They charged me $5/day for "storage" when I didn't even know that my bike was ready for pickup.

It took over a month for them to get back to me regarding repairs after I dropped it off. They sent an email, I replied, then they never replied back. Maybe I just had bad luck but I'll be going elsewhere for more reliable service.

Étant client depuis bientôt 10ans, la rapidité ainsi que la qualité du service offert par les employé a toujours été ce qui m’a apporté à revenir les voir pour mes besoins. Que ce soit pour une simple mise au point, realignment de roues ou même pour un vélo monté sur mesure on a toujours su répondre à mes questions et résoudre le tout rapidement.
Je recommande, 10/10

Went this morning! Just had to fix a basket on my bike and the staff were so nice, explained everything and fixed it themselves. My friend goes there everytime because the service is amazing. Thank you so much:)

I never post any reviews, but this bike shop is amazing! It is a small shop so you may need to wait a while if you arrive unannouced like I do, but it's worth the wait. The staff is really nice and they treat you like an actual human who just want a good working bike, compared to some other places who see you like a wallet on wheels.

These guys came through! My bike chain broke on my Felt IA2 just a block away and they fixed it, also going above and beyond with some problems with my derailleur, on the spot and I was back on my training ride in no time. Thanks guys. Highly recommend

These guys are great. Seriously. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly, highly competent. I came in with messed up gears after winter storage and they fixed the problem in 10 minutes. No waiting, no inflated bill. Highly recommend.

Drove from ottawa to check out 2 specific bikes. Wasn't able to test ride any bike even the ones I was looking at.

Wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. Super small inventory and bad customer service.

Not sure how they expect to sell 4 to 8k road bikes without a test ride.

IBike de Montreal est vite devenue mon bike shop, car peu importe à qui tu parles, le service est toujours bon, avenant et personnalisé. Je suis en confiance avec eux, car il vont me donner l'heure juste. Aujourd'hui, j'y suis allé pour un vacillement de ma cassette et comme j'avais eu une inspection récemment, ils ont réglés mon problème sans frais et sur le champs. Merci les gars de prendre soin de ma monture comme si c'était la vôtre!

Go to these folks every spring, they work fast and I (barring unforeseen incidents on the road) have never had to take it back mid season again. (Also costs me less than a single metro pass for just the tune-up that lasts me from April to mid/end of November).

Ils m’ont dépanné plusieurs fois et le service est tout simplement incroyable! Par commencer, l’excellent accueil de Ali qui sait écouter et te propose les meilleurs options. Ensuite, les réparations sont toujours bien réalisés et à des prix très honnêtes. C’est selon moi, un des meilleurs bike shop à Montréal. Je vous le recommande chaudement!
