Horrible customer service. Been a long time customer up until now. I paid a lot of money for express shipping and it got sent canada post and took over 3 weeks to recieve. I was told the made a mistake and would refund my shipping cost at once. It has been over a month and multipile emails now and i have recieved no email. Shame i have to take my money elsewhere and also no longer reccomend them to my fellow industry workers. Shame on you utc
