UPDATE: I called the number after the reply from reviews. There was no answer, therefore I left a detailed message explaining who I was. I am still waiting for a call back and it has been two weeks. It seems like they reply to the negative reviews in order to appear considerate but do not actually follow up or do anything to resolve the issue. AVOID

My husband and just had the worst experience in customer service that we have ever had in our lives at this location. We walked in at around 10: 10-10: 15 am on July 28th 2022. I told the cashier that we would like to have a passport picture taken for our one year old. She called on an older man that was packing boxes, near the cash, whose name was “Misha” and told him that we would like a passport picture. He mumbled something under his breath and proceeded to say “well I just started and everything is blocking. ” He then looked at us and kicked the boxes and had an angry look on his face. I was so appalled by his behaviour that I immediately said that we will take our business elsewhere and that their attitude needed to be fixed. The cashier tried to de - escalate the situation by saying “it’s fine, it’s fine, come”. As a pharmacy, this establishment needs to hire people who do not treat customers like trash. It was shocking to have someone treat us like that in front of our faces. There are an abundance of pharmacies in the area that provide friendly service. Avoid this location at all costs, unless you would like to be treated like a dog.
