My brand new (460km) Grand Cherokee Summit wouldn’t start and was towed to this dealer. 8 days to change a battery. Never offered a loaner until I got on the phone with Chrysler Canada then finally was able to get it a day before they would look at my car. First and last time, I don’t care how far I have to drive for service.

Went for an oil change on my truck, they did it in a timely manner. Had to wait a few minutes to get my keys back to leave, but that's because the Service Manager was swamped with other customers.

Overall, great service! One thing, they should have is dedicated parking spaces for customers (not losing a star because of that).

Le pire service que tu peux avoir c'est bien chez Chrysler Vaudreuil! Moins 10 étoiles pour eux! Pas juste un manque de respect mais aime bien nous fourrer!

Where to begin. I brought my car to them because who best to fix a dodge than dodge. I brought it to them to find what's wrong with the car and get back to me with a list of issues along with how much it would cost so I can decide if it's worth fixing or scrapping. Well, that did not happen, in fact let me tell you what did happen. They not only didn't find what's wrong with the car during the initial assessment but they actually charged me a few hundred dollars just to tell me it might be some else. This game they played with a customer lasted 51 days and to top it off, after having my car for almost 2 months they told me again they don't know what's wrong with it even after 51 days and 1400$ later I had to tow my car out of there. Absolutely disgusting how customers are being treated there. Worst part of all this is that they didn't even have the decency to apologize.

I didn't originally buy my 4xe from this dealer, now I wish I did. My dealer was a disappointment and very unprofessional. This is the reason I chose this one to get my recalls done and oil change.
I was quick to get an appointment and get the jeep back the same day with the staff being amazing and the shuttle driver bringing me home and back, he was great and it was a great experience overall. Thanks to the team there and mechanics!

Service is a joke, damage your car, damage your car if your not happy with bad work, owner agreement on problem but never cared to call back or do anything, great way to treat a customer that just wants work that is paid for. Avoid at costs very shady place.

I could not have had a better experience. Everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. My sales consultant Daniel was incredible. Very patient and professional. And of course, I'm very happy with my new car. Mopar or no car!

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience in case you aren't sure where to go looking for a new vehicle. Without a doubt this place is it. I had a great time with the whole team. Everybody is caring and well informed on what they are selling. In particular I'd thank the man who I dealt with Daniel, and highly recommend that you ask for him since I have no doubt you will walk out of there as happy as I did. (see attached picture lol)

Very pushy and expensive. I feel they know you need them and the mechanics are not always there. You need an appointment and you can be left stranded if they have to many cars ahead of you. So have a lift available if the say that it's staying overnight. Not the politest place on the west island.

I've bought from this dealership before (from the previous owners) …. A few cars actually. Very small dealership, but my position is that, smaller dealers work better and more closely with their customers. During my most recent visit, I got to meet one of the new owners, super nice guy! Rare you see owners working on the floor, front and center, at their dealerships. This is a huge plus in my opinion! Unfortunately car dealerships are dealing with a shortage of vehicles, mostly to do with COVID-19 and some key parts missing at production plants. Either way, I encourage you visit this dealership if you are looking to buy a product made by FCA.

I just bought and signed for a new dodge truck 1500 warlock 2020 today. I had been at two 2 other dealers before this one and one of which did business for years at GM and new one of the directors to boot. This was my first dodge vehicle and my first walk in at Dodge Vaudreuil, Eric Corso greeted me and it started from there. Honestly been working with dealers and suppliers 17 yrs ago selling after market products and accessories.probably well over hundred in Toronto mainly, honestly previous comments are true. Amazing service with Eric, took our time went over the vehicle, pricing, warranties it was fantastic with Cris Paraschis in the finance dept. The experience was well above expectations and went well beyond. Eric was in this business for well over 20 years and it well showed that he loves his cars, products and loves interacting with customers. Eric demonstrated he was really there for you. I would Highly recommend Eric and his team they well deserve 11/10 rating.thanks Eric!

By far the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. I have bought upwards of 30 vehicles in my lifetime and have had both good and very bad experiences. Eric and his staff, from the top down make sure that you are comfortable during the entire process and that you understand every detail. They answer all your questions and resolve any discrepancies right away, no smoke and mirrors with these guys. It is definitely not your typical dealership experience and that is a huge positive for us. I had an amazing experience with the whole staff over there. We were shopping for a minivan and we went there my wife, my 22 months old and my 3 months old. Never did we feel the kids bothered them when they were complaining, our rep, Martin, even took my eldest and sat him in every car in the showroom to distract him as we were signing papers. They accomodated every step of the way and I higly recommend them. Go see Martin, amazing and very personal experience!

I saw a great deal on a Durango late last year. Asked the owner if this was the final price.and would he throw in some "goodies" (winter tires and extended warranty) ? He did his math and came back with a "Yes". We signed the papers the next day.

They have been good to me so far. Service counter guys know me by first name. Pretty easy-going. And there's a convenient shuttle to bring me back home if they need to keep the car longer.

Very good, local, community-based dealer. Great price for my Durango - great car, it's a beast! Wouldn't mind a free car wash now and then post-servicing.

Went for two recalls and uconnect issue, Philippe Desmarais was more than helpful and absorbed my my bad way of expressing my complain, he resolved my issue with nice and calm smile. Although Dodge Des Sources are just 3 minutes far from me, for sure I'll go to Dodge Vaudreil and drive almost 20 KM. These people are really SUPER HELPFUL.
