The Chauffage Vaudreuil team were at my house two months ago to replace my heat-pump, furnace and air exchanger. The team of Jean Charles, Vincent, and Felix were on time despite the challenges on Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge. The team were very professional and proposed a ducting solution that preserved the integrity of my basement's ceiling although I would have settled for less. I recommend them highly to all my friends.

The Chauffage Vaudreuil team were at my house 2 weeks ago to replace my entire HVAC system. The team of Jean Charles, Vincent, and Felix were on time, clean and professional. It was a very smooth process from the quote, to the installation, to the tutorial on how to use the system. Everything has been working perfectly since the installation. They are a Lennox Premier dealer so they will inform you about all the current government subsidies that are available to you. I recommend them highly to all my friends.

This company was professional, knowledgeable and efficient from the first time I spoke with them. They were on time and worked clean to install my thermopump, and professional at all times. They even matched the 3 different colours of my building to cover the hoses and wiring on the outside, without me even asking. Since I live in a condo this was important so I am very pleased with their work and thoughtfulness to pay attention to detail. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone else.

Good service. Removed our oil furnace and had a heat pump and furnace installed. Mario was helpful with his quote and information. Installation went very well and clean, everyone was friendly and made sure we knew how the system worked.

I'm very pleased with my new Lennox installation, the crew was fantastic, hard workers and very professional, smart and well spoking, i was very pleased and would recommend them 100%

Very responsive and thorough work. Mario was wonderful to interact and go business with. I mentioned that we are in a rush, and they put a team during the weekend to give me service to install the heat pump. The installation team was courteous and pleasant. They came in the morning at 7: 30 am and installed the heat pump unit and two wall units within 6 hours. They also did a thorough clean up, tested the system twice and then showed me how to use each remote. Wonderful service and delivery! Will do business with again for future maintenance and repair!

Excellent service! De Mario qui est passé à la maison pour les soumissions, il nous a présenté différents scénarios, aux deux frigoristes qui sont rapidement passés faire l’installation de l’appareil. Le tout clé en main. Pas d’histoire de devoir faire venir un électricien à nos frais pour compléter l’installation. Aucune mauvaise surprise, aucun frais caché. Je recommande fortement.

À partir de la réponse courtoise de mon appel à l’aide durant la canicule,? à Mario qui est venu pour voir l’emplacement, et écouter mes besoins, ensuite la soumission qui est arrivée très rapidement, puis l’installation quelques jours après par Jean-Charles et Félix, deux jeunes hommes attentionnés et surtout travaillants, et ce toujours dans le plaisir et avec un grand sourire.
Comme j’ai apprécié cette belle équipe vraiment à l’écoute de sa clientèle, ça fait du bien par ces temps difficiles de trouver un service à la clientèle adéquat… ça donne espoir

Very impressed and satisfied with the installation of my AC/Heat Pump system. The installation technicians were so knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Super polite and helpful. They did a thorough clean up after the installation. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Chauffage Vaudreuil and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service from beginning to end. My AC unit died during the recent heat wave and within 6 business days we had a new unit installed. Use them! They are amazing. Quote was done promptly, installation followed quickly after. The installers were super kind people. They even noticed my broken doorbell and fixed it! They took the time to teach me the remote control of our new AC even and helped us work their quote into our budget. As for the work itself, beautiful! They matched my house's colour scheme without me even having to ask. Great prices, great service, professional team, and very very friendly. I highly recommend their service.

I called Vaudreuil heating for a quote on November 15 and they told me this was not their busy season and they could complete the work promptly, this was a priority for us. When I asked, they told me the quote would take a few days to prepare. Five days later, after not having received my quote, I called to inquire and they told me it would be a few days longer. I waited until November 24 and called back and they said it would still be a few more days. I received an email today, December 3rd letting me know they would not be completing my quote until sometime in January. I have called many other companies and they completed the quote same day or within a few days. The service was highly unprofessional as they seemed completely nonchalant about the delay and should have been honest from the outset.

Suite à l’installation nous avons eu un problème, et dans les 24 heures quelqu’un est venu régler le problème. Tout fonctionne à merveille.

TLDR: Amazing work, very happy with the service

I am a bit late with this review but here it goes:

Heat Pump/AC/Furnace installations are expensive and finding a reputable contractor can be tricky. I did my research and narrowed it down to two companies - one of which was Vaudreuil Heating.

I contacted them about installing a Heat Pump and Furnace and they promptly sent Dominic Locas who took the necessary measurements for the quote. He was super professional and knowledgeful which made me feel more confident with them. After a day or two Dominic Cyr sent me a quote with several options which was very helpful.fyi the documents are only in French but they answered all my questions in English so there were no issues.

Aside from their professionalism one of the things that made me sign with them vs the competitor is that they told me that they would make smaller holes in the ceiling to pass the pipes vs the other company who would have removed the entire ceiling off of my basement room (and would not replace it). Furthermore VH will put an access panel on top of the larger holes to give it a cleaner look. This extra care for my property from VH was a major key in me signing.

The installation team was equally professional (which I believe were Yves, Felix and a 3rd gentleman whose name I forgot [sorry! ]). The installation was not easy but the team did an amazing job. They were on time, polite, professional, clean and way above the call of duty. Furthermore they really avoided drilling holes unnecessarily in the ceiling which I appreciated and did an amazing job cleaning up.

When the time came to update our cooling and heating system, we did some research and decided to go with Lennox products. We then narrowed the search to three companies.

We invited each of the three companies to come and give us quotes. Chauffage Vaudreuil was the third company to come in and instead of writing out a quote the same night. Mr Dominic Cyr said I would receive the quote in the next couple of days by email.

Mr Cyr was also the one who asked us the most questions, and did a very detailed inspection of our existing system to be able to best match the units that would best suit our needs.

When I received the quote the next day, I was very impressed at the detailed and complete information regarding the systems quoted including specs and performance data on each of the components.

What I appreciated the most is that all of this came in a very easy to read format that included a Good, Better, Best, option. The choice was very clear.

The day of the installation they arrived on time and without a shortage of manpower. At one point there were nine employees working here at the same time. Removing the old oil fired furnace, and hot water tank. Disposing of the remaining heating oil and reservoir, as well as installing a new panel and electric line. This was an all day install

The new Lennox Thermopompe is very impressive. I asked when they were going to turn it on and they said it has been running for the past half hour, that's how quiet it is.

. The technicians did a fantastic job of explaining the sytem once installed and also made sure that everything was cleaned up and nothing left behind.

This is a family run business and Mr Cyr senior was here that day overlooking the installation. This is a company that takes pride in the work they do, and respect the clients home as if it was their own.

I really am very very pleased with the whole experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking for an honest professional and reputable company, to take care of their heating and cooling needs.
