Not the first time I’ve gone and every time is a charm. The staff always helpful and professional at this location. I refer everyone I know to them. Last mishap was that after tripping my iPhone flew out of my hand and the screen was totally cracked. Brought it in expecting to come back another day to pick it up but it was ready in 40 minutes. Perfect job and the cost was very reasonable. The service makes all the difference

Brought my phone over because it didn't charge properly. A guy took a quick look at my phone. Apparently there was some debris in the charging port which cause it. Clean and test it in less than 5min. Now it charges without any problem. Didn't even charge me for it.

Recently got my hand on a galaxy s23 ultra and needed for the price it took out of my pocket a highly protective and durable screen protector. I knew uBreakiFix brand reputation for a while now but from a close friend he actually told me about one specific shop he highly recommended me for their care and consumer services the one in the west island! So I actually went out of my way and went from cotes des neiges neighborhood to travel all the way there. I was welcomed by two nice guys Oren and Ilan.

Oren took care of my phone and put on their home made screen protector wich is really perfect. And he showed me first hand how strong it can be for a really affordable price, he took his time and explain to me and gave me idept advices how took keep my phone well protected, very professional, quick and efficient and very knowledgable guy. For my first time at this store and on the west island I am very satisfied and highly recommend this place!

Very good experience, in-store customer service was top notch. Only reason I put 4 stars is their website advertises that the scope of work would take 45 minutes, but once I arrived I was told it would take 3 hours.

As a person who knows a good amount about eletronics, It kind of makes me dissapointed that they weren't able to fix anything I had after I gave it to them for several hours

I remember I gave them my phone once and said it won't boot. I waited an entire day and they couldn't fix it. 40 minutes later I fixed it myself

They can't even repair computers that well, I tried asking them to fix my corrupted bios (which IS fixable) but they don't support stuff like repairing bios

If you're looking for parts for eletronics or your system is virus invested then sure come here it's perfect.
But if your internals are completely fine and it's going haywire; don't bother

I brought my kids iPad series 5 with completely broken glass to Apple and they said they don’t repair. Apple said I can replace with a new series 5 for 400$ or buy a new one. So I brought it to Ubreakifix, the guys were cool and straight. Took them 2 days about to replace the glass for 139$+tx. Good jobs guys!

I had a great experience! My iPad screen was repaired in a day and a half and I couldn’t be happier! At the Apple store I was told that my iPad is “vintage” and they don’t repair it anymore, they suggested I buy a new one. Luckily I thought of looking for a place to fix it and uBreakiFix was excellent to deal with, super polite and helpful! Thanks so much guys!

First screen did not work properly-Upon my return today- Lost the SIM card holder. I guess I can wait till I return from vacation 8 August

Thx for the west island crew came in because I had a problem with my cellphone button for the volume and power. In less than 10 minutes they replace them for free. Excellent service.

Daughter broke the he screen of my X380 Yoga ThinkPad for the second time. Reached out to uBreakiFix to see if the here was anything that could do. They did an exhaustive search for a replacement screen but with no luck. Never charged me cent. Will be going back to them for any future needs. So nice to have a company that understands what customer service should be!

Poor customer service (Josue). Called to complain about this individual and price markup. Laptop dropped off on a Friday and given the password at same time. Told they would call on Saturday to give an update. No response called on Monday for an update. Told they could not get it to turn on and had to order a part which would take a few days to come in which turned into 2weeks and a few days. No updates from them without me calling. My last phone was told that the device was ready to be picked up but they needed the username and password to get in? (confused as it was given when dropped off but claimed it was input wrong by none other than the person that took the laptop initially- Josue). In the evening went to pick up device price had increased. Called the store to complain and was hung up on. Josue went to the back and had another "gentleman wait on me" who claimed to have been the one to fix the device (Liar) as the manager claimed to have fixed it. The next day someone claiming to be the owner called to say that he would be in and out of the store. Basically the avoidance game. A bunch of liars that claims to have voice recording of all our conversations but never produced any when question about them. Josue went to the back and had another "gentleman wait on me" who claimed to have been the one to fix the device (Liar) as the manager claimed to have fixed it. I visited based on reviews which are now questionable since meeting a former customer who spoke of their own negative experience but chose not to leave a review. I will no longer use this establishment as it is a cover up for bad behavior of their employees and would give 0 star if possible.

Great experience. I was unable to charge my iPhone and they solved the problem in five minutes and didn't charge me. Apparently needed the charging port cleaned. Very pleasant and helpful. Thanks.

Ive been here a few times but every time they seem to charge pretty high. Today I went there because my phone was unable to charge. They said it would be 250$+tax and they would start my changing the screen. I told them it wasn’t a screen problem but they said that’s where they always begin. So even if your screen isn’t the problem you pay for a service you don’t want. I told the cashier to give me my phone back as I would go look at other options and he refused to do so, I had to ask him twice before the boss came and told him to give me my phone back. Tried a wireless charger later that day and my phone worked perfectly except for the charging port. Found someone to inspect and fix my charging port at Fairview for 90$. Bunch of scammers these guys at ubreakifix
