Is this place a joke? I called the TMR office 4 times, west island office twice and all 6 times disconnected by the reception. This is unacceptable!

First doctor appointment went great.

Second time, been more than 75 minutes of waiting. Certain courtesy and service is expected when paying over 250 $ for a visit.

Will not return to this company

Well, they did nothing for me other than charging me 900$ for a doctor's appointment, blood tests and then a follow up appointment where the doctor basically sat me down to tell me that tests results were ok (190$ just for that -could've easily told me that over the phone but instead I was told by the nurse to go back because there was something off with my liver). I'm not going back there for sure.

Clinic charges cancellation fees of 100$ without informafing or sending contracts to new patients.

Le Dr Selfanie est incroyable, j'ai eu une excellente première expérience. Je me suis senti très détendu et à l'aise pendant la visite et il a tout expliqué en détail. Le personnel était très courtois. Excellent service dans l'ensemble!

Le Dr Doumit était l'un des meilleurs médecins que je connaisse ! Il a été en mesure de me traiter rapidement et a eu une excellente manière de chevet. Je suis sûr reconnaissant pour la référence et je le recommanderai à tous ceux que je connais qui ont besoin d'un dermatologue

Incompetent, greedy and no work ethic, go at your own risk.

Family member had a small lesion, went to UnionMD for removal and saw Dr. Simone Fahim. They happily charged $850 for a 5 minute procedure.

Less than 3 weeks later it came back at exactly the same spot looking exactly the same as before, and they demanded another $600 to correct their incomplete removal (confirmed by surgeons at Montreal General). For comparison I've had similar procedures done at other private clinics who upfront guarantee their work for life.

I've been waiting for my blood test results for a week, I've been calling everyday, either no answer or the receptionist tells me they call back but they don't. I can't believe how trivial you think my health is

All they want is your money and they dont deliver what is asked. Horrible customer service, money hungry. Staff incompetent

Been calling since the morning, with no answer. The patient went on Friday for a throat exam, he is in severe pain and nobody has answered him yet, 4 days later.

Des valeurs! Ma fille a des petits boutons sur la jambes, petite verrues, la consultation de la dermatologue à durée 30 secondes, l'infirmière et venu pour nous donner le prix du traitement, 400 $! + 250 $ pour le rdv avec le dermatologue, l'infirmière à posé quelque goûte sur les boutons d'un produit, 2 minite de travail, une fois passé elle est allé cherché des papiers et j'ai pris en photo le produit, il coûte 145 $ sur internet

Waiting more than 1 hour to see the doctor in a private clinic! This is unacceptable for the cost it cost me. Bad schedule management

He is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and has great communication skills in addition to his professionalism. Truly would recommend Dr. Saghir to my family members and friends. Le service de la docteure que j'ai vue était parfait, très accueillante, chaleureuse et compréhensive. D'autre part, j'ai eu affaire à des infirmières parfois pas très agréables.

C'est un grand joke. Une grosse clinique avec beaucoup de bla bla mais rien équipé.
Le service que tu reçois est comme un numéro, le medecin hâte de te débarraser pou voir le prochain client. A éviter!

No one ever answers. It is impossible to get an appointment. 2 possibilies here: 1 the agent hangs up on you or 2 there is a dialle r issue with their telephony. I have called all day and same thing. I can't even leave a message.

To management if you need help with phone agents let me know I run a customer service call center.

I even left my number on the website hopefully someone calls back for a appointment.

Pire service, eue à retourné 2 fois pour la même procédure et chargé 2 fois pour la procédure (un retrait de lipome)

Premiere fois: fin octobre 2020: 45minutes de procédure et le lipome retiré a moitié: coût 675$

Retour fin juin 2021: On me fait repayer 800$
Puis on me charge 75$ pour un suivi annulé pour retirer mes points (parce qu'on allait également me charger un autre suivi pour enlever des points de suture)

Super place où aller si vous voulez un travail mal fait et payer en double

Tried to make an appointment and guy was super rude and hung up on me while i was making an appointment. Rang back and they tried to tell me it was internet fault. Dont go here is you dont speak french.

Praticiens compétents et à l'écoute, personnel soignant et d'accueil attentionnés et professionnels. Locaux propres et modernes. Un centre où il fait bon vivre et règne une bonne atmosphère. À recommander.

Adding another star to my review due to UnionMD excellent customer service. I experienced an issue with my billing and it was very pleasantly resolved. Would definitely use UnionMD again!

I had an excellent experience at UnionMD. Beautiful and clean environment. The whole team was outstanding. I found them to have the best pricing for private clinics in the TMR area. They cover so many areas and have lots of doctors. Parking was very convenient. I will definitely be using this clinic from now on.

The physician I saw was very caring and compassionate. Made an instant diagnosis and gave a treatment that solved my issue within 24 hours. The facility is very clean/modern and the staff were professional.
