Bien aimé le service! J'ai eu un ptit gars qui est venu chez moi, il était irrésistible avec ses cheveux sel et poivre. N'eut été de son pinch de Dartagnan, je lui sautais dessus!

J’ai appelé à 2 reprises pour demander le prix pour le test d’étanchéité. La dame au téléphone qui n’a pas assez de patience me confirme que c’est un prix fixe de x$!
Quand le technicien arrive et termine son travail me sort une facture avec pleins de composants et le prix final dépasse ce qui était convenu!

Une équipe vraiment exceptionnelle. De la vente (Robert), de la coordination (Stéphanie), installation (Maxime, Stéphane, Annie et Mathieu) et du training après l'installation, tout a été excellent. Une très bonne cohésion et on ressent dès les premières minutes la passion et la fierté du travail bien fait. Je vous recommande Ventilation Hitech sans hésitation.

LE PIRE SERVICE D'ARNAQUEURS QUE JE N'AI JAMAIS VU! ILS ONT ARNAQUÉ UNE PAUVRE VIELLE DAMME EN CHARGEANT 200$ SANS ABSOLUMENT RIEN FAIRE! MEME PAS DE RAPPORT DE DIAGRANOSTIQUES. ILS LUI ONT DIT QUE CA NE SE REPARE PAS ET QUE LE MANIFACTURIER N'EXISTE PLUS ALORS QUE C'EST FAUX ET ILS LE SAVAIENT! LORSQUE J'AI ESSAYÉ DE LEUR POSER DES QUESTIONS TRÈS POLIMENTS, ILS ONT REFUSÉ DE ME PARLER EN ME DISANT QUE J'AI N'AI PAS À ME MÊLER DE CA! LA PAUVRE MADAME QU'ILS ARNQUER NE COMPRENNAIS PAS ET ELLE M'A DEMANDÉ DE L'AIDER. MALGRÉ LE FAIT QU'ELLE LEUR DIT CLAIREMENT QU'ELLE M'AUTORISE À PARLER POUR ELLE, ILS ONT REFUSÉ DE ME PARLER SACHANT PERTINAMENT QUE J'AI VU CLAIR DANS LEURS ARNAQUES! HONNÊTEMENT, N'IMPORTE QUELLE AUTRE COMPAGNY SERAIT MIEUX QUE CELLE LÀ! JE NE LA RECOMMENDE PAS DU TOUT!

Avoid this company at all cost. We have scheduled an appointment with this company to determine the differences in the temperature between two rooms in our house (walk-in closet and master bedroom), which was in excess of 5C. The visit cost more than 250$, most of which was the cost of labour (1.5 hrs to change a filter!) and the conclusion from the technician was to close some of the registers in rooms that were not in use, at least this is what the technician wrote on the invoice we received. However, this is not the information he gave during the visit, where he specified exactly what the problem was. I asked the company on multiple occasions to revise the report. The secretary, who is a rather unpleasant individual, responded that there `may be a problem with my heating system` after all, even though she is hardly a qualified technician. In addition, she started speculating that when my house was built there may be some obstruction in the ducts that is causing a differential flow of air into one room versus another. I said that I doubt it, but if the technician is convinced that this may be the case, then this should be investigated. I insisted that she provide a plan of work to be completed and an estimate for the work and they can`t even be bothered to respond to that. I have no issue in remitting a payment for someone`s work, but in this case the technician clearly stretched the repair time to inflate the bill, did not state in writing what he discussed during the visit and refused to follow up with additional testing to determine the source of the problem. I find this company is dishonest and provides poor value whlist not being able to actually address the existing issues. I find that I was not treated well as a client by this company and all my requests to speak to a manager or the business owner were denied. I consider myself a reasonable person, but I also know when a company is taking advantage of me and this has clearly occurred in my interactions with this business. I find that dishonesty is not a way to generate revenue in any business, especially when the technician seems to inflate the price of the visit and the amount of labour required based on the neighbourhood where the client lives. Please avoid this company and look elsewhere for service.

En revenant du congé des fête, notre système de chauffage ne fonctionnait plus. Nous sommes une garderie dont la clientèle est composée de dizaines d'enfants. Dans la même journée, Ventilation Hitech a dépêché quelqu'un pour aller récupérer les pièces manquantes à Ottawa (indisponible au Qc) et effectuer la réparation. Autrement, la livraison ne serait arrivé que deux ou trois jours plus tard. Que dire de plus qu'il s'agit d'un service 5 étoiles! Sincère remerciement à toute leur équipe!

J'ai fait installer ma fournaise Napoléon en septembre dernier, et depuis plusieurs années, ils font le service de ma thermopompe et je suis très satisfait. Ils sont très professionnelle et offre un excellent service après vente. En particulier, David le technicien qui se montre rassurant et très connaissant dans le domaine. Bravo à toute l'équipe, du propriétaire M. Blanchard, à Mme Roy, adjointe ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe. Félicitation et bravo encore!

Terrible company. Called to ask for a pricing for a humidifier/dehumdifier. Secretary was terrible and they kept insisting its for a service call. I'm like you can't get service for something that I don't own yet. It's for a quote. She kept inisiting its a service call at 180$ etc. I told the lady with this attitude don't think this company will be in business for longer than that and in fact she's like it's been 25 years.anyhow.maybe 25 years but with attitude like this they shouldn't last more than a couple of years.

Aucun autre sous-traitant n'est aussi professionnel, courtois, attentionné et avec un réel souci pour le bien-être de sa clientèle que Ventilation HT. Nous sommes propriétaires de 3 restaurants et nous devons souvent réagir rapidement. Ventilation HiTech est toujours disponible et extrêmement professionnel.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Bon service, malheureusement la machine a brisé en moins d’un an. C’est difficile d’avoir les pièces du à l’achalandage. Ils travail pour moi mais je suis déçu de la qualité de la machine.

Une très belle expérience. Nous avons reçu un service professionnel de la prise de rendez-vous, à la soumission, et à la réalisation des travaux. L'équipe était à l'heure et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Très satisfait.

Technician comes to charge you; the problem was under his noose and couldn't see it. They still insist on sending more technician just to charge you hourly and transport.
AVOID THEM.

Tout à commencé en pleine vacance de la construction, en pleine canicule. Ma climatisation est tombée en panne. Personne pour nous servir, même pas la compagnie qui à installer notre système. Donc personne sauf Ventilation Hightech! Service rapide et on fait des pieds et des mains pour trouver la pièce brisée. Tout étais réglé en trois jours seulement. Ma thermopompe/fournaise étant vielle de 14 ans, j’ai décidé de la remplacer préventivement. J’ai fait faire deux soumissions. Une par la compagnie d’origine et l’autre par Hitech. Disons que la proposition de Hitech a été plus clair, plus centré sur mes besoin réel et qu’ils ont pris le temps de bien répondre à toutes mes questions. Un peu plus cher mais je suis allez avec eux. L’installation c’est fait comme prévu ce lundi. Équipe très professionnelle, dans les temps, on laissé les lieux très propre après. Rien à dire! Mon équipement préforme parfaitement et au delà de mes attentes. Merci!

Il y a beaucoup de demande pour les entretiens de climatisation présentement. Hitech va te donner de fausse espoir en te donnant un rendez-vous qui ne respecterons jamais! Surtout si tu n’est pas déjà client avec eux! Prend pas de chance passe au suivant!

Premièrement, je tiens à remercier Guy Bauchemin et son équipe pour l’excellent travail qui a été effectué à mon domicile, le service et le job qui a été fait est impeccable je ne regrette pas une seconde d’avoir fait affaire avec la compagnie, je dors enfin dans une maison avec une climatisation et un chauffage optimisé qui suffit largement à mes attentes.

Concernant l’évaluation du projet: Guy a très bien évaluer ce qui avait à faire et la soumission qui a été effectué respectais mes besoins et l’entreprise n’a pas tenté de me vendre une job et de l’équipement que je n’avais pas besoin. J’ai facilement sauvé lors des travaux effectué 4000$.

Ponctuel à fond j’aime ça, la compagnie a respecté les délais prescrit. Concernant les travaux, c’est beau à voir quand c’est très bien effectué, jamais je n’aurais pensé un jour trouver une mécanique de bâtiment belle. Le filage est bien dissimulé et raccordé avec soin jusqu’au panneau bref une installation propre et de qualité.

Concernant la fin des travaux, j’ai eu la chance de bien comprendre le fonctionnement de mon nouveau système afin de pouvoir l’utiliser le plus efficacement possible.

Le job est clé en main, le nettoyage à la fin est impeccable rien ne traine nulle part, même que mon plancher était plus net après leurs passages.

Quand tu vois à la fin tes techniciens fière d’eux même après leurs installations du travail effectué, je ne peux qu’en déduire que Ventilation Hitech est une compagnie fière qui tiens à leurs nom et qui réussit fort bien à le faire avec un service de qualité du début à la fin.

Mouvé expereonce climatiseur installer même pas 5 ans à 5600$ il ne marche pas.le technicien vien pour le voir 15 min rien à réparer pour 215$ il m'a dit qu'il faut aller chercher une pièce qui est encore en garanti mais pour installation je dois payer 1000$, ok j'ai appelé le service pour confirmer la madame m'a dit qu'il peut arriver jusqu'à 1500$ et crocher

I was referred to Ventilation Hitech by the manufacturer (Napoleon), as I was having issues with my wall unit AC (ice build-up, water leaking and was no longer cooling). They came to my house the first time on July 11,2019. The technician stayed 3 hours and determined it must be caused by a leak somewhere. He said he would have to do a test and come back in a few days to see where the leak was coming from. They charged me $536 for this visit and I accepted, as it seemed like he knew what he was talking about.

He returned to my house, as promised, on July 17,2019. This visit took another 3 hours. He now told me that he couldn't find the leak and he was going to check the unit outside. After being outside for almost 1 hour with no update, we asked him what was going on and he said that there is a piece broken and he needed to contact Napoleon to order it. We said OK, as we really wanted this fixed. He gave us ANOTHER bill of $500, which we refused to pay, as this was his second visit and the issue remained unresolved. The company agreed to cut the bill in half, so we only paid $252.

He returned a THIRD time with the new piece on July 23,2019, which he changed. The final bill was $207. We left the AC running all day and all night and it was working perfectly, until.the ice build-up returned around 5AM and water leaked all over my floors again.

I contacted the company the next morning and they were pretty rude, blaming the previous installers (the company went bankrupt) and saying it's probably the pipes and the installation and it will cost us about $1,500 to repair and that they cannot do this in July because it's too hot.

I refused to pay another $1,500 with a company that doesn't seem to know what they are doing or talking about. In the end, we chose to install a brand new unit with another company. They kept the SAME PIPES and the AC is working beautifully ever since, but I had to dish out another $4,500 after I already paid Ventilation Hitech a total of $995.60 for absolutely nothing.

Ils sont bien bons pour vendre des solutions qui ne fonctionnent pas. Une fois que c'est livré, il faut payer de nouveau pour qu'ils réparent leurs problèmes. Pour ma part, mon système n'a jamais fonctionné. Après plusieurs visites du technicien et plus de 10k$ en dépenses on a décidé de mettre fin au cauchemar et de faire affaire avec un autre pour finaliser le projet.

Très Bonnes Appareils suggérées=Excellent Confort. Fait l'aquisition d'une fournaise et thermopompe.

Excellent service résidentiel en moins de 24h. Compétent et poli, le technicien a fait le travail proprement et rapidement. Assez rare dans ce domaine. La compagnie avec qui je faisais affaire depuis plus de 10 ans (j'aimerais tellement la nommer) sont carrément des voleurs tant pour les pièces que les déplacements de tech. Ils m'ont déjà envoyé des techniciens incompétents qui ont causé plus de torts que de bien et qui en a résulté des frais faramineux pour un appareil qui était sans problème.

Compagnie sérieuse. C'est le propriétaire qui est venu faire l'estimation. Le jour de l'installation, une jeune équipe dynamique et de bonne humeur débarque et fait le travail de façon très professionnelle. Ont peut ressentir leur passion à vouloir faire tout parfaitement. Sans magasiner ailleurs avant, je vais les rappeler pour l'installation d'un climatiseur comme ajout à ma fournaise au gaz d'ici un an ou deux. J'ai choisi une fournaise Napoléon fabriquée au Canada.
