Turkish Airlines Office

Bad customers service they don't answer the phone at all and we they did they put me on hold till the line was cut.
I don't recommend this airline at all please stay away from them.

Last year, I had a flight to Iran by Turkish airlines. It was the worst experience in my life. I never do that again. The flight attendants were rude and unprofessional.
They forced me to leave my carry on to cargo, while I had important documents in. He told me take your documents, and leave your carry on to cargo. All flight long, I had my papers in my hand. While, all people after me, had their carry on by themselves.
A real awful flight in my life.
To get back, also I had another issue with this airline. They told me your passport has important problem and they asked me to leave the lane and isolated me in a corner. It was really disrespectful. While their computer had un error. I was mistreated by them. After half an hour, they told me you can go. I wanted to ask the reason, but the manager left the gate quickly, without any explanation. Nobody was responsible for that.
It was my first and last travel by Turkish airlines.

Roberries and thieves from the moment you reach their airport, to the airlines service in turkey all the way to the Turkish airlines customer centre they are all racists, thieves and ugly. They are not qualified to be servicing any person. I regret every single moment I thought about going with them.
