Really bad service when it comes to their USP brokerage. International packages are not cleared in a timely manner despite being given the paperwork in advance by Fed Ex. For the past few shipments, our parcels are stuck at Custom in Mirabel, QC for more than 24 hours. When we called the USP broker by the name Chantal asking her to help release the package, she did not answer her calls. Very frustrating work experience. One time a colleague had to drive for 2 hours after business hours to retrieve the package, otherwise we would have lost important research perishable reagents.
