The employee was very rude to my friends and i and accused my 10 year old little sister of theft. She yelled about stolen pants which was in reality her vest. She humiliated my sister in the middle of the store and when she realised she was in the wrong, she looked away leaving with no apologies. Horrible service

Fairly typical Urban Outfitters. Nicely laid out store, good assortment of products, and helpful staff.

Only reason I didn't give five stars was every time I have been it feels like every single member of staff tracks me down to say hello and ask if I need any help, sometimes the same staff asks me multiple times during the same visit.

Très dispendieux et les vêtements n'ont pas une super qualités. Par contre, il y a des choses qu'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs.

I suggest putting more mirrors in the store. For example, on the second floor, it will be good to have a mirror close to the beanies/scarves section for easy try on.

C'est peut-être par nostalgie mais il me semble que Urban Outfitters c'était vraiment mieux dans les années 2000.

Friendly employees both on the floor and at the cash register. Easy return with no complications.question of size. Will definitely shop there again.

Employees are faboulous. They don't judge people by their « attire ». They are diverse, pro LGBTQ+ and do a great job of cleaning up. Congratulations to all of you who work during a PENDAMIC! Also, let’s be respectful when we do talk about covid, there’s people dying and it’s offensive ️️

My favorite store! I love shopping there because everything is always so trendy and in style. I get inspired just by looking at the employee’s outfits or the mannequins. The costumer service is great and not too invasive, super friendly people!?

The store layout is so well done! Everyone is so kind & the guy with the tattoos.i think the visual manager is so hot & sweet!

I never care about this store, but my daughters somehow likes it.the costumer service usually is almost inexistente but they don’t bother me so until today was just fine.today sunday 25 october 2020 at 2: 30 pm the girl (who is at the door next to the PUREL - like that is a job) was so rude with all the costumer that was Bizarre, unexpected and just crazy.to be frankly i though that she was on drugs or she just took a pill that wasn’t the good one.after that i went to other stores and no one, don’t even one had an employee just to scream at the costumers and keep the eyes on the purel

Waaaaaaaayyyyy to expensive! Everything in that store can be found ALOT cheaper! The most disappointing thing is the price of the records, I'm an audiophile and I know my records and I know for a fact that these prices are absurd!

They charged me for shipping when I ordered in store even though the cashier clearly mentioned there was no shipping fee when you order in store. Plus, they send you the receipt by email so you can't see if they overcharged you on the spot.

Service attitude is very poor, very inefficient and impatient with customers. It's the worst shopping experience ever. It's really disappointing！！

We waited here for half an hour just because the cashier at the front desk was checking the price, and the price was different from what we knew at the beginning. It's inefficient and waste of time

I literally am in love with this brand. It’s so fun to go to the store to kinda hang out. And I always find something to buy.

I am not a fan of the staff that work there, the way they act is as if they don’t wanna be there and they basically on shift to talk amongs each other. Only once I received good customer service from this one young working but either than that I cannot say anything positive about the place. There’s not enough content in store which I don’t understand. The employees don’t ask if you have the UO app which I think it’s something they should ask or tell the clients about. And I showed the employee the code bar bar for a discount I had on the app to get my 5$ off my purshase and then checked my bill later on because something didn’t feel right and obviously I was right the discount didn’t go trough and she didn’t say anything about it which im sure she knew about it. There’s a lot of shaping to do with the staff.
