Verdun Hospital Emergency Room

Chute à vélo dans un nid de poule dans un parc à Verdun: transport à l'urgence vers 20h30.4h d'attente pour voir le doc. Radio immédiate. J'ai revu le doc 30' après. À 1h30 du matin, on était dehors. Personnel agréable, peu d'attente, un doc compétente et gentil! J'ai eu de la chance Merci à l'équipe des urgences!

Accueil très chaleureux et professionnel de Roberto de la sécurité Commissionnaires.
Les professionnels de soins de santé sont impeccables, avenants et à l’écoute des patients.

Vendredi, arrivée à l’urgence 18h10 et retour chez moi à 21h après avoir vu l’infirmier au triage, le md 2 fois, fait une radiographie et avoir 8 points de suture. Système efficace, personnel attentionné et compétent. Chapeau à l’équipe, un grand merci!

J'ai consulté l'urgence de Verdun après avoir vérifié le taux d'achalandage sur Bonjour santé. Je vis à Boisbriand, j'ai fais la route (environ 30 minutes) pour aller à Verdun. N'ayant pas de médecin de famille, je consultais pour une simple difficulté à avaler depuis 1 semaine causer par un virus. Je voulais m'assurer que ce n'étais pas une infections. Je savais qu'en consultant l'urgence pour un maux de gorge j'en aurais pour facilement 18hrs d'attente. Je suis arrivé à 17h03, repartis à 19h30 avec un diagnostic et une prescription! Le personnel était super attentionné, respectueux et compréhensif. Bravo à l'équipe d'urgence dimanche soir le 12 mars! Vous êtes hot.

Wife stayed for back problems, she got aired to a ward and the nurses ignored her for 4 hours despite several calls. My wife then decided to go home of her own accord but was told by the attending doctor she was on a psychiatric hold because of suicidal threats. Turns out of wife never made those threats, almost impossible as she was onassive pain meds and slept 20 hrs a day, and was told by the floor doctor the next day that wasn't a thing. So she was detained against her will. Add to that my wife has now gone home and the hospital staff refused to return her Medicare card to her. Negative 3 stars.

Love this hospital always go here waiting time is faster than any hospital they understand where I come from they listen to me always come here when I need to go to the hospital:)

Went into the emergency late afternoon on new years eve and got treatment within 6 hours. Staff was nice, doctors were nice. I'm feeling a lot better! Considering the horror stories you hear these days about wait times, I consider 6 hours to be pretty reasonable. Thanks Verdun Emergency!

Je suis déménager à Verdun dernièrement, je me suis présenté et seulement après 3-4 hrs j’ai été pris en charge.du jamais vu dans un temps de crise où les hôpitaux débordent. J’ai vu un spécialiste et tout les docteurs & infirmiers étaient gentils et attentionnés.

I've been in Hospitals with my daughter since she's been born. She has a lot of health issue due to her syndrome. Today has been the worst I've ever seen in service. I gave the Hospital 1 star cause we waited 7 hours to be called into a room and waited more than an hour to be seen. I've always been happy with the service and care in the past, I understand that we have to be patience, but this was ridiculous. I'm a patience person. Hope things will change.
