Refused to listen to an issue and wouldn't help me with a minor possible repair. All I needed was them to check 1 internal connection to fix an intermittent charging issue. I will admit it couldn't reproduce in store. They also allowed me to schedule an appointment at 10 AM on a day they didn't open until 1 PM. Overall horrible and disrespectful experience.

Edit: Update to this story, phone completely died 2 days after visiting this store and thus was broken when I needed it for work. I wish I could give 0 stars

They use fear to up their prices lol.went to RCtechnique on Taschereau and they repaired my phone in 20 minutes and it was way cheaper somehow

Touch on the screen was broken, they replaced the screen and put a screen protector on it for free.

Affordable costs and very good service, employees were super friendly and nice.

Ils étaient prêts à changer mon haut parleur
de téléphone défectueux mais avec avertissement: pour accéder au haut parleur il faut retirer la vitre du téléphone. Si on la brise, vous devrez payer pour son remplacement (3 fois le coût de remplacement du haut parleur, plusieurs centaines de dollars). Vous trouvez ça normal pour des professionnels. Moi, pas. Décevant. Je n'ai pas tenter la réparation mais le principe ne me plaît pas du tout

Official Samsung repair shop won’t replace the plastic protector on my Flip 3 because it’s “backorder”. The clerk said I should contact Samsung directly. Why can’t they take care of this? I just ordered a pack of 4 for 20$ and should get it in a day or two and it comes with the tool to do it yourself so I guess I’ll do that instead.

How can an official Samsung repair shop not change a screen protector is beyond me and their answer was sketchy at best. I’m under the impression they just didn’t want to help me and didn’t say why.

L'écran que j'ai fait remplacer à cette boutique a duré 9 jours avant qu’apparaissent plusieurs problèmes qui n'étaient pas présent avant la réparation. La pièce défectueuse a rendu l'âme sans raison apparente quelques jours plus tard. Après une visite à la boutique, je me suis fait expliquer que la garantie de 30 jours sur la réparation ne couvrait pas ce genre de bris. Je dois maintenant débourser pour un nouvel écran moins d'un mois après le remplacement initial.

Had my Android repaired here yesterday, and I cannot recommend them enough. Booked an appointment online, they called me in advance to estimate what kind of repair I would need and a rough idea of cost. I dropped off my phone with a very friendly, personable, and professional staff member (Kevin) and assumed I'd have my phone back the next day. Within 3 hours, I had a brand new phone screen at a very reasonable price.

As someone who relies heavily on their phone to access secured work servers, I was expecting to lose a whole day or more of of work when I woke up to a broken screen. They saved me a TON of headache. Easy 5 stars here!

Mauvais service à la clientèle, l'écran a été changé en mars 2021 et il s'est décollé en janvier 2022, une zone au niveau du clavier ne réagit pas, un trait noir part du bas vers le haut, je téléphone et un employé arrogant me dit qu'il ne peut rien faire sans que je paye encore de ma poche alors qu'ils ont mal fait le travail et avant que je raccroche il me sort qu'il a d'autres clients à servir

Il avait en stock, ce que d'autres prenaient plusieurs jours à avoir. Il m'a donné un RDV pour le remplacement de la vitre de mon Pixel 5 le jour même et l'a fait en moins d'une heure!
Très sympathique et souriant (derrière son masque), malgré qu'il était seul dans le magasin (employé absente maladie).

Réparation d'écran parfaite, mais le protecteur soit disant mieux qu'une vitre collée est vraiment nul. Ne payez pas plus cher pour un protecteur qui est moins bon.

Had my SAMSUNG phone repaired there. The service is impeccable, fast and very professional. They use original SAMSUNG parts and not some cheap alternative. They seem to want to help first than some mom and pop's shop who just want your money. If anyone needs his phone repaired, I highly recommend this place.

Le service que Michael et Kevin m'ont offert était tout simplement parfait. Ils m'ont donné les conseils judicieux et ont remplacé la pièces endommagée par une pièce d'origine samsung et mon appareil est comme neuf à nouveau.

Mon expérience chez UbreakiFix à été horrible, mauvais service à la clientel, délais extrêmement long et aucune communication de la part des commis. Bref un simple changement de vitre qui aurait dû prendre 1h en a pris 72h et j'ai dû faire mon propre suivis des opérations. Simplement terrible!

Went on the Sunday to get my cracked phone fixed, they had to order a missing piece to repair it, I deposited 50% of the price. On the Tuesday, they called me to tell me they recieved the piece and I went to get it fixed Wednesday, only took about 2 hours. My phone looks brand new, all for 120$. The touch screen works fine, but if there's any problem, I have 90 days to come back and they will try to fix it for free. The service is fast, very professional and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. 100% recommend to get your cracked phone screen fixed!

Mauvais diagnostique pour mon téléphone qui ne fonctionnait plus.ils voulaient me charger 230$ ou m.envoyer chez Samsung à mtl, me disant que ma réparation n.etait pas garantie.ils avaient tort sur toute la ligne. Très mauvais service.

On m'a chargé un remplacement de pièce qui n'a pas été effectué. Pour quelqu'un qui vérifie et/ou ne connaît pas beaucoup en électronique pourra facilement être floué. Après m'être plaint durant un bon 15min on m'a offert de refaire le travail bâclé, car ils ne veulent pas faire de remboursement. Je me conseillerais à personne d'y aller par le manque d'honnêteté du personnel.

Mon mac avait été déclaré irréparable après des semaines chez un réparateur affilié à Apple. Chez UbreakIfix, on me l'a réparé en quelques heures à prix raisonnable. Je commencerai désormais par cette boutique pour tous mes bris électroniques avant de me diriger chez le fabriquant

I dropped my samsung note 10+ and the screen broke.

Brought it over to these guys and they fixed it right away and its like a brand new phone.

Brought my Alienware laptop to be fixed. Took almost 1 month to receive the ordered parts which did not fix the problem, I didn't have to pay for the parts which is great.original parts were put back. Read on.

I decided to pick up the laptop as no progress was made and a possible fix would be more expensive than the laptop itself. It was my call to pick it up and stop the work there.

Upon picking it up, all original protective tape that I had left on it from purchase was removed, the laptop was filthy with dust and marks, adhesive was left on the lid, it had new scratches that were never there before and that cannot be buffed out or removed in any way, and several of the original screws were missing on the inside of the laptop.

The good: Vin was extremely kind and as informative as he could be on the status of the laptop.

The sketchy: A worker was interested in purchasing my laptop and had asked me several times to buy it, when I asked him what he would do with it, he said he would try to fix it.my question is, wasn't that the reason I brought the laptop to Ubreakifix to begin with!? To have it fixed by someone competent?

Note to all people interested in using Ubreakifix. They are all very polite, but take a picture of everything you can on your device before bringing it in.and compare it with the condition/parts of the device upon picking it up. I don't trust them at all. Could be one bad apple but its impossible to tell as apparently your device may get tossed around between workers which is what I was told.

I will be going elsewhere next time.

Absolutely, I would not complain about the price, the prices were all fair. I did indeed decide to cancel the repair, and the timing is no fault of Ubreakifix. But all I was told was that there were no guarantees (which is understandable and acceptable), however, there was no real conclusion that the motherboard could be fixed, I understood that it basically needed to be replaced. The technician agreed that it would cost more than the laptop was worth, but now it would cost 400 something. If I was told that with confidence from the getgo, I would have proceeded, however, would have still ended up with a laptop in poorer condition before bringing it in.

When I entered the store with my child, I could hear yelling and screaming coming from the back. I even heard someone say the N word and other crude language. I am very disturbed by the lack of professionalism at this store.

Pas capable de remplacer une écran comme du monde seal de l'écran deborde tout le tour du cellulaire. 149.50 pour de la job butcher.

Écran brisé. Réparé le jour même. Service impeccable et téléphone comme neuf. Je le recommande fortement. C'était a celui du Dix 30
