I went to Apple they told me they couldn’t repair my device and that I have to buy a new one. Went to uBreakiFix the guy over there was really knowledgeable he explained me the issue and fixed my phone within the same day. Thanks a lot, I really needed my phone for work

Got a Macbook Pro battery replaced there. I had a great service from Mohamad who replaced the battery a lot quicker than I expected and promptly called me when done. Price for this was fair and on par with market.

It's really expensive. I just had my pixel 2 xl screen fixed there, luckily I've checked everything before paying, they forgot to remove some cover inside so my camera was all blue, now there is some dust particule and the guy told me that if the dust is an issue I could always come back. He seemed annoyed that I saw they forgot something.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever gone through. They were unable (unwilling?) to fix my phone for 3 WEEKS, and failed to call me back to update me on multiple occasions, gaslighting me the whole time.

I'm insulted by the way I was treated, and was left without my phone for 3 weeks when they boast of repairs inside of one week.

Slow customer service, high prices, and online booking not user friendly.

I called to ask if the store repaired my type of Android device. It went to voicemail and I left a message.

I didn't get a call back so I went on their website & booked an appointment for the next day, in the afternoon. The online booking system had my brand of device but did not provide a drop-down for the model of the phone.

I had to travel half an hour each way, and wait in line for a while once I arrived.to be told that they did not have what I needed in stock, and it would not be worth it as they would charge $499 plus tax.

The worker also asked to peel off my protective film to have a closer look at the scratches. I said yes because it was before he told me about the price and lack of stock. And now I have a cracked screen with no protection on it. And no repair job booked any time soon.

I also asked about a Samsung device and the quote I got for that was over TWO TIMES the cost I got from other repair stores in the city!

Better to go to a small business with good reviews.

I reparied my pixel 6 pro sceen here and they've done really well. It was smooth like butter, like a criminal undercover.
Very professional and solved the issue perfectly.

EDIT: The one star review is not undeserved. It would've been very easy to check if you had the parts before calling me to confirm my appointment, saving me the long trip. I maintain the very fair observation that this is unprofessional and the reply I have received does nothing to improve the situation.

Had to make the trip all the way there to be told they don't have the required parts to conduct my repair. They wasted my time for nothing. They called me the same day while I was getting ready to be on my way to confirm my appointment but did not bother to check if the scheduled repair could be completed at all. Very unprofessional.

They changed my Pixel 3 battery and one week later, my phone won't open anymore. It was stuck on Fastboot mode. They said they couldn't fix it and that I'd have to send it back to Pixel. My phone was working fine before, pretty sure they broke something in the hardware when changing the battery. Had to buy a new phone.

Cannot recommend highly enough. I thought my iPhone charging port was busted, but it was just dust. They cleaned it (and solved my issue) in less than 2 minutes, for free. The person on staff was very friendly.

Fixed my cracked iPhone X screen, did a great job and looks brand new! Very fast, less than an hour.

Amazing job. Staff is friendly and the price was reasonable for the phone we were having repaired. It was ready within a few hours. Highly recommend! Just be aware that some high end phones have pricey screens (over $300 for some Samsung ones).

En récupérant mon appareil, j'ai eu Facebook connecté en tant que Cesar Machin et le sms que j'ai reçu pour réinitialiser mon mot de passe était en espagnol.
Dieu sait ce qui s'est passé durant la réparation.

Broke the screen on my Galaxy Note 9, but thankfully had the accidental damage warranty through Koodo, which is taken care of by Asurion. Asurion has a deal with uBreakiFix, which allowed me to bring my phone in to get the screen replaced, instead of opting for the $250 deductable and having my whole phone replaced through Asurion. For $130, I had my screen, battery and chassis replaced, which is is a hell of a deal in my books. The guy at uBreakiFix was very helpful and friendly. He had my phone all fixed up in a couple of hours. These guys provide a great service and I will surely use them again in the future if I smash my phone again. So, hopefully I never need to use them again lol A+

UBreakiFix is amazing! I always deal directly with Kevin who is the store manager! He is very nice! Not only does uBreakiFix have fantastic prices, they also have a great warrenty and amazing customer service. This is my second time coming to the Larry Uteck location and everytime I come, i'm always impressed. I will continue to come to uBreakiFix for all of my device issues! I shattered the screen of my iPhone 7 and had to get it replaced. Also got a battery replacement while I was there, since the old one was getting weak. They got everything done perfectly in less than 2 hours.

I think they also thoroughly cleaned the whole phone while at it - the power and volume buttons feel a lot tighter again, kinda like on a brand new phone.

The staff is very friendly and they price matched one of their competitors in the area.

The work was quick and well done for my iPad’s screen but the glass is inferior quality compare to the apple one: smear are harder to clean and it scratches much easier. Most likely one of the reason why it is cheaper to get it fix there as well. Also, I had to give them my password to them so they could test the screen after repair.
. Really not a big fan of it! You have to trust a stranger not start peaking around your device. I should have dump all my stuff on my laptop and bring it to them empty. Still a good service though.

I would recommend this service to anyone who appreciates quick service and great customer service. I had my Iphone 6 battery changed. They give you an estimate before doing the work and they do the work quickly. They called back within an hour of the repair. Excellent service!
