She was very kind and caring with my son, made sure he felt comfortable.

Service ultra professionnel, ils ont pris le temps de montrer tout les instruments à ma fille et de lui expliquer ce qu'ils allaient lui faire. Je recommande la clinique aux parents ayant des enfants avec certaines difficultés. Ils savent comment s'y prendre. Ma fille est une championne maintenant et n'a plus peur d'aller chez le dentiste elle est même contente d'y aller

Le personnel est formidable, ils sont à l'écoute de nos petits coco et prennent le temps de bien leurs expliquer. Mes enfants adore leur hygiéniste Marie.
Que dire des dentistes et la! La! Que j'aimerais être un enfant pour pouvoir y aller sans mes papouttes.

Staff is friendly but it's so difficult to have an appointment. You have to wait 6 months at least to get it. There's no flexibility at all for the appointments. The delayed appointments negatively affect children’s teeth, like what happened to my daughter. We had to treat 4 teeths instead of 2 because of the long waiting period, except for the dental retainer that we had to put in as a result of the extraction of those teeths.

Excellent service, personnel hautement qualifié et attentif aux besoins de l’enfant. J’ai été très bien servie et conseillée. Marie-Josee et Dr. Nader ont pris leur temps avec ma fille et ont répondu à toutes mes questions. De vraies perles. Je recommande fortement.

Ils sont tres aimables, ils nous ecoutent. Nous sommes recus chaleureusement et on recoit des conseils pertinents concernant nos enfants. Je recommande tout le monde d'y aller avec leurs enfants.

Un bon service, mais lorsqu'on parle aux enfants de sœurs et d'églises lorsqu'ils sont seuls dans la salle de consultation, je ne crois pas que c'est normal.

Personnelles courtoise, service impeccable, malgré tout ce qui se passe avec la COVID, on répond toujours aux appels contrairement à ce qu'on voix avec d'autres services ailleurs.je recommande cette clinique fortement

Super endroit! Ma fille se fait soigner les dents ici depuis qu’elle est petite. Les dentistes sont adorables et très professionnels. Les personnes à la réception sont courtoises. Très recommandée pour les enfants, bonne expérience pour les visites chez le dentiste

Ma clinique dentaire depuis plus de 25 ans, soit depuis ma toute première visite au dentiste. Je ne fais confiance qu’à eux, bien contente qu’ils me prennent encore! Équipe très professionnelle et souriante.

À chaque visite, on est accueilli par le personnel souriant et gentil. L’enfant se sent bien accompagné, rassuré et le parent bien informé.

Je suis avec eux depuis bientôt 3 ans, j'ai toujours eu de très bon service.
Ma fille est toujours contente d'y aller car elle veut avoir des dents blanches, ensuite elle me dit que les médecins sont super gentils.

Always a good experience, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind. My kid is usually a tough patient, but with them his always fine.

Dre. Nader, did 4 teeth for my three and half son, in less than 30 min. She is so so promotional and fast.

L’espace de la salle d’attente est minuscule et il n’y a généralement pas de place pour s’y installer en attendant le rendez-vous. Au moins on passe à l’heure, alors ce n’est pas la fin du monde!
Plusieurs l’ont mentionné avant moi; certaines réceptionnistes sont profondément désagréables. Un petit cours de service à la clientèle 101 pourrait grandement améliorer l’image de la clinique!
Cela dit, Marie-Reine et Fabiola, dentiste et hygiéniste, sont absolument merveilleuses. Elles respectent sincèrement les enfants et leur expliquent patiemment ce qu’elles feront. Ma fille me dit qu’elle a hâte de revenir, dès qu’on quitte la clinique! Merci encore pour votre professionnalisme impeccable!

Cela fait déjà 4 ans que nous allons à cette clinique et le service est toujours excellent! Les employés sont super gentils et patients avec les enfants. On passe toujours à l’heure. Docteure Marie-Hélène Nolet est exeptionnelle! Super gentille et surtout très très patiente. Très professionnelle. Elle sait comment faire avec chaque enfant. Rien à dire que du positif. Fabiola, l’hygièniste dentaire, est superbe avec les enfants. Patiente et met les enfants en confiance.
Pour ce qui est des réceptionniste, comme plusieurs ont mentionné, il y a un petit manque de professionnalisme. C'est le seul petit point négatif sinon le reste est vraiment parfait! Merci à toute l'équipe! On ne peut avoir mieux.

Ma fille été heureuse en sortant de chez le dentiste! Incroyable mais vrai. Sinon plus sérieusement clinique impeccable sûr tout les plans.

Worst experience ever! Never dealing with this clinic. Appointment scheduled at 3, I arrived at 3: 15 but advised the receptionnist over the phone that I will be late. She said it OK! Reason I’m late is obvious: walking with crutches and the sidewalks are not properly cleaned; therefore my mobility is extremly reduced. After more than 3 years going to that clinic and always being on time - no understanding of my condition and effort made to respect my appointment the receptionist told me the doctor will not see my daugther because i’m late! She said I’m sorry I should of told you over the phone when you called! Yes! That would of been so helpful. Can no longer stand that clinic, there is no customer service and the receptionists should slimply be replaced.
