Overall, I was not particularly satisfied with my experience.
I received a voicemail message the day before informing me that I had to come an hour earlier than the time I had booked. While I can understand they made have needed to change the time, an explanation as to the reason for the last-minute change would have been appreciated.
In general, communication was adequate but could have been more thorough. I was under the impression the person serving us was in a rush.
The dolly was damaged, but given that the location closed shortly after we left, we could not change it for another one.
A mistake was made on my invoice, so that the total was almost double of the actual amount I owed. They did, however, quickly rectify the situation once I called to explain.

U-Haul ne respecte pas ses engagements. Ils ont annulé notre réservation 2 jours avant notre déménagement. Je recommande U-Haul à ceux et celles qui souhaitent déménager en vélo.
