I registered my child to an event on Dec 26. Wowmoms cancelled the event the day before on Christmas Day and did not include any information regarding refund. I have been trying to get my refund since Dec 28. Back and forth emails, left voicemail and don’t return my calls. Horrible service and not surprised they have a very low review rating. Very poor customer service.

Nos enfants ont été au camp de jour toute l’été. Les activités varies et amusantes pour les enfants. Éducatrice formidable, réceptionniste très chaleureuse et souriante. Elle prenait soin de nos cocos les matins et les soirs. Nous avons pris un abonnement au Wowmoms Laval pour la prochaine année. Ce centre a tellement été améliorer depuis la dernière année. Notre cocotte débutera pour la 3e session les cours de ballet en septembre. Elle est tellement heureuse. Un endroit que je recommande à tous. Surtout aux familles avec des enfants en bas âge:)! Certain que mes enfants seront de retour l’an prochain pour l’été complet au camp de jour.

J'aime bien le concept de prendre un café pendant que notre enfant Joue. Par contre, l'air de jeu fait un peu dur. Des maisonette et un seul bonhomme. Un coin vétérinaire et un lit de poupée mais il a seulement un seul toutou. Presque pu de jouet.
Avant ce n'était pas séparé mais maintenant oui. Il a un espace 2 ans et moins, c'est très décevant car mon garçon A 3 ans et 1 mois et dans cette section il a Des jeux intéressant pour lui, je trouve ça plutôt ordinaire cette séparation. Également avant il avait des crayons pour dessiner mais la que des crais qu'on peu dessinée sur un petit bout de mur.

Également l'air de jeux est sale. Je suis arrivé a 9h30, cela n'a pas été long qu'on avait le dessous des pieds noirs. Plutôt ordinaire

La fille au café qui fait la nourriture est très fine et la nourriture c'est très bien.

Did my girls birthday in May this year! Was an amazing experience Noemie and Beatrice to care of us from A to Z. Noémie is there to assist you and respond to all your questions for a perfect birthday party. From a nice coffee to different Birthday theme. We pick sky from paw patrol and my girls are still talking about that day to this day!:) I am recommending Wowmoms Laval for birthday. We did a private event and it was truly amazing, you have the Center for you.

I recently had a highly disappointing customer service experience while attending the Moana activity at the Laval WOW Mom.

Here are the details of my unfortunate encounter:
1. Late Start: The Moana activity was scheduled to begin at a specific time, but it started significantly late. This lack of punctuality was frustrating for attendees, especially for those who had made arrangements and planned their day accordingly. The delay resulted in a disorganized and rushed experience for the participants, ultimately diminishing the enjoyment of the event.
2. The stark difference between what was advertised and what was actually delivered. Specifically, the activity promised a foam party experience, but there was a complete absence of foam.
3. A Rude blonde lady further exacerbated the negative experience. Instead of providing helpful assistance or addressing concerns raised by participants, the manager displayed an unacceptable attitude. Their behavior was disrespectful and demeaning, which is not acceptable in any customer service role.

It is crucial for event organizers to uphold their responsibility in providing accurate and truthful information about the activities they offer. Misleading attendees through false advertising only serves to create dissatisfaction, tarnish the reputation of the event, and discourage future attendance.

Used to love going there, but they’ve made new changes and not for the best… Now they charge all adults for the play area, and if I pay for an organized activity I have to pay extra for the play area… personally I think that’s a bit too much considering the price we are already paying for the activities.

And there’s not enough food choices in the bistro considering we can’t bring our own food (for example for pregnant moms or for young babies) and the prices are sometimes ridiculous (11$ for a smoothie? !).

I’ll still go sometimes because my daughter loves to play over there but I won’t be going as much because it’s too much money for me for a couple of hours…

Super place pour les enfants et prendre un café. Très professionnel. Belle variétés de cours.

3rd event I go. First time it was Encanto.didn't go that well but I was happy they offered a 2nd visit at no charge.the 2nd visit was better
We went to a Mario obstacle course today. MARIO WAS EXCELLENT. Not sure what it is with the staff there. The girls are always moody, not very friendly either.
The event started 20 mins late.

Playground was clean as usual but toys were missing again (the animals for the vet clinic as an example).

Quelle belle découverte aujourd'hui avec mon petit fils. Tea bien adapté pour la famille. Très sécuritaire. Noua avons adoré.

Bel endroit bien orgasiné et les employées sont très gentilles et attentionnées! Bien hâte d'y retourner.

A chaque fois que je viens dans cette endroit je suis tres tres déçu de leur service, je recommande wowmoms Montreal de loin

Univers Wowmoms Laval est un endroit extraordinaire. Étant maman de deux enfants (2ans et demi et 6 mois), cette endroit est pour moi, une deuxième maison.

Ils offrent une vaste variété de cours pour les enfants, et les mamans. Un calendrier varié chaque mois avec des évènements spéciales la semaine et les fin de semaine.

Un endroit, propre et sécuritaire pour tous les âges. Les enfants jouent, et nous prenons un café, qui d’ailleurs est excellent avec un merveilleux service.

Quoi dire de leur programme de natation unique. Depuis que les enfants ont 3 mois qu’il suive des cours de natation dans la piscine chauffe, avec un moniteur spécialisé, qui est attentionné plus que jamais.

Les enfants veulent toujours y retourner, à tous les fin de semaine. Je suggères fortement cet endroit à tous les familles.

J’ai adoré mon expérience avec ma poupoune de 5 mois. Rien de plus cute que de voir 4 petits bébés faire la thérapie par flottaison, dans le même bassin. Je recommande. C’était vraiment mignon à regarder:).

Cliente chez wowmoms depuis la naissance de ma fille. 2 ans et demie déjà. Super concept évolutif avec l’enfant. Il y a tout au meme endroit, il y une aire de jeux, salle d’allaitement, gym, cours de natation, organisation de fête et bistro avec de super cafés pour les parents! Ils ont une vaste gamme d’activités offerte tout les mois pour les + petits et les plus vieux! Ma fille fait les cours de ballet le week-end et on s’inscrit mensuellement à diverses activités chaque mois! Je recommandes à toute mes amies, mes amies font la route car ça vaut le détour!

I was there a few weeks ago for the first time, with my niece, and it was quite unpleasant to see such unexperienced staff!

Do not be fooled by the Pinterest looking facility, all they are concerned about is how their facility looks rather than their customers needs!

Owner very rude and not professional at all. Service super long and horrible. Not organized. No activities planned for the kids. Stay away from here and plan birthday parties elsewhere. The owner told us he doesn't want us here.

My son had an amazing experience at wowmoms! The flotation therapy was incredible and the staff is wonderful:) highly recommend!

I have never experienced such bad customer service. The owner is very rude and disrespectful, he legit screamed at the birthday guests to go to the party room. We were clients who purchased coffees as we were watching our kids playing. The floor manager, who is his partner I believe, had an attitude problem and kept on yelling to the kids… the paint activity was fun but all the moms had to clean up as they had no staff doing it, the organization was horrible… Definitely would not recommend this place to any of my family and friends. Stay away!

The rudest staff. A man who claims to be the owner spoke to us extremely rudely and unprofessional. Learn to operate your business with respect towards your clients.

I had my son's birthday party at WowMoms Laval and it was a huge success! First of all, you feel like you are in a playground in Los Angeles or Miami. Such beautiful and clean venue. The play area and private room were so well equipped for little ones that all my guests were able to sit down and enjoy a coffee and adult time. The owner Alexia was on site managing her staff the entire time which made my experience as a host less stressful and more enjoyable.
They also have a bistro/coffee shop which offers great healthy stuff so if ever you just go on a regular day, you can enjoy that too!
Great experience and will definitely be back!

J'ai acheté un paquet avec plusieurs cours avant la pandémie. Ils étaient supposément ouvert toute l'année 2021. Mais on s'entend que n'ayant pas beaucoup d'information sur le virus j'allais pas m'exposé. Je suis tombé enceinte, par la suite vers la fin 2021 et j'ai appelé à plusieurs reprise pour des cours prénataux. Il y en avait pas par manque de personnelle et on m'avait dit qu'aucun problème avec les cours que j'avais acheté et qu'on me retournerai l'appel quand les cours seront disponible.jamais reçu d'appel. Maintenant, on ne veut pas me redonner les cours, car ils était toujours ouvert et ça fonctionne comme un abonnement au gym. On ne me l'a pas dit ça quand j'ai acheté les cours. De plus, on été dans une situation spéciale. J'ai rappeler plusieurs fois semaine dernière pour parler avec le superviseur. Ça fait 2 semaine j'attends l'appel et toujours rien.

Bien que mon fils ait adoré son expérience de flottaison, je n'ai pas du tout été impressionnée par l'hygiène et la propreté sur place. Mon fils, qui fait ses dents, a bavé sur le flotteur pendant 30 minutes, et l'employée n'a jamais désinfecté le flotteur par la suite pour le prochain bébé (en plus qu'on sort dune pandémie, il me semble que ça devrait être plus que fait). Aussi, pendant que je changeais la couche de mon bébé, elle a sorti du chlore d'une armoire en-dessous de moi et en a mis dans le bain.il y a certainement des vapeurs/émanations qui en ont été dégagées.proche d'un bébé, ça ne se fait pas! Svp revoir vos processus de nettoyage, ce sont de très jeunes bébé qui sont vos clients:)

Wow c est magnifique l’endroit c est très bien fait, mon enfant il ne voulait pas sortir, mais malheureusement l’air de jeu n’était pas propre trop de poussière

We absolutely love this place. The staff is so sweet! My boys did swimming classes there and it changed our lives. They were both afraid of the water before we started doing classes there but the instructor made sure to introduce the water slowly with games and confidence. We now have a swimming pool and my kids both swim likes fishes:)

The play area is very clean and super organized. With Covid its been hard to bring my little princess but when we went the owner was there and made sure our experience went smoothly. The little bistro is super yummy too!

Gros problème de gestion d'horaire.première visite un mercredi j'ai dû partager le bain avec 2autres mamans du à un problème dans les réservations. On m'a offert une scéance gratuite le vendredi de la semaine suivante pour s'excuser de l'erreur.arrive sur place le vendredi matin, encore quelqu'un de cédulé en même temps que moi.ils devraient régler leur problème de cédule parce qu'il n'est vraiment pas professionnel faire déplacer les gens pour rien et leur faire perdre leur temps.

DO NOT PAY in advance, I did and lost about 300$, they just told us it's been a while we did not use our membership, regardless the PANDEMIC! We lost whatever we have paid, eventhough the owner was nice when we started.very disappointing.

I went to WowMoms Laval location and had such a great experience. The staff is so attentive. The rooms are super clean and both my toddlers were enjoying their time to so much, I actually had some quiet time to myself!:) absolutely recommend it!

I really liked my experience at Wow moms! For new babies and new moms it’s an original activity to do and bring the grandmas to take pictures. However, It would have been nice to be guided by the employee to what service to get based on baby’s age…

We don’t recommend. Very disorganized and they tend to cancel classes last minute (warning you last minute or without warning). We paid in advance for 10 swimming lessons.

1- It seems that the staff just does not talk to each other, they are constantly confused with your file, anytime you speak with someone different they are completely lost as to what is happening. Although we paid in advance, we had to call several times to get the classes booked…
2-They cancelled classes last minute on numerous occasion (calling you less than 24 h in advance without making sure you received the message). If it were the other way around, well you would lose the class you paid for. Then they cancelled two other classes without warning! We always have to call the same day to make sure the class is still scheduled…even if we did receive confirmation emails, you just can’t trust that!
3- The swimming lessons are fine although the instructors are constantly changing which always takes an adaption period for the babies (and ruins half the 30 min lesson because they cry since they don’t know the new instructor)

Edit to reply to their reply below: just to be clear, they did leave me a voicemail message after my review… to tell me about yet another last minute cancellation…and the “options” they gave me were to refund me the last 2 classes (one of which… again… they cancelled last minute).

Awesome place for toddlers and babies, all the toys are safe and clean, the location is spacious and the seating for parents is great. Overall, would recommend to anyone looking for a change of scenery.

I used to enjoy coming here until they changed owners.
The staff is horribly rude and not understanding.
I’ve invested money here and sadly will be losing it because I refuse to go back.
Save your money.

Mon fils Mateo à eu une séance de flottaison nous avons adoré. Et que dire du service je vous ai fait de la publicité sur un groupe de maman vous devriez avoir de nouvelles clientes d'ici peu.

Wow super! Certainement pas notre dernière fois la bas. Une belle ambiance, au petit soin avec nous et nos plus petits. L’endroit est si jolie. Hâte de revenir pour les flotaisons et aussi pour voir l’espace wow jeux! Très belle endroits familiale pour les parents et les bébés/enfants.

Dont pay in advance, I had bad expérience with them because I paid to them whole amount, they gave me bad services, I do not recommend any person, customer services is important thing in the business they do not have it, I just lose my money in that place.

Had a great experience for my daughter's first swimming lesson. The place was super cute and their iced coffee was so good! Such a cool chill spot.

Something has changed at the Laval location recently. The original franchisee is no longer there and it shows. There are constant parties and those who are there for the swimming sessions cannot access the play area, the bistro or any other area. When available, the Bistro products have changed, the smoothies are not as they used to be nor is anything else. Very disappointed.
