Went for the second time, and it was not as busy as usual. I can still confirm all the stars. Welcoming service, poké was outstanding and it is simply a beautiful spot in the old Port

Great place to eat. One of the people in out group can't have gluten and the menu was clearly labeled. Made it an easy choice to eat.

It feels so fresh and beachy just to step inside, the decor would take you back to the beach and the ambience is nice and relaxed, the food here it's tasty and healthy (I love pokes!) I had a saumon poke with a sparkling lemonade. Everything was super refreshing in this summer heated days. Food would let you satisfied but not stuffed, feeling energized. Oh there was caviar in my poke bowl

Came for the tacos and was not disappointed. The place had great vibes and ambiance. Got one order of Korean beef and one chicken with a burbon lemonade to pair. Everything was amazing. Definitely would return.

On November 2nd I made a reservation for the 5th and to my surprise when I arrived there was a private event, I understand the business but I find it very rude that at the entrance they tell me that there was no reservation. It is the first time that something like this happens to me, I will enjoy another more serious Restaurant in the Old Port!

Whole atmosphere and vibe is so good, and food was more than FANTASTIC.and that's understatement.prices are more than affordable for this healthy feast.:) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So delicious that my husband and I went here two nights in a row for dinner! We had the tofu bowl and the tuna bowl the first night, and the second night had two different refreshing cocktails, the edamame appetizer, the salmon bowl and tuna bowl. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere and music were enjoyable. Go here and eat.you won't be disappointed!

Super bar-restaurant! Musique agréable et pas trop forte, nourriture simple et savoureuse, choix de boissons intéressant et aussi un personnel sympathique et accueillant! Ils ont l'air de bien s'entendre et sa se ressent dans l'ambiance générale. Superbe déco, fraîche et qui nous fait presque croire que nous somme en vacances. À essayer les tacos aux falafels, absolument délicieux!

My girlfriend and I ordered the tuna and tofu poke bowls and they were nothing special. The fish didn't seem too fresh and the flavours were lacking, with deceiving portion sizes (big bowl but the food was spread out thin making it look full). Super overpriced as well, would not recommend if you are looking for a good poke bowl in town.

Amazing. So hard to find a restaurant that has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Both food and drink were excellent. I can't understand the comments where people say the staff wasn't friendly. Everyone was SO nice. It was a great way to end our time in montreal.

A charming, not-so-big bohemian kind of place. Big windows, lots of natural light, unusual artworks on the wall, some tables outside on the cobblestone street, pink neon Venice sign, plants hanging from the roof, amiable staff, and the simple one-page menu is what makes Venice adorable. A perfect place for a casual lunch or dinner. We love our quinoa vegetable salads and fries.

Waitresses gave us a lot of attitude. As if they didn’t want to give us a table: the place was half empty and they said they didn’t have any table. We asked to reserve for a later time, they said they didn’t take reservations. So we pointed the empty tables to be seated, we were told they were reserved. Seriously?

Stopped by with my husband for a drink - attracted by all the good reviews. Apparently they don’t have a permit to serve alcohol on a patio, so we sat at the bar. The place was a bit busy when we got there but not enough to warrant not being acknowledged for about 10mins - there were about 3-4 people working and noone at the bar. We left after 15mins of waiting to order drinks and looks like noone even noticed that we were there anyway. Will pick a less pretentious place next time.

I enjoyed the Mexican tacos and the Mexican bowl too. Both were delicious, well seasoned and had a tasty dressing.

As a tourist in the city, this was my first restaurant and if I can, this place will be an everyday experience. The people and food are popping! My kids loved the place and food. Definitely will come back

Lobster roll has more shrimp than lobster but its a nice addition to the menu. The salmon bowl is my favorite. Overall a great place to eat healthy

We lived at a AirBnB round the corner from Venice and decided to go there for a meal on our last evening. I wish we had tried it earlier as we would have gone there more often. Great ambiance, friendly and efficient service, awesome food and lovely music. It's in old Montreal and within walking distance from the Notre Dame and other historic sites. Try it you wont regret it.

Accueil chaleureux, super service du serveur. Mon bol mexicain était très délicieux. Les aliments sont frais et c'était très goûteux. Première fois et certainement pas la dernière!

One of the worst burgers I have ever eaten. Lettuce was soggy and old, and it smelled weird. I would recommend you get a burger anywhere else but here. I've never made a review for anything but this was the worst burger I've ever had.

I got a tuna poke bowl and it is a wonderful dish. With this bowl, you will be full after finishing it. They do not have the typical ingredients for a poke bowl but their creativity leads to a delicious meal. If you want to eat just a bit healthier, Venice MTL can be your place when you are at the Old Port.

Nous étions un groupe de 5 au total et lorsque nous nous sommes assis, nous n'étions que 4. Nous attendions une amie, et le manager nous a quand même assis à une table malgré que notre groupe soit incomplet. Après 20 minutes, notre amie n'était toujours pas arrivée et le manager est venu nous voir pour nous dire qu'avoir su qu'elle n'arriverait pas de si tôt, il ne nous aurait pas assis à une table, étant donné le grand achalandage du restaurant. On a donc senti qu'il fallait manger le plus vite possible pour laisser la place aux autres. J'ai trouvé ça assez ordinaire de se faire "rusher" pour manger, on ne se sentait pas bien accueilli, on se sentait pressé. La nourriture était bonne, quoi que mon plat était très petit (tacos) étant donné le prix. Bon service de la part de la serveuse.

La nourriture est excellente, mais le service laisse à désirer; surtout pour les groupes. Puisqu'ils se fient toujours sur leur achalandage le midi, les réservations de groupes n'existent pas et ils ont énormément de difficulté à vous faire de la place. Même si vous arrivez d'avance et que des tables sont vites, ils ne prendront pas la peine de les réserver pour vous; ce sont des tables pour les clients qui arrive pour dîner avec l'achalandage. Comprenable.mais décevant considérant qu'on amène un groupe de 14 personnes. Soit 14 personnes garanties pour la business ($$$). Bref, allez en petit groupe pour éviter ces frustrations et le reste ira bon train!

When I first saw the menu I was skeptical at first, a poke bowl with salmon and lychee? But I admit, it works. The hipster decor goes very well with the hipster menu. Service was a bit lacking, but all-in-all: cleanliness + generous portions + quality food = thumbs up

Venice beach styled décor makes you feel the ocean and seafood. The poke was delicious and one of the top ones in Montreal.
Today I went back to the restaurant and it still didn’t disappoint me at all. They don’t take rsvp so when we arrived at 7: 30pm we waited for 10-15 minutes for party of 2.
The staff is as friendly as usual and funny as well:)
We had guacamole as the appetizer and i had a tropical smoothie which was very tasty. However, I felt it wasn’t cold enough for a hot day like this. My friend had a cocktail and he liked it very much.
Then for main course, I had my usual-salmon poke bowel which was delicious with plenty of fresh salmon and seaweed salads and other ingredients. So delicious!
My friend had tuna poke and he told me it has a bit of spicy to it but not very strong. He agreed that the fish was very fresh and the overall taste is great!
For a beautiful restaurant like this in the heart of old port, I feel the price for value ratio is high.
I highly recommend this restaurant to people who likes raw fish, sushi and rice bowls.
They also opened a second location on beaver hall a while back. It’s also very nice but I like the ambiance in this location better.

Ordered tuna poke bowl from uber eats & it was horrible! Tuna was not fresh and rice over cooked. No sauce and tasteless overall. Threw out the bowl. Not worth it.dissapointed.

Très bon poke bowl. Le Poke thon est excellent! Très bon service, belle ambiance et les pokes sont très généreux. Étant une grande fan de poke, je recommande cet endroit.

The poke bowls, both tuna and salmon, were huge and incredibly fresh and delicious! The waitress was very friendly and attentive while the kitchen staff made sure to accommodate my shellfish allergy without issue. The spicy margarita with guava was excellent and very refreshing- overall we felt like we had been transported to California in every sense. Great experience, delicious food and nice ambiance. I would highly recommend Venice MTL!

Wasn't my favourite. Had a lot of healthy options. Pizza wasn't available when we went which is why we went inside.

We had lunch and it's was great. Tuna Poké was fresh and delicious! Definitely recommend and will go back.

Love VeniceMTL. My favourite Salmon Poke bowl in the city. I also really like the decor. Great for lunch with a friend or colleague. If you go with a large group, best to get there at 11: 45 if you want a table. They don't take reservations.

Usually even when busy there is a table available, service is always good and the food matches. A bit pricey for Poke but overall totally worth it.

Everything was perfect for me. I have some food restriction, and they were really kind to adapt their menu for me. And the decor is absolutely stunning. This place is a must.

Place looks lovely and the staff is friendly and professional as always. I loved the poké bowls here when I tried them the first time but recently I feel the quality has gone down. Mounds and mounds of lettuce and the tuna felt like it might've been frozen before. Given its price as well I'd unfortunately opt for elsewhere.

Resto style californien. Les poke bowl sont excellents ainsi que les pizzas et tacos. Très populaire sur l'heure du dîner, il est recommandé d'y aller avant midi.

Tried this place out based on a co-worker recommendation. This place was really busy for a Monday night. We tried the poke bowls, the shrimp one has a definate Thai peanut inspiration, while the salmon is more Japanese inspired with Roe and ginger flavour.

Looks cool but that’s about where it ends. Poke is super popular right now after finally finding its way to Canada and we tried the bowls. Watery previously frozen tasteless tuna does not set the bar very high unfortunately. Dressing too was unimaginative and just really lacking in flavour all around. Don’t base your Poke experience on this place alone as there are some top notch ones out there just not at Venice.

I had a very good tuna poke bowl, they serve big portions. The decor is very cute but the staff is very average. It wasn’t a personalized neither welcoming service.

The tacos are absolutely delicious, great flavors. The sweet potato fries were also good. Great setting too, but expect to wait a few minutes.
