Vamos E-Scooter

Poor customer service. Helmets not clean. Scooter malfunctioned several times during the rental.

Definitely worth it! We had a little issue and the team at Vamos took care of it quickly. Would do it again once I'm back in MTL!

Best experience in Montreal! Super fun way to spend the afternoon with friends or do something different for date night. The staff is great, super nice and helpful. They teach you how to ride the scooter etc. Highly recommend to anyone looking for something to do in the city! Let’s Vamos around:)

Your scooters and their reckless owners, riding on sidewalks and zigzagging up and down the streets are ruining the old port. Your company takes 0 accountability in keeping our neighbourhood safe and are simply out to make a dollar. Please start thinking about the locals and not just the tourists, shame on you

Scooters have too much force when starting, but then are slow and dangerous when ridden in traffic. Really cannot recommend. The staff was polite and courteous, however.

We rented the two seater scooter. The back seat was very small and very uncomfortable to sit on. We told the staff about it and he said most people complain about the two seater. I recommend the others to rent the one seater. Besides this, the staffs were friendly and service was quick.

This is the worst company I've ever seen bad customer service. Employees always on their phones, one guy just left and came back 20 min later had to wait outside for 20 min. This place should close down and it would make the world a better place.

Had the chance to try those E-scooters and what a fun experience. Easy to rent and fast enough to go around this beautiful city. Thanks Isabelle and Philip for the little tutorial.
