Ils ont beaucoup de véhicules disponible sur le terrain de stationnement. Si un véhicule n'est pas disponible sur place, les délais sont raisonnables (1-2 semaines). Ils ont un service très professionel, ils sont transparents. Il y a eu des rabais qui sont venus en vigueur à mon insu et ils me les ont appliqués sans que j'aie à en parler. Ils ont de très bons plans de protection pour les véhicules. Je recommande chaudement d'aller visiter si vous êtes curieux ou si vous avez de la misère à obtenir un véhicule chez la compétition, ils ne décevront pas! Je fais mon shoutout au staff qui m'a aidé à obtenir mon véhicule: Matthew Bustamante, Marie-Eve Thibeault-Quintal et Charles Custeau, merci beaucoup pour une très belle expérience!

Service hors pair. Client depuis maintenant 13 ans, et le service est impeccable. Mieux que chez Audi même!

Good service, answered all of my questions, super available before taking the delivery of my vehicle. Would recommend to anyone. My seller was Abbas and he showed me everything I wanted to see, from the vehicule itself to every financing options depending on the trim of the vehicule.

I need to raise awareness concerning Vaudreuil Volkswagen. Have you ever heard a dealership refusing to install new snow tires because I didn't buy them from there. I had a scheduled maintenance (Oil change, alignment and snow tire installation) only to get a call from Jean-Marc (service guy) after they had done the oil change that they couldn't install my tires (brand new) because he claimed that it was policy for new tires but that if they were used it would of been ok. He claimed it was risky to do so since they are unsure where the tires came from. These were brabd new Dunlop tires. Am I missing something? I spent upwards of 5K in repairs this year with this dealership on my Audi and that's the way you're treated mid november leaving you to scramble to find another garage to install your tires before December 1st. I left a message with the manager and when they sent the satisfaction survey I answered no and have never received a call or a follow up. I started trusting dealerships in recent years but here's another shaddy practice that have built their reputation along the years. I'll be staying away from this place moving forward.

Very fast and efficient, I love their services. Stephanie was super helpful and madr me comfortable the whole time.

I would not recomend taking your car there for sevice. My wife has a 2019 beetle convertible. There was & still is an intermittent back window problem after having it in for service on 5 occasions. The first service was when the car had less than 5k kilometers.

Be careful! They truly only care about the survey.
After that, they quite literally told me that my satisfaction didn’t matter and that meeting with me was useless since the survey was already submitted.

They was really arrogant the sales agent there, there talking if they like the owe you something or i don’t know really bad service there badest sales department and agent i ever seen and i know someone who shares the same idea that i have they are really bad!

Purchased 3 cars from here and every time has been a pleasure. Most recently used car manager Jean Francois helped with our purchase. He’s honest and truly cares about his customers! 10/10 would recommend

Aujourd’hui je change mon avis car lors de la transaction j’avais donné ma mauvaise expérience avec VW Vaudreuil et il m’on donné les services d’entretien du véhicule pour que je change mon avis à 5 étoile

Le 8 janvier nous avons pris un rendez-vous en ligne pour notre entretien et le 9 janvier ils nous ont téléphoner pour nous dire qu’il n’avait pas de place avant le mois d’avril et ils nous ont recommandé d’aller à un autre concessionnaire (c’est se que ont a Fait)

Cette concession mais beaucoup plus d’efforts a avoir des avis 5 étoiles que de donner du service aux clients

En conclusion cette fois si mon avis n’est pas à vendre surtout avec des engagements non respectés de leur part

vous pouvez mettre tout les efforts pour avoir des avis positif en le demandant à chaque visite mais la vérité vient toujours pas se savoir!

Je me suis présenté chez VW Vaudreuil-Dorion, sans RDV, sur l’heure du lunch, les gens au dépt. Service on fait les efforts nécessaire pour me servir. Quelques minutes d’attente et ma voiture entrait dans leur atelier, quelques minutes plus tard elle en sortait réparer, @vwvaudreuil me l’on même lavé!

I came for a vehicle delievery, there had been an admin issue from the leasing company. A dealer's employee, Vadim, fought hard to find a solution and i went home with my new vehicle. Thanks VW Vaudreuil.

Had my service done at VW vaudreuil. The receptionist was very nice. Service was quick. I highly recommend.

Worst customer service we ever had. They put lots of pressure and my mistake is that I believed all their lies. I soooo regret my purchase. Not recommended at all!

Work hard to make the maintenance/repair experience as pleasant as possible but did not address all issues with the car.

I was in Montreal from Toronto for the celebration of life for my wife. I had car trouble on Saturday which was entirely self inflicted. Had the car towed there but closed until Monday, the day of the celebration. Left a message explaining my situation. That evening Jean-Marc called and spent time to understand my problem. Numerous communications with him over the weekend. Went to the dealership at 7 Monday morning and Stephane was very gracious and looked after me better than I could have imagined. I was out bt 8: 30 with time to spare. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The dealership eas cleaner than any I have ever been in.
Thanks and gratitude to them. I wish they were in Toronto.

Très déçu du service … j’aime bien le véhicule, mais à chaque fois que je me présente au service je suis déçu.

La représentante du « service » n’a encore une fois rien compris … ça fait plusieurs fois que j’ai affaire à cette personne. Je ne lui ai jamais dit que mon démarreur à distance ne fonctionnait pas, ni je voulait une intervention immédiate et une voiture de courtoisie aujourd’hui. Je lui ai expliqué que je rencontre des problèmes avec la voiture … portière avant côté passager qui ne barre plus, système de verrouillage des portières qui s’active à chaque fois que je lève le pied de l’accélérateur et que j’appuie de nouveau et ma voiture qui redémarre lorsque j’appuie plus d’une fois sur le bouton de verrouillage des portières qui se trouve sur ma clé électronique. J’aurais apprécié que votre représentante propose de m’aider plutôt que de me suggérer d’aller faire faire la r.parution chez un de vos compétiteurs. En fait je croyais pouvoir prendre un rendez-vous à un moment ou une voiture de courtoisie aurait été disponible.

Excellent service de A à Z avec Gabriel DeRepentigny. J’ai acheté un véhicule en pleine pandémie, sans pouvoir l’essayer. Il était comme neuf et j’ai été satisfait dès les premièrs kilomètres suite à l’achat.

Gabriel m’a bien conseillé, m’a offert un financement plus que compétitif en toute transparence en plus de m’accommoder avec mon véhicule d’échange.

Un éclat de pierre était présent dans mon pare-brise et on me l’a remplacé rapidement en m’accommodant d’un véhicule de courtoisie au delà de mes attentes.

Service dept at VW Vaudreuil is at the very top of my list. They are attentive, friendly, on time and on budget. If there are additional items to cover they take the time to explain. I have had my cars serviced there for the past 12 years since we moved to the area.
