Pharmacy is slow. Never gives me the total amount of my pills that I pay a hefty price for. Always stuck going back in the middle of the month for more.

Good service, Tatiana is a very nice and smart lady, she greats in English and Mandarin every time after she knew I can speak mandarin, give the feeling like family. Happy to see again

I went to the post office today and was served by Tatiana and she was a delight! She gave amazing service the whole process was super fast!
She made sure i had an amazing experience and ill definitely be back to be served by her!

La madame de cosmétique (elle se nomme jibal) me parlait d’une façon qu’elle me soupçonne de voler. En premier elle vient me voir pendant que je suis entrain de regarder les produits et d’essayer de choisir ce que je veux et me dit que je dois absolument payer à sa caisse seulement. Je n’ai Jamais vu ce comportement! Je ne suis pas aller à sa caisse car j’avais d’autres achats à faire. Je fini de payer à la caisse principale et elle CRIE du département de cosmétique qu’il faut que j’aille payer là-bas. Je l’ai répondu que j’ai déjà payé. Elle me dit « what ». Mauvais service clientèle, je n’ai jamais entendu que c’est OBLIGATOIRE d’acheter les produits cosmétiques seulement à la caisse de cosmétique. Ce n’est pas parce qu’elle veut avoir des « points » ou des «  crédits » que je dois faire le tour du magasin pour aller payer mes produits cosmétiques seulement là-bas. Je suis vraiment déçue. Je ne remet plus mes pieds là-bas pour me faire traiter de cette façon par des employés.

Worst experience ever. I have an ear infection, looking for antibiotics. All she did was accuse me of having COVID. Then they made clear that they could not diagnose or prescribe anything. WHATS THE POINT OF TAKING AN APPOINTMENT! Disgusted utterly disgusted.

I have to say that Janet & Tatiana were beyond professional and efficient - they took care of my parcels with extra love and care. Two ANGELS on earth. A young lady who will receive these parcels will feel that she is IMPORTANT and she matters. May happiness find these two women ALWAYS

Fantastic service at the Canada Post counter. I was serviced by Tatiana who was so helpful and so generous with her time. She helped me alongside many other customers without once getting frazzled. So so so professional and helpful. She was the highlight of my day!

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Whatever crazy lady they had working the pharmacy counter yesterday ignored my elderly mother for ten minutes while fiddling with paperwork, there was no one else around. When my mother very politely asked if she could expect to receive any help that day, this person started yelling at her. Learn to hire emotionally stable people who know how to deal with customers.

I received excellent customer service at the Uniprix in Kirkland. I was served by Tatiana at the Canada Post counter & she went above and beyond to help me send a difficult parcel that was received on time. Thanks Tatiana!

I have tried calling at 4 different times and no one picks up the line from the prescription counter- just keeps on ringing and brings you back to make a selection of who you would like to speak to.

Since I am a senior citizen, I do not go out during the current onward COVID phase, and so I asked my cousin to mail in my tax payment on my U. S.property and to send it ExpressMail. He does payments for me regularly and never has a problem.until yesterday, when he went to this unprofessional and untrained postal outlet. The clerk, who had difficulty speaking English, kept insisting that he needed a "customs declaration" to send a cheque. FALSE! To top matters off, she wanted HIM to go on his PHONE and fill it out, giving him NO instructions on how to do it. When he protested, and said to call Canada Post, she REFUSED to do so. The Duty Manager basically flipped him the bird and insisted that the clerk knew what she was doing, but he did nothing to verify with Canada Post either. He was an apologist for poor service and poor training.training that this store had not given. When we called Canada Post, a very helpful Supervisor, Christine, agreed that WE were right.no customs declaration on documents, and, even if there had been a requirement, that it was the CLERK's responsibility to complete the form as not everyone has a phone or computer. My friend had to drive to another post office, the Pharmaprix in Beaconsfield, where their clerk was professional and knew the postal procedures. The Manager at this Uniprix Kirkland, Marcel, was extremely arrogant, rude, and condescending when told of the incompetence of his employee and basically said "don't come back". We won't. Uniprix is #3 in the market for a reason.service at Pharmaprix and Jean Coutu is far superior. I remember when this location was a Kane's Super DrugMart - Home of Super Prices and Super Service. Today it is Home to neither of those. Avis may try harder because it's not Number 1, but Uniprix certainly doesn't. A call to Uniprix corporate was not returned, which tells me all that I need to know about their customer service ethos. Time for franchisee Pierre Bergeron to clear out the dead wood at this location. Funny that every other postal outlet my friend has used for me (Pharmaprix Cote St Luc, Pharmaprix Beaconsfield, Dorval Mall, Canada Post Donegani.damn, even the Uniprix in Pointe-Claire Plaza) knew how to handle a simple mailing to the U. S.but Kirkland it was like sending a shipment of uranium to North Korea. I am glad that we recommended to Canada Post that they move their retail outlet to a location where it would be better handled, like the Jean Coutu across the street. I remember when there were professionals, lifetime CUPW employees at regular Canada Post stations like Sutton Place, Beaconsfield.not these part-timers who also fill shelves with deodorant and condoms in between selling stamps and weighing packages. Jean-Claude Parrot and your friends, you are missed. (I note that at least 1 other reviewer has indicated the same, that the postal counter is less than knowledgeable and professional.my cousin also received the same feedback from other clients after posting on Facebook).

Was a client in the 80's, moved back in the area and I'm a customer here again.
Friendly staff, clean store with space to move around and the nurse there is incredibly good

I don't do this often but I just wanted to point out the wonderful customer service I have experienced at the post office inside the Uniprix. I am a young adult that doesn't have much experience in the mailing industry. The person who served me was named Tatianna and she did a great job at guiding me through the process of mailing my letter. Even tough the office was extremely busy, Tatianna still managed to find time to explain to me the process and to answer any questions I had. I also had questions regarding Moneygram in order to send money to my sister living in Lebanon and even then she was of great help. Continue the great work Tatianna, until next time.

This post office has the WORST costumer service ever! Waiting for two Uniprix- postal employees to finish speaking about a personal story (not a postal issue) to get any service. According to the government recommendation we have to do our essential shopping or errands quickly “in and out”, we should ALL Respect this recommendation. When they bluntly ignored my presence I dropped my item on the counter and left. Assistant manager (Danny) was called, apologized and said he would relay the message to manager. The cashier at the front was prompt and amazingly pleasant. She prompted the assistant manager immediately. 5 stars for her she even wished me to stay safe. Maybe the two at the post office can learn about customer service from her.

PITOYABLE ET CARREMENT INADMISSIBLE, lorsque j'ai réservé mon rendez-vous pour une prise de sang le tarif était de 30$ comme d'habitude, je pose donc les 30$ sur le comptoir, et l'employée au comptoir extrêmement mal aimable me dis non c'est 40$, je tente de m'expliquer, elle rétorque froidement je vous dire que c'est 40$, de plus j'avais une autre analyse a faire sur le même prélèvement, et elle me demande 5$ supplémentaires (ce qui n'est jamais arrive auparavant lorsque c'était le cas). Encore une fois j'essaye de lui expliquer que je n'ai jamais eu a payer en plus, elle me réponds très froidement c'est 5$. En plus le service est pitoyable

J'étais à la poste auj, j'ai du envoyer un colis. J'ai eu quelques probleme, mais la Mme au comptoire a vu que j'étais esitante et a commencé me poser des questions donc elle a comprit comment elle peut m'aider, elle m'a expliqué les differentes solutions.comme ca j'ai choisi la meilleure solution pour moi. C'est pas toujours les employés prende le temos de bien expliquer, plus souvent ils fassent ce qu'on demande sans avoir proposer diff solutions et sans avoir bien expliquer nos droits.le service était très bon et j'ai même demandé son nom.elle s'appèle Tatiana

Worst customer service ever. Will never go back. Bought a product, although asked question why it is cheap initially i was not informed that it is a gel. When i wanted yo return it back the game started. I was not convinced by the explanation given and when i told them okay i dont need it so you can keep it, they happily accepted it. A gift to your employee from me.

My family and I have been clients at this Uniprix store for more than 20 years since we live near by and we never had any complaints about the service whenever we drop in to pick up our medications, buy personal products, or go to the Canada post office in the store.

For the most part, the staff in the store has always courteous and helpful when we have questions. Even one of their pharmacist whom we know for many years have always treated us well and provided good sound advices.

However, on our last few visits this past few months, there is one particular young women that we had encountered a few times in the store that we had found to be impolite whenever she served us at the cash.

At first we didn’t really seem to mind because we figured she was young and probably new but later we did noticed how she treat other customers and have negative attitude when we were being served.

We encountered the same young women at the front entrance today as she was greeting customers coming into the store. Again, we noticed how she was friendly and courteous toward the customers in front of us. She instructed my wife and I to sanitized our hands and questioned us each why we were in the store today? It was not the question that bother us but the racial attitude how she asked. My wife was visibly upset and wanted to file a complaint to the store manager but decided not to.

Instead, we hope Uniprix management is aware of this matter and will take the necessary actions to provide better training practices to their employees on how to treat all customer with respect, courtesy and good communication.

Very large drug store, they will have almost anything you need. Well organized and clean and he staff is ready to help and polite. When you ask where something is, they take you there, this is great. There is also a full facility Canada Post they also offer mail boxes. I buy my lottery tickets there.

Better check your receipt everytime.
Found that they didn't put all medications charged when I got home last month - charged for 60 pills and found only 30, no way to prove it so I just let it go. This month, they tried the similar and I found it before I left the door. The receipt/bill included medications I bought last month as well.
Hard to believe it's a coincidence.

Used this Uniprix for blood tests. Worth the 30$ to not going to the hospital and spending hours waiting. It's all taken care for you.
