It shouldn’t take 25 minutes to check out like there was a line of like 20 people the girl at the cashier was all alone 2 of her colleagues were just doing unnecessary things behind the cashier instead of opening all the cashiers and calling others so it could go faster!

Went to visit, store is beautiful however I didn’t get to do my purchase. Downstairs at pink nobody in sight no one at cash went upstairs at Victoria secret at the cash and was told to go to the front of the store and found one cashier with a very busy store with a line up. Lots of workers but nobody working cash refused to wait in the long line up.disappointed I didn’t get to leave with my items

Aucun service. J’ai été dans la boutique pour 45 min personne ne m’a demandé si j’avais besoin d’aide. Aux cabines d’essayage non plus. Une seule caisse d’ouverte pour 3 étages de magasin. Première fois que j’ai un si mauvais service. Réduisez vos heures d’ouverture si vous n’avez pas le personnel pour ouvrir!

The open time during the weekend is 10am, 10: 15 and the store is still not open. Like the brand but this store should either update the working time or respect it.

Its the only store in montreal can you at least stay open until closure, not fun driving around downtown for it to be closed 1h and a half prior to closure. Otherwise plz change your business hours

2 floors plus a basement floor. C'est tres cool! Everything is organized well. You'll know where to go if you prefer Pink or Victoria's. The dressing rooms are cozy. Each time I visit this place, I can't leave without buying anything, lol. Kidding aside, the staff were all very accommodating.

Many items and special gifts to buy. Today I got a special discount after buging a perfum I got body lotion for 2 $

Toute une ambiance cette boutique, et en plus pas à des années lumières de s'y rendre, exactement!

La qualité est mauvaise pour le prix exorbitant. Je conseille Change Lingerie pour leur qualité prix, pas ce magasin. Plein de vêtements mal accrochés, limite à terre, on se croirait dans un Ardène. Le seul truc bien est la grande variété de lingerie, mais encore là c’est beau visuellement et non pour porter à long terme.

Worst customer service I ever saw in my life and the cashier was very rude. If I could give 0 star I would have gave them that because that’s what they deserve. My friend is pregnant and they refused her the bathroom after waiting a long time in line and spending money there.

The store is big, on 3 levels, clean and well organized. They have an interesting choice for lingerie. The staff was welcoming and available but they don't have PINK beauty product.

Cashier extremely rude, did not talk to me after l tried to engage her in small talk though she clearly was talking to the customer before me.

So horrible experience, staff is chasing you all the time and you can't try anything, and barely touch anything, and they don't have simples open of every style nor every size. Won't go back.

SUPER endroit j'adore ce magasin, les soutiens gorge sont très jolis et très sexy, en plus d'être d'excellente qualité. Cet endroit vaut vraiment le détour. Allez y vous ne serez pas déçu. Personnel très sympathique et courtois.

Je sais qu'on est en situation de covid, il y a des règlements a suivre, mais je refuse de me faire crier dessus parce que j'ai pas comprit quelque chose. Jetais aller pour un echange, mais j'ai demandé un rembourssement, Super désagréable comme service. Filles vraiment hautain. Dernière fois je vais là.

Je vous aurais donné une meilleure note s'il était possible de se faire servir en français dans toutes vos boutiques du centre-ville de Montréal.

Bon les vendeuses ou devrais je plutôt les appelées des sangsues assoiffées de ventes! C'est presque toute les 5 min qu' une vendeuse et souvent la même qui vient vous solliciter! C'est vraiment fatigant surtout quand on leurs dis qu'on à pas besoin d'aide! Nous étions obliger de jouer au chat et à la souris pour les évités pour être tranquilles!

Les vendeuses sont trop après nous malgré qu'on leur dise que nous n'avons pas besoin d'aide. Leur insistance en devient pénible et désagréable.

I was waiting while my wife checked the new items. It was supposed to be a quick stop. An hour later I was still there.

Well, there is still hope for retail!

What a stunning environment! They give new meaning to attention to every exquisite, lacy detail, and I trust all of us felt the enchantment: decor, merchandising, colours, delicate and seductive scents and sounds, but the ultimate: the staff.

I was beyond impressed by their extensive product knowledge, their willingness to introduce themselves, actually listen to my needs: You see, I sought to beautifully cover the girls rather than push them way up. And to hear this: "Oh, I understand. THIS is what you are looking for. They are displayed in the basement. Please, feel free to continue browsing on this floor, and when you are ready, let me know, I will call downstairs to let them know you are coming".

And again: Enchanted Apple was my favorite fragrance: reminds me of those special trips to the stores in New York, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Ann Arbor. Please tell me they brought it back?
"Unfortunately no. But the closest to it would be Pure Seduction. You will also like Velvet Petals". Need I say more: Sold, of course.

And I am happy to report that every single one of these dream sales experts and fit consultants, and there are quite a few of them, demonstrated the same positive, pleasant attitude, the unforgettable touch that ensures a customer come back.

I love the apparels, but I got frustrated seeing that they focus on sales rather than on the customers, on one of my last visits.

Very nice store, albeit it a bitdark for my tastes. (I get it.supposed to simulate one's "boudoir", but I couldn't read the prices! Or, maybe that is exactly Victoria's intention)
The young ladies helping me were polite and friendly. The store itself was neat and tidy.

J’ai magasiné là-bas plusieurs fois et je sentais toujours une pression des employés sur les clients. Elles veulent juste qu’on achète et achète et achète, ne font pas attention à ce qu’on a vraiment besoin. Certains managers sont très rudes envers les employés et ça se voit.

I have shopped there many times and have always felt pressure employees on customers. They just want us to buy and buy and buy, to make money and don't care what we really need. Some managers are very rude to employees and clients.

Lack of service, clothing size are all mixed up. Really long wait at the fitting room and long wait at the cash. Not a pleasant experience.

Would be nice if they had more space for men to wait for their girlfriends XD

Great service, a multicultural experience, the girls not only speak English and French but I heard one speaking Portuguese with a client and another one Spanish. Overall good experience, found the prices to be cheaper than in the States, that's a first!

No sizes available, not enough staff available to help. The staff aren't well educated on the proper sizing of bras. It's a mystery to me why they offer the service when they don't know how to take a simple measurement. The girl there insisted I was a smaller size than I am, when they simply don't carry my size but kept trying to make a sale. It's a for profit buisness, nothing else to add.

Great service, very happy about that because it was hard to find anything by myself. Especially since they were busy with people during a sidewalk sale.

J’adore Victoria Secret et j’en achète quand je voyage souvent dans le monde entier mais ce magasin de VS Montréal rue sainte Catherine est une vraie catastrophe. Les sous vêtements sont complètement en fouillis 3en chiffons dans les tiroirs, les tailles ne sont pas dans les bons tiroirs j’ai vu des modèles qui me plaisaient et impossible de retrouver le bon modèle à ma taille dans les tiroirs. Les vendeuses ont toutes été plus odieuses les unes que les autres surtout la manager elles faisaient semblant de chercher 2 min puis partaient sans rien dire ou alors me demandaient vous n’aimez pas ça ou ça en me montrant n’importe quel modèle à ma taille mais pas ceux que je cherchais. Elles haussaient les sourcils et soupiraient fort faisaient des remarques désagréables, jamais vu ça dans aucun autre magasin de la marque partout dans le monde. Je voulais essayer un parfum et il n’y avait pas à l’étage de testeur une vendeuse me dit vous pouvez pas essayer vous achetez ou vous achetez pas je peux rien faire pour vous.bref un scandale.j’irais dans ceux des autres pays hein je remettrais plus jamais les pieds dans celui là

Very big, flashy and expensive. The underwear is good quality but I don't know if the quality is worth the image they project. The unhealthy body standards being waved in your face everywhere did not make for an enjoyable shopping trip.
Also the type of lotion my friend was looking for is no longer available in store.

Décevant, les sous vêtements ne sont pas rangés dans les tiroirs, tout est mélangé les tailles, les modèles rien n'est respecté.
Et pas la peine de compter sur de l'aide. Il faut "fouiller" m'a dit la vendeuse de l'étage.
Je précise que ce n'était pas à l'étage ou les items étaient en solde.
Néanmoins, l'hôtesse de caisse était charmante, a compris que J' étais mécontente et a proposé de m'aider très gentiment.
