J'ai du amener ma petite lapine âgée et très malade d'urgence et cette clinique est celle que je conseille pour tous ceux et celles ayant des animaux exotiques. La vétérinaire qui nous a accompagnée dans cette épreuve était très très douce, sincère, gentille et attentionnée. Ma lapine n'a pas été anxieuse dutout. Elle sentait cette bienveillance.
Le personnel fait preuve d'une grande humanité. Ils nous ont également envoyé une petite carte de condoléances écrite à la main. Ce geste nous a énormément touché! Merci milles fois.

I've had 7 rats go through surgery with this clinic over the past 3 years - 2 mass removals + spays, the others routine sterilizations - and I am really grateful for the success rate we've had. Only 2 instances of complications, and they both resolved well (one rat wouldnt leave her wound alone and needed a cone, one had subskin fluid buildup that went away on its own in a week). I don't think I would bring my rats anywhere else at this point.

Brought our bird here for the first time. I had an excellent experience, the team did an amazing job; from booking the appointment and reminders, to assisting with paperwork and making you feel comfortable.

Wonderful staff, vet techs, and Doctors. They were able to treat our bunny Hayden in an emergency. Throughout the whole process, they communicative and helpful. If you have a rabbit in Montreal, these the people to be your vet!

Meilleur clinique ever pour mes petits plumeaux et même si nous sommes déménager à 3h de route on fait le détour! Mes perroquets sont toujours très traiter et personnels très très très compétents ainsi qu’à notre écoute/inquiétude

Bon service pour mon lapin, la vétérinaire était excellente. Le stationnement est difficile et l'entrée vers la clinique est très étroite.

Meilleur endroit pour les oiseaux je vais toujours faire la route pour que mes oiseaux soit bien traités

Docteur Brieger est un reel amoureux des oiseaux qui ma impressionné la premiere fois que je lai vue manipulee ma kiki. Jai aussi ete charmee par la douceur et lecoute de Docteur Hebert. Je suis a cette clinique depuis des annees et meme Kiki se sens chez elle et chante (meme malade) quand elle va faire son tour car elle se sens chez elle et respectee. Je recommande a tout propriétaires d'oiseaux.

The hospitality is good but over it’s two expensive to get a check-up done for your pets, for consultation of birds they charge a fee of 280CAD plus taxes and treatment is added depending upon the condition of the pet.

On sent qu'ils se préoccupent beaucoup plus de vos petits animaux (lapins, oiseaux, hérissons, etc.) que d'autres endroits qui prennent aussi des chiens et des chats; c'est vraiment apprécié.

I used to love them. However, after they switch owners, the new policy and attitude make the clinic feel like a money making place. The vet quality is definitely poorer than before. For chronic disease, they are not event willing to give out long-term prescription. Instead, they want you to go back every month or two (with low risk of side effect). For tests, they would not give out antibiotics, even though all signs suggested infection with clear blood dropping. The only way that they are willing to give out antibiotics is if one agrees to taking the test. And, the same goes with many common treatments.

Please do not bring your animal here. They don't care about you OR your animal, they only care about MONEY. Do not come here unless you wanna get overcharged for no reason. Will not recommend here to anybody.

I’ve had a great experience at this clinic. The receptionists were both kind and helpful. I asked to be called if there was any cancellation as I was worried for my pet and they did. It was my first visit there, bringing in my guinea pig Ruby, and the clinic made me feel at ease. The doctor was super nice and took the time to ask about Ruby’s lifestyle and did a full exam (came in for an eye infection). Turns out that my piggie is having some rare eye condition and need to take medication with a follow up to monitor her symptoms. The technitian was very sweet with Ruby and showed me how to hold her for the prescribed eye drops. I am very grateful for all the help received today and I trust this clinic 100%

Wonderful experience here, they took great care of our little Munchkin until his very last day. We initially came to check a lump on our Syrian hamster, and the vet said sadly it's a cancerous growth. She gave him painkillers, and a month to live. One month later, we call saying he became less active. She recommends scheduling an appointment to put him down, as situations with hamsters degrade quickly. It happened as she said, the next day he was doing unusual sounds of pain.
When we arrived at our euthanasia appointment, the vet was very professional, he checked his file, injected him, ensured Munchkin's heart stopped beating with his stethoscope, gave us his condoleances, some time to process and spend with Munchkin, and said its good we accompanied our hamster until his very last breath.
They made the best they could with a sad situation, and I thank them. Not overly expensive for some poor students like us. I would like this clinic to take care of my future roborovski hamsters, and wish every caring staff member here good fortune in life?

The veterinarians at this clinic saved my ferret's life. He was diagnosed with a very rare, deadly disease. The staff were very supportive throughout my ferret's treatment and always kept me informed as to what was going on with him. Everyone at this clinic are so friendly and helpful. I know that my fur babies are always safe at this clinic. I have even boarded my pets here when I have gone on vacation. I love that they play with my pets and don't just leave them in a cage all day while I am gone. I would recommend this vet clinic to anyone with an exotic pet

This is the only vet. Clinic that treats exotic birds in the city. They are great. Helpful and very kind. Unfortunately, as there's no insurance for birds in Canada, the prices go up fast, very fast.
Tx to Dr. Hebert, she is wonderful and offers all the possible options and helps you choose what's best for your bird. Thanks to all the stuff members, very nice and supportive.

My 5yr old rabbit wasn't eating much in the morning and showed lethargic signs (first time in almost 2 years). I gave them a quick call, and the receptionist was very helpful. Luckily his situation improved but still brought him in for an examination (hadn't gotten one since the adoption) The vet was nice, explained everything in detail and I was happy to hear that he was perfectly healthy. He informed me that sometimes blockages can happen even if I do everything right, due to buildup of fibres and hair. I did take up on his advice to add papaya tablets to his diet (I already give him Oxbow Digestion tablets) as it helps breakdown hair. Overall had a good experience. Price was also reasonable. I can rest assured that, should anything happen again, my rabbit Peter will be in good hands.

If you need anything other than checkups or convenient care, don't bother. They'll tell you to go to an emergency clinic anyway.
Also, FYI, be prepared to pay an extra 200$+ at the emergency clinic just to be seen.

Ici, nous sommes entre bonnes mains! J'ai un rat. Avoir un rendez-vous, ça peut vous prendre du temps. Mais ceci arrive lorsqu'on est bon et connu. Ils nous donnent des références si urgence est où aller. Ils discute avec nous afin de nous aider à établir la situation et nous diriger. Ils font des suivis. Ils valident l'environnement et font des recommandations. Si vos animaux sont importants pour vous alors vous avez trouvé la bonne place.

Sans commentaire. Mon oiseau aumoins je ne l'ai pas.perdu lorsques la fille a ouverte la boite a l'extérieur et l'a fait tomber et renverser la boite.

Mon furet a le cancer. Il doit recevoir ses injections au 6 semaines. Je me trompé de chemin, cônes oranges partout, j'appelle pour informer que je serai en retard. Ils me disent que je serai trop en retard que je ne peux pas venir. Ok parce que j'ai pas la bonne adresse au départ, parce que à mtl on est le festival des cônes oranges, je vais laisser mourir mon animal? !

Personnel toujours accueillant et très humain qui prend le temps d'expliquer ce qu'il faut et d'aider à prendre les bonnes décisions selon le bien-être de l'animal, sans tenter de faire payer des soins inutilement comme la majorité des cliniques vétérinaires. Rendez-vous rapides malgré la pandémie, prix moins élevés qu'ailleurs (selon mon expérience) et hygiène irréprochable! La famille vous remercie <3.

They are a very friendly clinic and I trust them with all my small animal needs. I have a cute siamese dumbo cross rat and she was spayed there just last month.

They are covid friendly and ask that one person attend appointments. They do allow two people for euthanasia though (my other rat passed in January and they were very respectful and kind).

Really nice and professional staff. They call to confirm your appointment two days prior and the vet handled my rabbit very professionally. One of their clients tested positive and they made the effort to test all staffs and closed down for two weeks in the self-quarantine time. Highly recommend!

Best place to bring your exotic critters. They are super friendly, knowledgeable. I brought my guinea pig to be fixed and she has healed quickly and without any problems. I definitely recommend them

Very happy with the service. I have been bringing my pets here for a few years and always received excellent service. The staff are very friendly and sympathetic.

I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was told I would have to pay 18$ only for what I wanted to do. I had a good experience until I had to pay, which is when they told me there was a mandatory exam that costs 80$ for new customers. I even made sure with the vet before she started working that I didn't want anything else. I won't be coming back.

Je ne rédige jamais d’avis sur les réseaux sociaux, mais force est d’admettre que cette clinique en mérite un.

Évidemment, il faut toujours prévoir un bon budget lorsque qu’on se rend chez le vétérinaire. Je dois admettre que je m’attendais à une facture plus élevée pour tous les soins que ma perruche a reçue.
Le docteur Trudeau m’a bien expliqué les coûts des traitements et m’a proposé différents plans et alternatives afin que je puisse prendre une décision éclairée autant pour la santé de mon animal que pour mon portefeuille.

J’ai reçu un service impeccable de la part des techniciennes, qui m’ont expliqué avec douceur et patience comment s’occuper de mon petit malade.

Ne pouvant pas m’absenter de mon travail, ils ont accepté de prendre mon oiseau en urgence et en pension et de me faire des diagnostiques au téléphone.

Mon oiseau n’est pas sorti d’affaires et il est possible qu’il ne guérisse pas. Mais j’ai énormément apprécié que le docteur soit honnête avec moi et je n’ai pas eu l’impression que la clinique cherchait à me « vendre » des soins coûteux pour rien.

Mon message sera surement différent de biens d'autres car je n'ai pas utilisé les service de la clinique. Toutefois, j'ai parlé avec la réceptionniste qui s'appelle Elisa ou quelque chose de semblable. J'ai transmit mon message à la dame même mais je voulais que ses patrons saches que cette dame est beaucoup plus qu'une secrétaire ou réceptionniste. Elle m'a écouté, rassuré, conseillé et ce avec BEAUCOUP d'empathie. Elle n'était pas obligé de le faire mais elle a prit le temps. Elle a fait la différence! Merci encore à cette dame!

Maintenant ils nous obligent à payer $100.pour un examen " visuel " chaque année sinon ils refusent de lui donner les soins nécessaires
J'ai demandé d'avoir son dossier médical ils me chargent $10. +tx pour un courriel, j'aurais aimé l'avoir en papier, impossible il y a trop de feuilles m'a-ton répondu.
Il a déjà passé plusieurs examens très dispendieux, prise de sang, échographies, biopsie envoyée aux États-Unis etc.
On m'a même conseillé de le faire euthanasier pour une maladie qu'il n'a jamais eu
En plus de coûter très cher j'ai tellement pleurée
Pour finalement après plusieurs centaines de dollars et beaucoup de larmes me dire qu'il n'a rien sauf son petit problème que l'on connaissait depuis longtemps
La santé de mes animaux est une priorité pour moi
Pour eux c'est autre cho$e

They are very considerate. We went there a couple of times, two of which were to put down our very old and very sick rats. They were very supportive and understanding of our situation, and made our grief a little brighter with an appreciated and thoughtful letter.

If the veterinarian suggests to hospitalize your pet, please ask if staff is provided during closed hours. Better yet, go take a peak during closed hours and try to see if any staff is present. One would think that a healthcare professional suggests to hospitalize an animal as to provide extra care, not to abandon a sick animal in need. My pet died in a deserted place. The matter is before the courts and I am outraged. Such a disgusting way to make money.

Première fois que j'aillais là, bonne acceuille. J'ai rencontré Dr. Trudeau qui s'est occupée de mes chinchillas, elle est tellement douce et gentille. Elle a su maitriser autant mon plus peureux que celui qui bouge le plus. Elle est très professionnelle je la recommende!

First time there, warm welcome. I met Dr. Trudeau who took care of my two chinchillas. She's so sweet and so kind. She knew how to handle them perfectly, the most shy but also the most moving one. She's really professional. I recommend her!

Si vous aimez vraiment votre animal, à éviter cette place. Nous avons amené notre peruche pour couper les ongles. Après leurs interventions, une ongle à commencé à saigner et l'hémorragie à été arrété avec beacoup de difficulté. Pour être sincer, il faut reconnaitre que le lemdemain le propriétair de la clinique nous a appelé pour s'excuser.

Amazing and super knowledgeable staff! They saved my bunny when she went into GI statis. They’re so kind and are also always available by telephone and email when I have concerns about my bunny. Highly recommend this vet!
