Mon expérience chez Urban barn Laval fut des plus agréables. J’ai d’abord été servie par Anik. Elle est très compétente, connaît très bien ses produits et est une excellente communicatrice. J’ai effectué des changements à ma commande le lendemain et elle n’a pas hésité à répondre à mes besoins. Deux jours plus tard, je fus servie par Denis et Claudia. Ils nous ont donné la même qualité de service. Le service à la clientèle est un art et ces trois conseillers le maîtrise avec brio. Une véritable équipe de professionnels, aimable et qualifiée. Merci d’avoir contribué à concrétiser et embellir notre rêve de déménagement dans l’Ouest canadien. Bravo à toute l’équipe.

First of all, I'd like to say that I had an amazing service with Claudia and I'd recommend her anytime. However I will never buy from Urban Barn again.
I bought a custom storage bed in July and It was delivered in December. I paid white glove delivery service. The delivery team was highly unprofessionnal and broke my bedroom door and damaged the foot of the bed. They were also unable to set up the hydraulics for the storage system which is the whole point of this bed. At first, I had a customer service rep who was helpful and then my emails went unanswered for weeks until I called the store to make things move. It has now been three months and I'm still sleeping on a broken bed holding on two screws and one bed leg. I've been exchanging emails back and forth with custom claims and customer service (because there is no phone number to talk to anyone) and I am still waiting for a new footboard (which they keep telling me is on the way since january.). The hydraulics are still not set up and the only solution they found was to send a company that does vinyl and leather repair who are unfortunately not available for a couple of weeks. I was never able to speak to anyone on the phone except Claudia from the Laval store. This is highly frustrating and I was never offered any financial compensation for all of this. I am never buying from this company again.

The staff were extremely accommodating. My only issue is the long wait for the item when they had the table on display, along with other colour options. Why couldn't I purchase the item directly from the store? Also, I recently purchased a set of dinnerware [ set of 12]. They didn't have 12, so they sent me to another shop which was really out of my way, approximately 1.5 hours away. Not sure why they couldn't have the balance shipped to the store closest to me? The store policies are extremely inconvenient for the customer. Otherwise the product is lovely

I am very disappointed with this store. It is not the usual location I shop at, but I am nonetheless disappointed with my experience. I purchased two lamps at the store in Boisbriand. A day later I discovered that I didn’t have to wait 3-4 weeks for the second lamp to arrive as one was available at the Laval store. I was told by the Boisbriand store employee that the Laval store will process the exchange and cancel the order for the second lamp. I went to the Laval store and they told me that this cannot be done and I have to pay for the lamp I am picking up and I will have to go to the Boisbriand store to get a refund. At one point they did offer to call the Boisbriand store and said that the refund would be processed over the phone. 30 minutes later, I was still not called by the Boisbriand store, so I ended up wasting another hour of my time to drive to Boisbriand to get a refund. I was reassured by the employee there that the Laval store should have processed the refund. I was displeased to say the least. Why would I be given wrong information by the store where I shop very often? I love Urban Barn products and I love to store at Boisbriand, Dix30 and Boucherville where I shop often, just not this store. The Laval store is not great from the customer service perspective.

Quality of merchandise is A-grade, combining style, with durability, and class. The Associate helping us, Anne, was exceptional in her positivity and knowledge. First and foremost, she listened, and met our needs. Service was amazing.

As an interior designer, it is always such a pleasure for me to walk in and see the team at Mega Center Notre-Dame when I'm sourcing items for my projects. They are so polite, so helpful and so knowledgable about their products. They take the time to listen to my vision and make wonderful suggestions so that we can achieve the look we want and stay within our client's budgets. Thank you Denis, Claudia and Anik! C'est fût ma 2e experience mais la première avec Chantal du magasin de Laval et encore une fois ca c'est super bien passé. Merci

Le personnel est très gentil surtout Claudia et Denis qui nous ont aidé initialement lors de notre achat. Par contre, très mauvaise qualité du produit acheté. Nous avons acheté l'horloge-mirroir qui est très lourde et supporté que par un petit crochet en métal. Résultat: notre article s'est brisée 5h après l'installation. C'est très décevant surtout pour le prix payé. Le responsable du magasin a été bien aimable pour nous échanger l'article par contre je n'ai toujours pas de nouvelles 1 mois et demi après. J'ai fait au moins 4 suivis téléphoniques et à chaque fois on me promet un retour d'appel. Très déçue du service client post achat.

Horrible customer service. Rude manager and sales people. Customer Service will definitely hear about all the attitude issues and rudeness!

I got to the store 10min before closing and not once i felt like they wanted me to hurry, they were very helpful.

We thought the service was very good. The lady was super polite and helpful. What my husband and I didn’t like is the fact that the 2 items we were interned in had to be ordered from Vancouver and it will take 3-4 weeks to receive. I feel when you’re shopping for a decorative item you want the product now not in a month. Many of your articles are on an order basis which makes the experience a little frustrating to your customers.

Every time I shop here the staff is helpful and are not over-bearing. I will show interest in a piece and they may make suggestions about how to display it, which way to hang it or colour options. It’s rarely crowded and the selection of items is always something a little different than anywhere else. And the sales are amazing. I’ll be back.
