Great park for beginners and experienced skaters alike. Most of the crowd there is welcoming although you will still find your usual crowd of scooter kids and unattended children on week ends and afternoons. A wide variety of features (rails, ledges, stairs, quarter pipes). All it's missing is a bowl!
Great skatepark for beginners and pros. Lots of fun things to try out. Saw a few skateboarders, scoters and even bmx guys. Open to all! Not a lot of shading, but it's just next to the metro Station de l'Église and next to the Verdun Beach also. Start the day at the skatepark and spend the afternoon at the beach
The park was a nice surprise! I wanted to take my kids here to try out their scooters in a skatepark and didn’t want it to be too busy. It’s a huge enough skatepark that there was lots of room! The skatepark had three different levels of ramps - green, black and red. I believe the red is the advanced ones. The kids HD fun trying the different ramps based on their comfort level. There are also two playgrounds there. On site portolets and an urban beach were extra features. You can see Nuns Island from there. By the urban beach you can also find two slides as well as climbing grips along the wall. Fun!
Great for young kids just starting to learn and adult's who are good at doing tricks. Usually there's lots of kids in the morning and older people start to show up later in the afternoon.
My favorite park in mtl, is more plaza style but also has quarterpipes. Lots of small features perfect to learn tricks on and also 2mn walk from verdun beach
A place where I felt part of community and the obstacle courses top my part of town. It’s beyond fun and can lose track of time as someone getting back into skateboarding this place was freeing and relaxing.
Perfect afternoon playing in the kids park or practicing tricks on the skate ramps. The municipal pool is near and it has plenty of trees and tables for picnics.
