What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if they won’t respect it? It doesn’t make sense to wait 2 hours for a tire change. If you can’t respect the time you give for an appointment or if you are unable to handle all the bookings, fix it. I would give this Nissan -5 starts if possible

Surtouts ne pas choisir ce concessionnaire pour leur service. Même pas capable d’avoir un retour d’appel.

Mes interactions avec le vendeur Itiel Vasquez ont été super. Il a prit le temps de bien répondre et m'expliquer pour toutes les questions que j'avais. Je le recommande grandement aux autres personnes pour faire affaire.

Par contre mon expérience avec le directeur financier ce fut une autre histoire mais je n'entrerai pas dans les détails ici.

I called their service dept. 6 times without an answer or call back. Finally talked to service, made an appointment to install summer tires. Showed up today (April 27) no record of appointment! Installation delayed another week. Very poor service!

Only I can say about this dealer: IRRESPONSIBLE.
My wife left her car on Wednesday 8am for tire changes (1 hour job), due to the ice storm this dealer lost power at 3pm.
They called my wife on Wednesday at 4pm to say there is no power to close the $150 bill and better to pick up the car on Thursday morning.
Instead calling us on Thursday to ask if we can pay the $150 cash to pick up the car (because no power and internet to pay by credit card), they closed doors until Saturday 11am, keeping my wife’s car hostage behind locked gate without answering any phone call or message.
This irresponsible action put customers in a serious and dangerous situation without car for emergencies during the 72 hours power outage in Vaudreuil!
I’ve been loyal customer for the last 8 years, I purchased and serviced 2 cars from this dealer.
I will send a letter about my bad experience to Nissan Canada and Nissan Japan.
I don’t recommend this dealer.

On two separate occasions, I had urgent service matters. Not only did they take me on the spot, but they solved the issue, were very transparent and always had a great disposition.

Aujourd'hui j'ai été très déçu du service reçu.
Me faire attendre 30 minutes de plus dans salle d'attente alors que mon auto est prêt ensuite il arrive avec une facture qu'il respecte vraiment pas le tarif discuté au téléphone.
Et j'attends toujours pour ma pièce sur garantie que évidemment il étais pas au courant et évite le sujet lorsque que on en parle

I had been trying to call since the beginning of October for a tire and oil change with no return. Once I was finaly able to talk to someone, I was given and appointment, I was told that they could not find the tiress I had stored with them.it's been 3 days and no call back. So if I could give them a 0, I would. Crapiest service ever!

They were quick and very pleasant to deal with. Service manager was professional, courteous, and jumped through all the hoops the warranty people were making him jump through. If you run into trouble, here's the place to go.was very accommodating especially considering my lack of French language use and understanding.
