Horrible service! Just happened again today.
Rude and hang up if they don’t want to serve you. Today I called and spoke to someone who couldn’t find my account. We’ve used them a few times and were told that an account was created. Today person on phone said she “can't find my file” and would have to create a new one. It’s a different person each time you call that always gets details about the transport trip wrong!
They’re there to be “help” (with a price$$$) the elderly community with transport, but my experience with them has been horrendous.
The drivers ask for cash on the spot. If you ask for two drivers, because your elderly person can’t I walk up the stairs, they send one driver and we wind up waiting.

Most useless company that cannot understand the concept of a reservation. We had horrible experiences more than once. Never deal with them!
