Finally visited Montreal and popped into VF. Wife and I each copped a pair. Service and store were super on point, def caught a vibe! Shout to Corey and the gang!

Ordered glasses from here and paid shipping.now i find out in order for ups to deliver my package i have to pay duties on it.this was never disclosed to me by vintage frames.i sent them several emails and received no response, i also called multiple times and kept getting an answering machine.this should have been told to me upfront, as i already paid for shipping.terrible customer service.

Update: Someone from the company reached out a couple of months later and apologized, citing that they've had troubles with UPS. I was given a substantial gift certificate/voucher for a future purchase. They did the right thing under the circumstances! Changing my rating from 3 stars to 4 because of this.

I love the sunglasses I got, however the online shopping experience was horrendous. I received my order confirmation email and was waiting for the shipping update emails. Never received any. Every couple days I would check the 'order status' on their website through the link on the confirmation email, nothing.

This morning I checked it again, all of a sudden it says my order has been delivered to 'the address I provided' 3 days ago. It never came to my house! Checked on UPS with the tracking number, turns out it has been delivered to a drop off point in my city! Never was a told it would be dropped at a pickup location. Worst of all, I received no email updates and had to check manually on a regular basis! On the UPS website, it said the due date for my pickup was 2 days from now. If I had not gone through the rabbit hole soon enough, I may have lost my order entirely.

I do love the glasses I got and am happy with the product. However, the shopping experience was beyond disappointing and I will probably never order from the website again. I am only one province away (Ontario), it should not be an epic poem for me to get a hold of my order!

Do not order from here. Definitely listen to the negative reviews as they are the truth. The customer service is dreadful. I ordered against my better judgement because my boyfriend has ordered here a few times and has not had any issues. Before this last incident I have placed two orders and have not had any issues. However,
The last time I ordered from them I ordered TWO frames, one for my bf birthday and one for me. I only received one frame and even have proof from the shipping company that only one item was sent. I sent documents and photos to vintage frames via email no response. My boyfriend even messaged the owner Corey on Instagram and Corey said to email Stephanie at vintage frames. I sent all the emails again and still no answer. I also called and received no call back or response. I had no choice but to go through my bank. Then they sent false information to my bank and try to say that they have sent both frames.
After reading the most recent reviews I see that they have done the same to another customer. Way to ruin a birthday gift and provide terrible customer service. Definitely not worth it and wouldn’t purchase again. Spend your money where the company/business values your time, money and wants to keep you as a customer.

Worst customer support. Ordered 3 pairs of shades only one came. Multiple messages trough email and social media with 0 reply.

they just dont care, when you call and finally speak to someone, they tell you to call the customer service wich is always unavailable lolll what a joke,

than via Facebook they reply me to send a email, things i did, guess what no one reply to my email,

i’ve spend more than 800$ 1 month ago, and no news since.

I swear to god im gonna do everything to cancel my transaction and you will never see me again.

1- Je me suis fais avoir, j’ai acheter sur sont site internet, les prix sont en $ USD, mais ca on ne le sais que lorsque la commande es passé, tu leur écris il ne te répondent même pas, tu les appeles il te répondent froidement,

2- ca auras pris plus de 1 mois pour recevoir des lunettes avec prescription,

Best sunglasses store in the world. I challenge anyone to show me a better one. The quality and originality are on point. They go above and beyond to take care of their clients, the owner (Corey Shapiro) has taken care of me so many times, I’m not a celebrity or anything close just a regular guy, Corey has went out of his way to give the best client services, even going to far as to hand picking frames that might fit my face (big head) shout out to the whole vintage frames family.

Do not listen to any negative reviews here. As a Montrealer for 27 years and owner of multiple Vintage Frames I can say that this brand put us on the map, distinguishes itself from other brands & remains a staple of the 514. Whenever I had any issues, calling and asking your concerns will always be addressed and they will direct you to the proper solution. Lastly, they have a style for everyone and that's the beauty of it. Thanks Corey for a home brand that is worldwide!

Unethical company, get your sunglasses elsewhere. The sunglasses themselves are about mid-range quality wise, but I would recommend avoiding this business and shopping elsewhere, the owner is responsible for much of the gentrification and renovictions in Montreal and increasing rental prices. If you want to preserve the character of our city and affordability, boycott, do not give money to the owner of this business. There are many other sunglass shops in Montreal that are excellent, and you won't have to endure this one's gaudy decor.

First let’s talk about how fast the shipping is! I got my glasses in a matter of a couple days from Canada to Georgia! The quality is un matched! Gives you a super high end designer look! People will be commenting you all day when you wear Vintage Frames! I love all my glasses from this company! Always will be a customer!

Corey recommended great glasses to suit my face and went out of his way to make sure I got new lenses for my old VF frames. Store was very clean and staff were very helpful.

Ok, so I’m going to write this review for those who may be first time shoppers or on the fence. This is this place you want to buy frames and lenses from. The craftsmanship and quality are impeccable. If there is a problem or imperfection the staff has always been more than helpful. I’m no fly by night leaving a comment either. I’ve been a customer well over, I know at least four to five years. I’m complimented often if not daily on my frames. Between options of services and options of choices, vintage frames is top of the line.

This is by far the best store I’ve shopped with in a long time. Service is great the advertisements are stellar and the communication is top tier. Will forever be a customer.

From the moment I walked in to the store, I was greeted by Stephanie and she was such a pleasure to work with. She was super patient and helpful with me as I tried to pick out my very first pair of VF sunglasses. I always get compliments and even have people asking me if they can read the inside of my glasses. I love my pick and will definitely be adding to my collection!

First of all, OWEEE! They turned out beautiful & very well made! Also the staff is fantastic. I believe the person that helped me was named Stephanie. There was an issue when I ordered online and when I called the store to get help fixing it they were very helpful and accommodating. She even took time to email me photos of my Options while we were on the phone & make sure everything was correct. The optician called me too to confirm my prescription & lens color. The glasses came in good time about 2 weeks exactly when I was told they would arrive. Securely & beautifully packaged & came with original plus my RX lenses installed, a cleaning cloth, a well made aesthetically pleasing Hard case, & a soft little bag case for them too. So glad I got these for myself & that they arrived before my birthday! Thank you VF!

Terrible customer service. Tell your employees to tone down the attitude unless you thaught them to be this way. There’s a thousand other glasses stores that welcome clients with a big smile. I’d rather pay 500$ extra to someone who is respectful than to waste my time in this kind of environment.

Fast delivery less then 48 hr, personnel excellent service on place, nice neighborhood in griffin town, all the top brand are available. I had to exchange my glasses bought online and trade it on place with no problem at all. Bought another pair on place to. Thank you again!

Garbage frames they broke on me in 2 seconds, tried bringing them back but lady said no returns on $99 glasses and it wasnt even a month. Beware these glasses are not high quality

Careful if you order online, it's a Canadian company based in Montreal but they charge your credit card in USD.
They don't say it anywhere on the website and they don't give you prices in canadian! I tought the glasses were a nice deal, but the quality isn't worth it with the exchange rate

Ordered prescription pair glasses online and the process was seamless. Delivery came in beautifully packaged in under 2 weeks time. Received step by step notification by email and text and claimed under my insurance with ease. Glasses are great material and come exactly as advertised. Watch out, don’t take your business there! Worst customer service experience ever. I am still waiting on a call by the supervisor and it’s been a week. I ordered for boxing day, called them maybe 20 mins because the 50% off wasn’t applied on the order and see what they could do, they told me the order couldn’t be cancelled because it has been processed (that’s bull, they sent the frames 3 days later), I asked to just apply it on the order not to cancel it but they had to check with a supervisor, which I am still waiting on. Avoid at all cost and honestly they’re not frames worth 300$ USD (ah yeah watch out for this also, they put their prices in us dollars)

I was browsing their glasses online but I needed to try them on to make sure the fit was right.

First of all, the store looks amazing, once you get in, you noticed how nice and clean everything is, plus, the staff is extremely friendly.

I'm a really picky client and I felt bad for trying so many glasses, but the staff was just there giving A1 service, no pressure, friendly and informative. I literally got the best customer service.

This store is like the Tesla of sunglasses, really inspiring to see top entrepreneurs running their business.

Went in yesterday to get a pair I saw on their instagram page ; unfortunately that pair was discontinued but Franco showed me several newly released options and I ended up finding an amazing new pair for my vacations. The glasses look great and are VERY affordable and you get such a fantastic quality for what you pay for and the service was top notch.
