I have been dealing with this Pharmacy for nearly 20 years, they have excellent service, professional and courteous, it's nice when you walk into a business and they welcome you by name and recognize you on the phone. Good people great staff.

The old woman at the cash is very unprofessional and impolite. She will talk bad about you to another client while trying to return something without the 2 bills. Although, one of the bills presented was the payment one. To improve costumers service, you need to improve your employees.

Very impressed! This Pharmacy has really turned things around ever since the new pharmacist owners took over. The service was extremely quick, all while taking the necessary time to explain everything to me. Would highly recommend!

went back to bring some crutches, with the bill.the crutches had no tag (was removed), and the sales associate said that without the tag they could not know if it was the item that I returned.all they had to do was enter the code on the bill and it would tell them what item it was, i told them that, they went to see the manager, but the manager never came out to see me, just sent them back.told them I would even take a store credit, but to avail.something so simple like looking up a code, that they would not do
NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. ALSO NO MEMBER OF MY FAMILY WILL GO and seeing from the other reviews i am not the only one

Worst service ever! I went today the 25th of January, 2022 around 7: 15pm. I was shocked by the horrible level of customer service. The pharmacist was so rude and started to yell. So I left the store and went to Jean-Coutu on Samson as well. I was served by very nice staff at Jean-Coutu and left in less than 5 minutes. What a horrible experience!

Worst service ever. Called in an order. Was told it was ready and had to wait 34 minutes. Called to complain and was hung up on. Worst pharmacy ever.
And now they responded by asking me to CALL THE NUMBER I WAS HUNG UP ON. Customer service is clearly NOT your priority, otherwise I would NOT have been hung up on.
