My wife left work early to pick up some phones from here as she was instructed to by the virgin call centre guy. They didn't have them in stock (Not the store's fault). However, even though it wasn't busy and there was still 30 mins until closing time the store employees couldn't have been more unhelpful and just wanted her out of the store (maybe they don't feel like working a full shift?).
Their only suggestion was that she "phone some other stores" even though this was a error by Virgin. If they cared about even basic customer service they would have called around the stores themselves, seeing as they were being paid to work another 30 mins.

Le service internet arrête pas de couper au moins une ou deux fois par jour. 5 appels et 2 techniciens sont venus et aucun problème de résolu. Pourri!

Don't do the virgin survey. It will cost you the money and time. (14 days on phone and 400$ on the visa card)
