I recently purchased a car with the help of Jamie Etcovitch, who was a kind and helpful salesperson. This was my first visit to Volvo West Island. I had an appointment for a tire change at 7: 30am and when I got there at 7: 25 I was 5th in line outside the doors. It took less than 5 minutes to get me inside, where I was greeted by John with a smile, who somehow knew my name and had my file in hand to take care of me in a quick and efficient manner.
I also needed a ride less than 5km away and was graciously driven by Louisji to my destination. What fantastic service.
I actually look forward to my next visit!

I have been coming to service my Volvos here for the past 15 years. Marius, John and Rico are truly the dream team when it comes to service. They really go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. I come back to this place because of them! They know their cars; Marius was a mechanic when I first met him and he worked his way up to be the most knowledgeable service manager I have ever dealt with. People make the difference and I hope this is recognized. From my classic 240 to my S60 they can work on anything.

After many years of buying cars, i got used to bad and stressful experiences, and didn't look forward to my next car buying experience. But in 2020 I got a lease from this Volvo West Island and it was a great experience, Christian Mujica made a huge effort to understand my needs, and meet my budget. And the rest of the team made the buying process as easy as possible. He then kept in touch with me to make sure the car was meeting my expectations, helping me schedule maintenance, and even helping me figure out how to repair a crack windshield. With my lease finishing this year, I started shopping for a new car, and as any good costumer has to do, I visited many other brands, including other Volvo dealers. But Christian and the West Island team set a new bar for my expectations of buying and owning a car, again they went far and beyond to meet my needs and budget, and I was happy to get my second car with them. Other dealers need to step up their game if they want costumers like me to even consider them going forward.

Probably the best experience at any dealer past or present. My Volvo's have been serviced at Volvo Pointe-Claire (Volvo West Island) for almost 20 years. I went away for a couple of years but recently came back as I purchased another Volvo. It was like coming home, where everyone knows your name, lol. And it bodes well that the majority of people I used to deal with are still there doing what they do. Marius, the Service Manager, who diagnoses my issue while doing 2 other things, squeezes me in because he can. The boys at the Service Counter, John & Federico and Matthew & Crew in the Parts Department, always with a smile on their faces and always asking how they can be of service. Jeff, the GM, always available to chat and make sure all runs smoothly. And to all the staff that don't even know me, who smile and say hello as they walk by. Thank you Volvo West Island, always look forward to seeing you guys! Other Dealers should follow your lead!

Kind of a Meh experience. The saleswoman didn’t know much about the car she was selling nor about numbers. I mean When the customer is correcting the salesperson on multiple occasions… There might be a problem.
*I find it interesting that the other Volvo dealership was willing to give a 7k discount for roughly the same car (V60 CC). So the given discount of 2784,14$ in comparison sounded like a joke. But yeah bonus star for making it quick.

Served by Jamie and found him to be very professional. We felt that he was genuinely interested in finding us the right fit and took the time we needed to make an informed decision. He also followed up on all our requests in a timely manner. All in all a good experience.

Volvo is one of the best European car, they also famous in driver and passenger safety.
My wife and I meet madam Nadine Viens to have test drive with XC40 then we can make a decision to buy electric one.
She was so nice with us and explain the car future and process of preregistration for electric car. We want to thank her a lot.
It was a good experience for us and we will consider to have drive test with electric one when they come soon and when they have one for test.

I had side runner panels installed on my Volvo XC90 by the dealership “Volvo West Island”. Immediately within the first 3 months they were covered in rust.

I returned to the dealer and they said that they would buff it out and that would resolve the issue. Unfortunately just a couple of months after that, they rusted again. The dealer opted to try and buff it again rather than replace them and again a couple of months later they rusted.

Now they are saying that they are not under warranty when in fact they should have replaced them immediately when we first complained.

These were not cheap at $2000 and should not have rusted after just a couple of months.

We are very disappointed in both the dealership and in Volvo Canada for providing a substandard product and not standing behind what they sell.

My wife and I have just taken possession of our second Volvo, a 2022 S-90 hybrid, and we are not only thrilled with the automobile, we also want to thank Mr. Ashish Patel and Mr. Ibrahim Benamerane for their professionalism and amiability. Personal service like they demonstrate does not often occur so I am pleasantly compelled to make this posting; my first ever, anywhere. I had been a long-time owner of another brand of automobile and the attention my wife and I received at Volvo WestIsland was in a class apart. Mr. Christian Mujica's help in setting up the parameters of the techno aspects of the new car was invaluable and a true necessity. I think my wife and I are ordinary clients and if Volvo WestIsland can treat us with respect and dignity, they can do so for other clients, too. My compliments to the director of Volvo WestIsland for have the quality staff you have. Compliments to the support staff and Mr. Marius Ion who make the place work like a clock.

It is with pleasure I can say I have full confidence in the team at the West Island location to take care of all details necessary in purchasing and servicing the vehicles. It does get busy at times (especially during tire season), and I think that is just an owed to how well they are doing and keeping up with the flow of everyone and everything. I am the owner of a Volvo 2009 XC70 and have been servicing my car at Volvo Pointe Claire which is located on the West Island in Montreal. My car has been continually serviced there for the past 12 years and has been very well maintained by the service team there. Recently I had an issue with my battery and could not get the car started so it would have to be towed in order to get it serviced. Where I park is at the back of my condo complex and there is a significant incline, I have to go up to get to the main road as well as a narrow access road. I have a CAA membership and I called them to tow my car. The tow truck arrived and when the driver saw where the car was, he indicated that he was not able to tow it.
At this point I called Volvo Pointe Claire, spoke to Marius Ion and explained the situation to him. He said that he would send some of his service team to pick up some gravel so that we could put it on the lot and slippery incline which was the problem. At that time he also indicated that one of their tow truck service contractors was a very experienced individual and he would recommend him to me. Within an hour the lot & access road had gravel put in place and the tow truck driver had come and very capably got my car hooked up an on it’s way to Volvo.
I am putting this note together so that the general public can be made aware of what excellent service with a customer focus looks like. Mine was an exceptionally unusual circumstance and the Volvo service team did not hesitate for a moment to help me out. I give my thanks to Marius and the Volvo service team-remarkable & excellent!
Volvo doesn’t only have excellent cars they also have a staff of excellent people!

It is a good place to go for buying a car or for repairs. People there are smart, kind and they know what they are doing. Price is not too high either. I have been going there for years and I am always satisfied.

Sales representative (Jonathan) did not care what he promised and did not follow up with me even I reminded him. We setup an appointment to evaluate the trade-in value of my XC60. However, when I arrived at the appointment, he said his colleague who can evalute was not available (why not tell me earlier and re-schedule?). Then he took some photos and promised me that he will notify me the trade-in value in a couple of days. I waited for 3 weeks until now, there is no any follow up from him and the dealership, even I reminded him a week after the appointment. Given such quality of service, I have no choice but turning to other brands.

Je suis de Longueuil et je m'y rends à chaque fois pour mes services. Après avoir essayé d'autres concessionnaires plus proches, je me suis fait à l'idée. Volvo Pointe Claire sont les meilleures, tant au niveau des ventes qu'au service. Le directeur de service Marius Ion a toujours su dépasser mes attentes. Il est exceptionnelle et plein de ressources. Bref, n'hésitez pas à les essayer, vous ne serez pas déçu!

Nicest people ever. They have been taking care of my mom's Volvo for 18 years and they always do right by us. They love her car, they love her, they are super nice and they don't do unnecessary work. They get it when it comes to the costs and all. Love their driving service, they make it easy to bring the car in and to pick it up. Class act here.

I'm extremely mad about the service when they advised me that my car app would work all the time to start the car and everything if It does not work they advised me that they would give a different solution if it comes to not working and not being happy with the product but I've been waiting for a while and not even one call came back to me.
The phone app does not work at all properly and will not be able to start the car in the winter one of the biggest concern was having a remote starter and they offered me an app that supposed to work but did not even work at all
At least if it was a high-end company at least they could give high and service but didn't experience any of those.

This stealership is an embaressement to the Volvo brand. I suggest Volvo John Scotti if you want good quality service with real qualified people.
