Tore up some rotors with rocks pads cracked a bit too asked these guys if they could help me out told them what I needed and they help me out exactly with what I wanted I won't go into too much detail but I'll just say that these guys are amazing and I really appreciate the help!

Ordered rotors and pads for my vehicle, the order was shipped in 2 separate boxes, UPS decided to return the heavier of the 2 boxes as receiver moved, but the lighter box was delivered. The sales team at ViNNiStore worked really hard in order to get the second box turned around and sent back to me as soon as possible. Absolutely great customer service and the brakes have been fantastic as well. Highly recommended.

Received parts for my Ford f53 in a reasonable time, the problem is the rear rotors were missing the abs ring gear.
By the time it was realized ring gear was missing all parts had been removed from vehicle.
Putting back old rotors, brakes and the possibility of damaging $120 seal and waiting for new ones to come in were not an option, so old abs ring gears were removed and reinstalled in new rotors.
When I contacted Vinnistore they wanted pics of missing gear.too late.they were already installed.
Then they wanted to give me a $15 credit, you know what they can do with their credit

Update Aug 2022.one rear brake failed because brake pad came apart, Vinnnistore contacted the manufacturer for me and they sent a new rotor and brakes free of charge, allthough it cost me labour and a new seal to get things back to normal, vinnistore helped out.thanks

This was a first time experience for me, and I could not be more pleased. I checked out a number of different sources for the parts I needed. There was a couple reasons leading me to purchase from them. First, how clearly the vehicle information and part numbers are listed on their website, especially important when shopping for auto parts. Second was that they ship from Canada, meaning a short delivery time without surprises or customs fees. Third was the quality of the replacement parts. Lastly, the price was fair, not the lowest around, but also not the most expensive. If my car is in needs for replacement parts, I know where I will be purchasing it.

I had a very difficult time finding the correct parts for my vehicle and VinniStore was very prompt on helping me search for the correct parts, And actually went the extra mile and did some secondary searching for me on a item that was not available directly through their site. Sent an email with my VIN asking for the right brake parts for my truck. They provided a detailed response with the right part numbers and links. Received the right parts.

5 star so far, just because they are made in CANADA, I haven't recieved the brakes for my Dodge ram 2500 Diesel yet, but reading thru all of yhe info about them I am sure I will be impressed. NOTE: 99 Dodge ram's have a bad
rep with there brakes, hopefully these will fix most or all of it.

One of the parts I ordered was on backorder although it was showing in stock. I was informed by email soon after placing my order that there will be a slight additional delay for receiving this part. The provided delay has been respected and I even received my parts ahead of time.

I have contacted this cie before placing my order as I wanted to surprise my brother for Christmas with a special order (Koni). When I tell you I was relieved to have had someone take his time to explain all to me and how it works and even given me recommendations, I couldn't be happier! Do not purchase anything from this store. I ordered brake pads and rotors for my 2015 mustang ecoboost 2.3L and they sent me wrong parts. Front rotors are too big (for brembo brake option) and rear ones are for different vehicle. After back and forth email for two months they agree only to take rear rotors and pads for return and denying for front rotors even after I proved that they do not fit to my vehicle. They answer professionally to gain trust but it's all to make you realize after purchase that it's all fake. Very poor customer service.

They do not honor their 30 day hassle free warranty, and make every excuse there is to refund your money.

I asked the seller to cancel my order and give me a refund almost 4 days ago. I sent 3 different tickets to ask for a refund and for them to forget sending the parts because I had to get my brakes done sooner than that.

Edit: The company contacted me on the next business day and were able to resolve my issue and although they have poor shipping timing in my opinion but also probably due to covid-19 they do have a great costumer service.

I ordered rotors and brake pads for my Flex life time garentee. Sent email 1week after ordering to find out where my order was. Was told I would be contacted within 48hrs.no email back. Contacted them by email again no reply from them either. Finally got my parts. Customer service is what they say is their best reason to deal with. Never got paperwork with my order not parts garentee and not shipped in box that was showen on their website. So I don't know if I got the parts I actually ordered and paid for or if they were substituted for the cheaper product.
Not happy at all.

I ordered front and rear rotors and pads for my car on September 7 and paid express shipping. It has been 3 weeks and I have only received my parts 2 days ago and the front pads are incorrect. There is no phone number to get a hold of them and the only contact you have with them is via email. They are prompt to reply back to say sorry and hope I understand but give no solution. So now they will not reply back and I have to go elsewhere to get front pads to get my car out of the shop. If you can avoid them!

You are quick to reply with an explanation but it did not help me get my car out of the shop. The best that you were able to compensate me with was the express shipping? Come on you were almost four weeks late!
