Je recommande à 100% verti store Laval. Un service hors paire. Ils viennent prendre mesures à la maison! Nous sommes très reconnaissant de leur service et qualité du produit A1.

N'achetez rien si vous n'êtes pas sûr car ils ne reprennent absolument rien, même des crochets dans leur emballage d'origine. Autre conseil, magasiner car ils vendent leurs quincaillerie beaucoup plus cher qu'ailleurs. Ils ne sont pas prêt de me revoir! Aussi le store sur-mesure que j'ai acheté est venu du Mexique. Vive l'achat local!

Les conseillères ne savent pas de quoi elles parlent, elles ne sont pas formés pour les nouveaux produits. Ils ont des beaux tissus mais aucune garanties par rapport à la livraison ou l'obtention des stores. Quand même cher pour un service et produit médiocre.

Disappointed with their service. They made a mistake with the measurements. The installer told me it would be a few days to correct the mistake. It has been two weeks and we are still waiting. Today I was informed that it could take up to 3 weeks. They never mentioned that the first time I called.

Not much to say about this company! I had an appointment for windows measurements with one of they counselors, Elias on his name and no show up, no call, nothing.

WORST EVER SERVICE! We ordered our blinds, the sales person took measurements. Later we were told the product we chose could not fit with our measurements and offered another product, he came back with his associate to take other EXACT measures. Finally when the blinds arrived, the installer was unable to install them after removing the old ones. He had to re-install the old ones (one of them could not be closed) and we were informed that another EXPERT in installation will be coming to solve the problem. MR' EXPERT keeps cancelling his appointments. Till date the blinds are just lying on the floor, our old one could not be closed and of course they cashed the price of the blinds. We are promised an appointment for Monday, October 4,2021, if he does not show up, we will be taking legal action against them. BEWARE OF VERTI-STORE!

Éviter cet endroit à tout prix. Nous avons acheté des toiles 5% (3000$). Ils ont fait les toiles trop grandes. Nous n’étions pas satisfaits après l’installation. Ils sont revenus et ont coupé le tout avec un exacto tout croche. Les toiles sont de très mauvaise qualité et son maintenant impossibles à installer. Depuis l’achat, la gérante ne répond pas à nos multiples messages et à nous courriels et n’est jamais disponible pour nous répondre.
