Did pick up by way of Uber Eats-very easy and convenient. Food stayed hot and fresh.

Poutine was dry (under sauced) and the fries tasted freezer burned. Flavors were good other than them being freezer burned which was disappointing

Pas de service en français, arrive difficilement à comprendre ce que je demande. 1 hamburger très simple à 5$! J'ai dû lui dire de surveiller les frites dans l'huile, car elle les avaient mis dedans, sans jamais les brasser, et les avaient visiblement oubliés. Elle m'a dit que les gens les aimaient plus croustillantes! (J'ai travaillé pendant plusieurs années dans un Valentine, je connais la cuisson!). Service hyper lent, ils étaient mêlés avec les commandes en ligne qui rentraient. Dernière fois pour moi!

Conveniently located in downtown Lenoxville. The food is reasonably priced, and the service is fast. You cannot go wrong with their selection of poutine varieties!

First time I came here was over a year ago and pretty much everything sucked, it was terrible. Then I came back 3 months ago wanting a quick meal and I could not miss noticing how different experience it was: the professional courteous and efficient service, the quality of the meal, it was night and day! For the price, the food is the best you can get. I did investigate a little, because I come back from time to time and this quality seems a constant: turns out his is new owner restaurant, and they are really good at it!
The only thing that might go wrong is the waiting time; sometimes there is a lot of orders coming in from all over and eventhough the owners are very efficient, they might need some help.

After ordering and watching the two employees prepare the meals for customers ahead of me, I didn't want to eat there anymore. The employees were handling the cash register, raw meat, food containers touched by customers, their glasses, and other foods in the kitchen, all without washing their hands in between (unless wiping hands on their t-shirt counts as hand washing.) But at least when I asked them to cancel my order and requested a refund, they refunded me without making me feel bad. They were VERY respectful. But then they refunded me too much, so when I realized, I told them, and I refunded the excess refund. My suggestion would be a proper food handling course for all employees, and basic hygiene training.

Cellulaire et autre tâche sans nettoyer ses mains juste avant d'apprêter la nourriture. Un peu plus de rigueur sur la propreté serait bienvenue. Pour se qui es de la nourriture tout goûtait bon.

Having a hot dog brings back childhood memories and having tried hundreds of different varieties and their locations has given me the reason to leave this review. The hospitality by this incredible Mandarin family would be the main reason to frequent this location/franchise. I found that the hotdog itself was a little too rubbery other than that smiles all around. #Lester’s

Pour vrai j'ai jamais vu ça. Je passe une commande en ligne, trois hot dog différents avec les détails dont deux sans mayonnaise a cause d'une intolérance. Ils me font les trois pareils. À quoi ça sert d'écrire ce que je veux dedans s'ils mettent ce qu'ils veulent dedans. En plus ça a pris une heure a recevoir alors que je peux rien manger.

Un hamburger et la chiasse deux heures plus tard le cuisiner porte des gants mais il fait tout avec il lave ses mains avec les mêmes gants et Let's go ont continu. Et le sourire est en option, première fois et la dernière fois pour moi.

As my boyfriend and I got in valentine an old couple told the workers that they would come back in an hour because the food service was too slow, the woman in front of us left also because of the slow service. We ordered two hot dogs, fries, cheese burger and two beverages. There was only one client in front of us and two in the back of us. There were two workers, one that was wearing sunglasses looking very unprofessional and the other one not able to talk French, so he couldn’t serve the clients who only talked French. Our food took over 20 minutes to get ready with only 4 clients inside the store (including us). The worker gave me my cheese burger with nothing in it, as nobody asked me what I wanted in it. Also our order got mixed up because the worker at the cash register put the small paper with our order on it the corner so he forgot about it. (We weren’t the only ones having a bad experience in the store). After we could see one of the workers on his phone and leaning against the counter. Even if the worker told us he was sorry about the service they gave us, we are still upset about the service we received and will not return to that valentine.
