Littéralement la pire pharmacie en ville. Si vous êtes a la recherche d’efficacité, à éviter à tout prix. Le comptoir des prescriptions est d’une lenteur impossible et les employés ne sont aucunement coopératif ni intéressé à vous servir dans un délais raisonnables. Même lorsque vous faites préparer vos prescriptions par téléphone, attendez vous à passer plus d’une demi heure en pharmacie juste pour payer.
Great pharmacy, go out of their way to help. Been a client for over 10 years. Always have plenty of products from flyer special available in store so no need for rain check. It’s a little tight getting around but merchandise is usually in its place and they carry a variety of items not usually found in a pharmacy.
First time customer, was there since my regular pharmacy did not have my medication. I was impressed with how the pharmacist was helpful and took his time to give me proper guidance. PS they also had a great range of products that you wouldn't usually find in a pharmacy. Definitely coming back and would recommend.
Completely useless employees. I do not say this lightly they are utterly useless. Asked if they carried something and the worker's answer was "I don't know, wait for this other woman who is on break". They proceeded to walk an aisle and stand there. No wonder brick and mortar businesses can't compete with online retails. GOOD RIDDANCE!
I had a great experience at this pharmacy. I'm sure pharmacies get a ton of bad reviews because people go there when they're sick and cranky, but I was pleasantly surprised. My prescription was filled in under 10 minutes, and the young woman at the counter was personable, warm, and caring. The male pharmacist took the time to double-check with me about the dosage, which I appreciate. I would definitely come back.
I have been a repeat customer of this pharmacy for years but as many of the other reviews state, unfortunately the customer service is mediocre at best. There was an error made with my prescription last week and after calling to attempt to get the correct medication for myself, the pharmacist was very rude and condescending. There has also been repeat incidents of my medication not being ready after I had called a minimum of 4 hours prior to picking it up. Unfortunately, even if it is close, i’d recommend going elsewhere!
Convenient, but I have noticed that employee (s) at checkout have consistently shown better attitudes towards white people and are more rude to people of colour.
I came here for labs and the staff were very rude. They also never provided the results to my doctor, even though their office called them multiple times. So I have to go have the labs taken again. This time I will go somewhere where they treat patients with respect.
They have really nice pharmacists that can explain things well,
but their other employees are so lazy and take their own breaks. The store will open, but they’ll tell me that they don’t know when I ask for a product they sell, like hair irons or acne facial washes, while it is 10 meters away from them. They won’t open up the store register until 12pm. They also have a no return policy.
Major plus is it is conveniently located, post office and pharmacy and place to grab essentials, been going here for at least 5 years. As for service, no major complaints. Some of the staff are more friendly than others.
They do not even deserve one star, the staff here are very rude and arrogant to customers like other people mentioned on reviews. This place was such a nightmare. I've never written a bad review until now, but I am doing it only for this time because they should know better. I contacted the customer service several times and they never replied so apparently there is no room for improvement for them.shrug*
I have no idea how they are not audited by the government yet. They have the questionable disposable N95 masks or surgical masks (the ones you buy a box from Alibaba of 100 for 12-20$) and they sell individual ones for 8.95$+tx.taking advantage of this situation to make money is very shameful.
The worst pharmacy in downtown Montreal. To transfer our file to another pharmacy, we called them several times and they just wasted our time with wrong answers! Not suggest it at all
The worst customer service ever. Staff here has no common sense about how to treat customers. They are very rude and unbelievably arrogant. You guys are in business because of paying customers and how can you guys be so condescending? One old man even yelled at me "LISTEN! " because I tried to ignore his nonsense and the other old man came to support his bad attitude not helping customers!? HUH? What is wrong with these people? I tried to ignore them, but the guy followed me inside of the store to keep saying what was wrong with me and that was totally creepy and not even necessary! This is how they are trained to treat customers here. Unbelievable, right? It was such a nightmare and I thought it is not fair for innocent customers only want to buy something to be treated this badly. So I contacted the customer service twice though, seems like they don't even care. No response at all. They don't even deserve one star. If you need to go to a pharmacy, there are plenty of other stores nearby with decent customer service. Don't come here for your own safety and peace of mind please.
I would try to avoid it here. We bought a thermometer. It didn't work and they didn't allow return since the package was open. Oh, well. How would I know if it works or not without opening it right?
Excellent pharmacy for new and expecting parents. Please rent the breast pump. Don't buy one. The ones you buy at the store don't work as well. The one at this pharmacy you can rent 80/month. You have to buy bottles and tubes for 80. This pump is the one used at hospital, they cost upwards of 4,000$ alone but they work like a charm. Not everyone can afford to buy and this is why I suggest to rent theirs. Their pump is better quality and renting one you can meet with lactation specialist for one hour free. My friends did not receive the best care at hospital with little and no help for breastfeeding. The CLSC nurse was a godsend and spent hours with them helping. She recommended this pharmacy. Unless you have over lactation syndrome she said you can get the cheaper products as it will work fine. But if you're having trouble the rental pump is the best.
Plus jamais de retour à cause de la politique de retour/échange ultra compliquée (et non, les marmonnements de la fille à la caisse, qui "switch" français/anglais n'aident pas trop).
Je ne retournerai plus jamais dans cette pharmacie malgré qu’elle soit tout juste à deux pas de chez moi. Le pharmacien propriétaire est un individu qui ne devrait pas travailler avec le public. Condescendant et malpoli. A éviter.

This place is so convenient its sells everything you can think of.they really listen to what i requested and they call me to informed me that they received it, very good service.the staff at the cosmetic counter are so helpful not trying to push you every product to make a sell.really appreciate this place, its like a mini Walmart.
J'ai très apprécié les suggestions et commentaire de la pharmacienne (que je ne rappel plus du nom) mais elle a bien prit le temps avec moi et cetait parfait! Merci encore.j'ai aussi dû parler au Directeur du pharmaprix qui etait présent et il etait très très gentil. Je viens d'aménager dans le coin et je vais revenir cest certain! Il y a tout ce qu'il me faut la bas!:)
Je ne comprend pas les commentaires négatifs sur cette pharmacie! Pour y avoir été à quelques reprises, j'ai toujours eu un bon service, trouvé tout ce dont j'avais besoin et encore PLUS. Vous en connaissez beaucoup vous des pharmacies où vous pouvez acheter des douillettes, rideaux, accessoires de cuisine, et bien plus encore. Même les produits protéinés WOW leur prix! Bravo Uniprix. Je vais y retourner c'est certain.
Pharmacist not even interested in helping when I approached about throat pain (due to strep). I had just picked up antibiotics yesterday from him but his reaction today ranged from suspicious to amused? I mentioned I couldn't ingest much due to intense throat pain, which ibuprofen isn't sufficient to manage. And he just said 'Advil is the best'. Yes maybe if I went to a grocery store! -Aren't pharmacists trained to be slightly more useful!?
If there is a way to Star negative value, I want to do it. One of the worst place to buy cosmetics. The staff doesn't know anything. They suggested a wrong product and when I asked them, they were reluctant to take it back although I explained and they wasted a lot of time for me in explaining things which are irrelevant. I would suggest a big NO for the cosmetics here especially the girls there are rude and they will give cheap looks if you ask any doubts and make fun of you on your back.
They have an extremely rude and uneducated person who works there, her name is Cindy. She is consistently unbelievably rude and I don't understand at all how is she allowed to work in customer service at all. She even brags about even if you complain about her pathetic and unacceptable behavior, she brags that nothing will happen! I find it unbelievable how confident in her brashness and low class! What kind of manager that hires suuch person? She also has racist comments and she should be kicked out immediately! Most of the rest of the staff are very rude!
On m'a suggéré de prendre des un médicament qui était un suppositoire au lieu d'un comprimé oral (alors que j'avais bien demandé un comprimé oral!). C'est vraiment lorsque j'ai ouvert la boite et j'avais réaliser que ce n'était pas ce que je cherchais. J'ai tout de suite demandé un remboursement (à peine quelques secondes après) et on à refusé parce que la boite était ouverte. Pourtant c'est EUX qui m'ont mal informé! Horrible service! Sans compter que la chef caissière donnait de l'attitude et souriait bêtement comme si j'étais un animal du zoo. Vraiment aucun savoir vivre et compétence en service à la clientèle. ALLEZ À JEAN COUTU QUI EST JUSTE À COTÉ! CHOIX DE MEDICAMENT EST PLUS DIVERSIFIÉ!
Grand manque de professionnalisme dans cette pharmacie. J’y vais depuis plusieurs années puisque sa localisation m’est avantageuse. Malheureusement les pharmaciens sont médiocres. Toutes les fois où j’ai eu besoin de médicaments ceux-ci ne m’ont jamais offert aucunes informations ou contre indications sur ma prise de médicaments. A plusieurs reprises ils ne m’ont pas donné les bons médicaments ou l’an maiv prescription/ mauvais dosage. J’y suis allée toute a l’heure pour déposer une prescription donc j’ai de besoin dans quelques mois le pharmacien semblais confus que je lui demande ce service et ne semblait pas comprendre la tâche.service atroce, manque de professionnalisme et de courtoisie. Si vous avez à faire à cette pharmacie je vous conseil de vérifier que vous obtenez les bons médicaments.
I've been a customer of this pharmacy since 1993 when I first moved into the area. Till recently, I've always had very good customer service the ladies (Reina and Lita) have always been professional, helpful and efficent. Recently my GP had a bad experience with one of the pharmacists, not sure which one. I've also had various unsatisfactory experiences with some (not the regular phramacists) but today they lost me as a customer. Their pharmacist Mr Nguyen is an impatient rude little man. I went to fill a prescription but my GP forgot to fill out some pertinent details (stuff happens, just had to check my file). First he told me the drug was out of stock and offered the generic brand. I take BP meds and the recent valsartan scare turned me off generics. Told him I prefer the original, BTW this is not the first time they don't have stock on my particular BP meds. Told him I only had 2 days left and he simply shrugged and gave back my requisition telling me to find it somewhere else. He did that knowing that it might be a problem. My GP had forgottent to specify the dosage. I told him it was the same dosage but with an added element, he just had to check my file. Today I went to another pharmacy with the same requisition and not only was it in stock, the kind pharmacist took his time answering ALL my questions and explained the new drug. Judging by all the negative comments about this pharmacist, and my personal experience, it's a wonder he still practices.
