Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons acheté un interrupteur mural afin de contrôler notre ventilateur de plafond avec lequel les manettes à piles ne fonctionnent pas malgré deux changements de manettes et de récepteurs. Malheureusement, leur site web ne mentionnait nulle part que leur interrupteur était en fait une manette dans le mur (bref, avec piles). Nous avons donc contacté la compagnie par courriel le jour après avoir reçu notre livraison pour demander s’il y avait une alternative et on nous a répondu rapidement en 24h pour faire un suivi et nous poser des questions auxquelles nous avons répondu rapidement en moins de 24h aussi. Après une semaine, nous n’avions toujours pas de réponse alors nous avons fait un suivi demandant un remboursement auquel nous n’avons jamais eu de réponse non plus après une semaine.
En résumé, il semblerait que le service est bon quand ça va bien, mais qu’aussitôt qu’il y a un problème, ils nous ignorent et empochent l’argent.

J’ai fait plusieurs achats de luminaires via le site internet. Excellent service à la clientèle en ligne. Merci à Polina pour son excellent travail!

Wonderful selection of lights. My house is very happy! The lights sat unopened at the builders for 6 months (I was an early orderer because I was afraid of delays) and one was damaged and Union was kind enough to fully replace it all that time later. Now that is excellent customer service I would say!

I am very impressed with the customer service at Union! Poline is always quick to respond and chipper when answering emails. I know that we can rely on Poline to provide us with personalized guidance. We are very happy with our choice of pendants for over our kitchen island. We will be ordering the rest of the light fixtures for our house from Union.

The customer support (Pam) was fabulous. She answered all my questions quickly and efficiently prior to ordering and assisted with the ordering process. When we had an issue with one of the items Pam went above and beyond to help us obtain a new light. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend using Union lighting and working with Pam in the future. Pam thanks for ALL your help.

I bought 8 lights for bathroom renovations recently. I used the website which I found well laid out and user friendly. I received the lights earlier than expected, which is always nice. Union under-promised and over-delivered!
Unfortunately, a few of the lights had flaws, some superficial and some technical. Fortunately for me, Pam responded quickly, contacted the manufacturer and arranged for replacements. And she followed up to ensure they’d arrived!
Kudos to Pam for your great service. It’s a rarity these days.

Shopping with Union Lighting was such a seamless and enjoyable experience. I had been looking to update the lighting fixture in our dining space and was so impressed with the incredible selection that Union Lighting offered. I decided to go with the Panola chandelier which gave the space the beautiful French country, rustic feel that I was striving for.
The Panola chandelier exceeded my expectations and gives off the most beautiful glow in the evening. I’m so impressed!

The customer service was top notch and the shipping was very fast. I will most definitely be shopping with Union Lighting again for all future lighting projects.

Unwelcoming, started the conversation in French though I was presented in English and dressed up with very casual sporty jumper sweater

Poor website that lacks descriptions and demonstrations

I found all their products elsewhere cheaper, you can see them in person and return without penalty

J'ai entendu parler de Union Luminaires & Décor grâce aux designers qui réalisent l'aménagement de quelques pièces de ma maison. Quelle belle découverte! Lors de ma première visite en boutique, j'ai été impressionnée par la grandeur de l'espace et les nombreux choix de qualité proposés en matière d'éclairage et d'éléments de décor. J'ai eu plusieurs coups de coeur pour différents luminaires et lampes notamment. Il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour la maison! Je suis fière de faire affaire avec cette entreprise familiale, avec Joana et son équipe, (Brittany et Pamela) des gens de coeur.

Très bon service après vente pour faire respecter la garantie d'une lampe défectueuse.

J'arrive à cet endroit avec un goût spécifique, pas moyen de me faire servir en français. Service clientèle qui laisse à désirer et ce que j'ai vu des produits disponibles m'a permis de constater à quel point c'était cher.

I found this place a couple months ago and I wish I could have found it sooner. Such an incredible choices of lightning and a lot of great things for the interior too. You absolutely need to go see everything they offer! A lot of different styles and quality!

Terrible. Do not shop here. While the customer service team is friendly, they are completely unable to resolve issues. They take forever to respond to emails and offer no solutions when you do connect with them.

Bought 2 pendant lamps in May of last year. Due to supply issues did not receive the items until late October. (Customer service team did not provide updates unless I reached out to them). Installer went to install the lights and found a defective light. I immediately communicated this to Union Lighting. Because we had a hole in our ceiling the installer placed the light while we waited on response.

Long story short (and it is a long story) I had to purchase another pendant to replace the defective one. I was told it was in stock. I paid in early December and 2 months later have not received an update on my order.

Do NOT recommend this retailer!
