I would like to warn any restaurants away from using Ueat, Moneris or any of their collective products. After 2 years of struggling and hoping anybody there might care, even a little to fix the issues, we are so frustrated, we are quitting them permanently.

The delivery side of their platform is and always has been fundamentally broken and they have not even attempted to fix the problems after numerous attempts to get their attention. They literally do nothing to solve the issues. The integrations between Ueat and Google, Skip, Uber, DD are not only unstable but constantly breaking leaving us with unfulfilled orders or angry customers.

Their Kiosk is not actually integrated with Lightspeed such that when someone puts in a kiosk order, there is no way to differentiate it from any order, leaving the staff completely confused, sending them to personally investigate with every customer, completely defeating the purpose of the kiosk in the first place. And of course, UEAT does absolutely nothing to solve the issue.

The most infuriating thing beyond this is that they force you to call Moneris support, often being stuck on hold for hours to try to solve something. Moneris support staff have no idea whats going on at UEAT, yet Ueat just constantly throws you back to Moneris Support.

This company is a dumpster fire and you will save so much time and energy using someone else. Deliverect so far appears to be a much better system

Ueat is awesome! It is providing convenience to our customers as well as attracting a younger clientele.

Application qui ne reconnaît pas la carte visa. Dans mon coin il y a trois restaurant qui font affaire avec UEAT pour les transactions en ligne et je ne peux donc pas faire affaire avec eux.

Very unprofessional company. They don't deliver the results. Bottom line they aren't worth the time. Not recommending this company to anyone who wish to tie up with them. Don't fall for the sales talk.

Absolutely unprofessional and slow. Not even 1 week old and a whole list of 4 to 5 technical issues unresolved. Staff isn't at all helpful, forget appointments and are EXTREMELY slow in fixing tech issues. Stay away and use 3rd party delivery apps instead. Technology is not there yet and there are many flaws. After sending several emails to escalate to the owner of the company even, there is no response. Cancelling in my 3rd week of operation and DO NOT RECOMMEND UEAT. Losing customers because of bad experience, so not worth it. They don't even have a PAUSE button and are apparently testing it.l Tested it and it failed. Gave 4 chances and now no more.

** update ** they threatened to charge me $299 plus tax if the pin code on their tablet l entered isn't given. They could have politely asked for the pin code instead. Their representatives need to learn some sort of civil sense and have some manners. Fed up of this company and it's people. STAY AWAY. We need to file a lawsuit for harassment. Never seen such an unprofessional company like the other 1 star reviews mention.

Honestly there is nothing unique about my criticism of Ueat. Typical tech company that is trying to serve the restaurant business. They really need to have servers and cooks sit are the design table for feedback. Integration with delivery tablets may have been the stupidest thing I have ever witnessed in my 30 years in the restaurant business. You can not control the timing, customer contact information disappears and the orders (like in their main platform) read like this.

Any constructive feedback I gave my rep was met with a shrug and a, “80 % of customers are happy with our product. ”
That aside system is very cumbersome and complicated, not for the by people but for most of us “simple folks “ which is not what you want in a restaurant ordering system.

Very bad handling. At the start, the salesman said everything we had before was still possible after the integration. Well, after a while, nothing was the same anymore. This company cannot resolve any problems whatsoever. Every day a new problem persists and each time, we need to call them asking why there is this problem and why. Do not use this company ever! This will be a waste of your time!

This is an excellent company to choose for restaurant online ordering. The support staff is some of the best and brightest talent I have experienced. They always can find the right answer for configuring the data on the platform. Highly recommended. Many thanks from Arizona Sandwich Company

I have been charged in my credit card and they do not provide the name of the restaurant. I believe this is a non Canadian fraud

The management is extremely poor, I understand from externally it might seem like a good software and company but working here it is very different, it is very unorganized and the future is very uncertain for this company. I do think that they have the right initiatives but management is really to blame, they need to spend more money and hire qualified managers.

I've been working with UEAT for almost 2 years now. I am extremely happy with their services and with the progress that they've made offering full POS integration with most online delivery platforms. They are always very responsive to phonecalls and emails and their customer service is always there to help. Pricing is very reasonable and they are always looking for ways to help you and improve on their services. Highly recommended.

So far this company is doing well, and I hope it doesn't go the same route as skip the dishes (Canadian tech) thank you for allowing for local restaurants to grow independently
