Excellent customer service and came up with a solution for me when others said something could be done.

Well first i have to say, i was an employee at this pharmacy in the past.
The service has always been excellent for me. If you have a problem ask for Catherine she s the problem solver.
My last order was done quickly and efficiently, i am very gratefull for this.

Prescription jamais retrouvé, personnelle impolie, information contradictoire quand à la quantité de médicaments prescrits, la quantité de médicaments restante et la quantité effectivement reçu. T’es mieux d’avoir médecin prêt à jouer à l’avocat pour recevoir ta prescription à cet endroit.

After I called at 16: 59, one minute before closing time, they agreed to receive me late to get antibiotics for my daughter that were out of stock at my nearby pharmacy. Wonderfully helpful! So grateful for their service.

Un service extraordinaire de toute l'équipe qui travaille au comptoir sans parler de M. B. Cohen le pharmacien qui est incroyable. Professionnalisme, gentillesse, écoute, conseils, cette pharmacie est de loin la meilleure. Ils ont également une variété de produits de santé et cosmétiques extraordinaires. J'avais un souci avec un médicament et j'ai appelé tout de suite pour obtenir des informations. M. Cohen a passé plus de 10 min avec moi et m'a fournit les explications adéquates. Un autre point important pour tout ceux qui donnent des avis négatifs à cette pharmacie: soyez poli, courtois et un peu patient. Le personnel travaille fort pour nous aider et aider la communauté locale. Laissez votre égocentrisme et condescendance à la porte d'entrée de la pharmacie et mettez un sourire sur votre face, croyez-moi cela fera toute la différence.

Not often I write a review, but I have to say the staff is very friendly and the pharmacists go out of there way to help you.

Super service à la clientèle je ne comprends pas les messages précédents. D’ordinaire je vais au pharmaprix mais le médecin des urgences m’a vivement recommandé cette pharmacie. Mon fils recrache en général les antibiotiques et ils sont les seuls sur Montréal a les faire en suppositoire. Je suis vraiment contente. Merci la préparation a duré environ 4 heures.

One of the worst customer service I've ever had.

First, the lady who answers calls is scornful, rude, and couldn't care less. This is quite unfortunate because since it's very difficult to get to talk to a pharmacist, or even to the owner, this is the person you have to solve your problems with. And there often are problems: with medications, with insurance, or simply with awful service. When they mess up, you are the one who has to chase them for days -they sometimes even put the blame on you for the problem! They don't call back in due time. Communication is absolutely horrible. A relationship of trust is simply impossible. There are good people there who do good work- people like Lorraine and Loretta (if they are still there) - but it doesn't seem to be the majority. There are many other compounding pharmacies in the Montreal region and elsewhere in Québec.

This is an undated review after 10 years or more being helped through one problem after another, some serious, some simple, by Bertrand and his staff. This fine man and his team have proven to be vital in supporting my health and well-being, especially as it's become harder to see a doctor these covid days Their personal attention, professional care and compassion have make an enormous difference.

Great customer service, both pharmacy owners are great in their field as well! Hours of operation are a little inconvenient however their service far outweighs the times they are open. If it werent for Mr. Pearson I would have had to leave the province of Montreal due to not being able to find a doctor to precribe the medication I needed considering I was new to Montreal. He went above and beyond to ensure that I found a doctor who would take care of me before having to leave.

I've been a regular client at the pharmacy for 6 years or so for prescriptions as well as supplements from their health counter. Donald has supported me through some serious medical problems, making suggestions, compounding some healing remedies for me, looking up "old" formulas from well-worn texts and talking me through some very hard times. Bertrand similarly has given me personal attention on many occasions fine-tuning pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals to promote my healing and good health. They have made a huge difference in helping me recover from medical setbacks, standing with me through tough times. What a blessing these men are to have in my life.

Great place to get vitamins and natural supplements at the most reasonable pricein the neighborhood. However, when it comes to prescriptions expect a significant delay in the preparation of your order and if you have to have a medication compounded it takes several days - not a good thing when you need an antibiotic but this is only 1 of 2 compound pharmacies in the province.

I just found out the pharmacist, Mr Pearson passed away in sept.
It's a big loss for the community. Always there to assist You with questions and provide excellent service.

If you’re expecting your prescription on a certain day make sure to call every day beforehand to try and get it on that day.
They offer free delivery in certain proximity to the place which is a very nice service (I’m in CDN and the delivery is free). They’re disorganized though. So expect a lot of confusions and as said try and call as much as possible to make sure the prescription will be ready on time. A phone call confirming your prescription will be ready And delivered on a certain day is not a guaranty that it will, but it definitely increases your chances

Good service. Unlike other pharmacies, they are a specialist compounding pharmacy, and can prepare medication tailored for a patient. For our special needs son who would not take medication orally they were able to prepare a suppository form of his medication which was a lifesaver.

Excellent service, professional staff. Pharmacy Pearson&Cohen did a miracle to me! I have chronic pain, but I could not tollerate the pills which had been prescribed for me. The pharmacy has it's own compounding lab, they discussed with my doctor and they prepared a pain cream espacially for me. Now I can threat my pain without experiencing side effects. Thank you Mr. Cohen! Thank you Mr. Pearson!

Worst pharmacy ever! The WORST service, if I can name that service! They simply do NOT CARE, most especially about your health! CARELESS is the best word that describes them. But they LOVE the money though. ALL is way more expensive than anywhere else. They are not organized, not concentrated in the work that needs to be done, Cohen, always outside the door doing I don't know what. You have to call numerous times, they do not call back and if they do, they take your order down but then, never call back again. They do not take you and your needs seriously but they think very highly of themselves.what for, I wonder! Closed during the week-ends, that says a lot about the seriousness they have towards clients and patients who needs their remedies.
