I called 311 and 911 to report a nuisance of a fire with smoke the fire department nothing done about it. I called the police but they said just go inside we can't do anything about it. Why have a bylaw that states if it fires a nuisance and must be put out but it's not now what do I do. I got video of the fire with smoke. Soon as I can I'm moving from this bad town.
