We got a quote for 1-2 business days for a simple 2-cut project. A full week past with no communications or updates, no one answers the phone. We understand that delays may happen, but either inform the customer and/or give a discount when you're a week late because it makes no sense to pay the same price for a service that is 3x slower than the quote. At least we got a refund.
