This establishment was definitely on my list after I had previously enjoyed their smoked salmon bagel sandwich for $8.95, an attractive price in this area.
However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. For example, one morning I wasn’t given any indication that there would be an extra charge for the rye bread in the grilled cheese sandwich. It was seemingly offered as a choice alongside white and whole wheat bread.
I tried to explain to them several times that it’s incumbent upon the vendor to clearly indicate when an extra charge is applicable, but they refused to even entertain my point of view.
The regular grilled cheese hardly has any cheese in it - it was one big disappointment.
The prices are on the whole seem fairly reasonable but this latest experience makes me hesitate before returning.

The owners are Rude. The poor guy has to rein in his wife from shouting at customers first thing in the morning. Not a pleasent experience. The food isn't worth the shouting either.

De très bons sandwichs préparés à la demande devant vous; malgré l'achalandage, le service est rapide, mais surtout c'est vraiment excellent, j'y retournerais n'importe quand!

Great little place downtown for a simple lunch! Le staff est sympathique et c’est assez calme pour pouvoir passer un bon moment en tête à tête:)

Very bad experience! The young lady at the counter was extremely rude and impatient. She was literally yelling. Food is average. I would never recommend this restaurant to anybody. Customer facing role doesn't suit her at all. She should go to a school and learn some manners.

Horrible food, we had pulled pork sandwiches and a small potion of poutine. Everything was tasteless and bland. Would not go there again.
