I have purchased a few items here and the experience has been mixed. They have good selection of scrubs for women, for men not so much. The staff is for the most part helpful and friendly, however, the old lady in charge of the store is be to be avoided. Today I went to the store looking for something very specific, a man's scrub top in YELLOW, not any other colour but YELLOW. I asked a young woman and she smiled and said that they did not have it but still she would ask; the old lady (with very short hair) came out of the back of the store and in a rude, dismissive, and disdainful way told me "it doesn't exist, do not look for it, it doesn't exist! " to what I replied that it was OK that they did not have it. I have spent my money at this store quite a few times, but it's not the first time I have had unpleasant interactions with the elderly woman; as a customer I deserve to be treated with a minimum level of courtesy; she needs to work on her soft skills or retire if she hates her job. In the end I purchased the item from Amazon (which proves that Yellow scrub tops do exist), for less than what I would have paid at the store; I had no unpleasant interactions with anybody and the top will be delivered in three days with free shipping. I am willing to support local businesses if I am treated with respect and fairness.otherwise I'll shop online to the detriment of brick-and-mortar stores. Amazon got my $35 Uniformes Direct got $0

[Edit]: The reply provided just over an hour before their scheduled closing time does not negate the store being closed for an hour past stated opening time this morning, that I was witness to. The reply is dishonest and in bad faith, demonstration of further lack of professionalism. Thank you for concretizing the need to avoid.
