I loved it there. I had a consultation with Brenda for a dye job.

Everyone from receptionist to Brenda to the apprentice was efficient, sweet and personable. I felt so comfortable.

It was my first time at a salon so I wasn't expecting it to take so long, but I believe that's normal.

The service was exceptional and they had a great atmosphere, music and various drinks to sip on while waiting for the bleach to do it's work.

They're also happy to share their knowledge on hair care, and boy was there more than I thought! She's an art and a science!

Tammy was amazing! I came in with an absolute mop on my head and I left looking like a whole new person. Tammy was so kind, supportive and knowledgeable and made the whole experience so enjoyable, I will 100% recommend her to all my friends!

The haircut was ok but not perfect. It’s inconsistent at the back and there is one spot missing hair. The place wasn’t very organized and wasn’t clean. There was a customer who didn't book enough time and everybody after her, including me, had to wait for 30-40 minutes even if we arrived on time. I only experienced this long wait in a clinic, never in a salon before, the salon should do a much better job to organize the time for their customers. There were hair and dust everywhere on the table, on the chair, and on the floor. The hairdresser had to look around for a clip because things are not organized and were entangled with each other. Overall, it is a management failure. This place needs a thorough clean up and get everything in order. I had a hard time to wait in the dirty and noisy room for 40mins before I can get a haircut.

It was my first time there and I was very happy with the service I received from Kaylee.
I will be back!

I had a full head of highlights, haircut and blowdry done by Tammy and was blown away at how amazing my hair looks. Tammy took the time to really understand my request, and did a thorough and incredible job transforming my hair from dull and grown out to vibrant and healthy. I have already received many compliments on the beautiful bright blond she did and would highly recommend her!
The owner Caroline was also extremely kind, considerate and helpful throughout all our correspondences and made sure my experience was excellent and the service I received was of the highest quality.

If you’re picky with your hair and need someone who understands you in what you’re looking for or need a hairdresser who helps you to decide, Tammy Kayehair is who I highly highly recommend. I love sitting in her chair and getting pampered. I’ve been there twice and I have left Salon Vibes feeling amazing! I’m so happy I have finally found my go to place with the right hairdresser.

Vibes has a great atmosphere. I love going here. Tammy is very knowledgeable, stays up to date on techniques and trends (which you can see on her instagram @tammykayehair) and gives a great overall experience.

I’ve gotten my hair washed, cut and coloured by her multiple times and have never been disappointed. I have recommended Tammy to others and they too have continued services with her.

Salon vibes is one of the best hair salons in the west island. I was with Tammy (her insta: TAMMYKAYEHAIR) she was great. I felt completely comfortable talking with her and having good conversations and my hair turned out sooooo good. As the name says it, the vibes there are awesome, especially with my hairdresser and all the staff around:)

West Island’s best kept secret works there - Laurina is the reason I ever stepped foot in Salon Vibes. She is not only one of the most talented make up artists in the city, but her passion for her work and her professionalism towards her clients is outstanding! @Laurina: keep making people feel beautiful! I have had such great experiences with Laurina doing my nails! Always saw her every month because she took the time and care for doing my nails how I wanted them. She never disappoints every time I had seen her! I extremely recommend her for anyone that is interested in getting their nails done at Vibes:)

I highly recommend Hayley if you are looking for a colorist, I have been going to her for the past 3 years and have yet to be disappointed, she always does such an amazing job - as well as for blow drys i have very very curly hair and she always gets it pin straight!

A great salon, very clean and everyone is super friendly! I got my hair done by Tammy yesterday. She spent 5 hours (!) on it and the results were more than perfect! She was very patient and nice, helped me out with all of my requests and gave me tips on how to take better care of my hair. Highly recommended!?

I booked an appointment for a stylist for my haircut. The person who cut my hairs was not a stylist but someone from aesthetics. N she gave me a poor hair cut. And the person who booked the appointment (on the reception) completely supported the poor hair cut n tried convincing me that aesthetic person is also stylist.

They charge you full for a stylist giving you someone from aesthetics This happened twice with me. I ignored it for the first time thinking it’s a genuine mistake. But they repeated it. So it’s their way of doing business with new clients.

Just came back from my first visit to Vibes - really amazing - nice trendy salon but more important, the staff is wonderful - always checking on you to see if you need anything but ultimately the most important thing is my new hairdresser Tammy - she is incredible. She is kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable and super talented - highly recommended!

It was my first and definitely not my last time going to salon Vibes! I had a great experience. Dalia was just amazing! She really understood what I wanted and she is up to date with the new techniques and styles. My blow dry (which usually starts falling appart, dulling and frizzing) stayed perfect all night! The whole team was very friendly and I really felt a great vibe while I was there!

Laurina is the best! Not only is she beautiful, funny and kind - she does fantastic work.
My itsy bitsy lashes are now very visible.
I have one hooded lid and does A great job of camouflaging it.
For even more effect, one coat of mascara is a game changer.

I went to get a balayage done for the first time by Tammy and she did an amazing job and I’m stunned at the results! The receptionist was very nice and took my coat and offered me something to drink while I waited as I arrived a bit earlier. I recommend Tammy to anyone who wants to get there hair done and get a balayage or ombré done!

I had an amazing experience with Alexia. She knows how to handle very curly hair and has a great attitude when working with you! I’ve had several experiences when the hair stylist is always complaining about how much hair I have and how curly it is. I recommend Alexia 100%!

Just got a haircut and blowdry today and i must say im in love. Larissa did am awesome job and she was very kind as to listening to what i wanted. Everyone at the salon had a nice smile on their face which made my experience enjoyable and comfortable! Thumbs up:)

Been going to Salon Vibes for a while. Such a lovely place! Staff is very friendly and professional. Great manicures and pedicures, always a good job. Also best place to get your hair done!

I went in for a cut. Only for a cut. It's what I had planned in my budget. I arrived there and was greeted warmly by a person at the desk (my star goes to her) but after that it all went downhill. I showed photos to the stylish I was assigned to. She explained a long bob would suit me better for my type of hair. I explained that it's not what I wanted at all. I hate blunt ends, it doesn't go with my style which is more edgy. Showed more photos. Long layers with long wispy ends. Like the photos. She cut my hair but kept coming back to the long bob. I was polite, and said what I wanted. I was vocal about it and communicated it clearly. She explained a blow dry would help her see the cut better. Over my budget, but I accepted to help the stylish get me the cut I wanted.
She kept pushing for the long bob despite my many attempts at explaining what I wanted. I'm covered in tattoos, I color my hair all sorts of colors, blunt is not my style at all. She didn't listen. I kept asking her to remove the blunt but she didn't listen to my requests. A few snips here and there, asking me if I liked it. Seeing it was going nowhere, I left the salon with exactly what I didn't want. And that blow dry didn't last 2 hours. Stylings should listen to their clients. I didn't like my experience at all. I don't look like myself. I hate my hair now.

Amazing place! Got my hair done by Dalia! Simply amazing, never will I go to another hairdresser, always come out feeling great. And fabulous blow dry:) definitely would recommend salon vibes and ask for Dalia ;)

Amazing service. Jenn did such a great job with my hair blow dry and curls as well as my eyebrows. You walk in feeling welcomed and every single one of the staff is super friendly!
