Xavier a répondu à 100% à toutes mes questions, très patient et cordial. Comme j' ai des difficultés avec la technologie, il s'est bien adapté à mon rythme de façon très respectueuse. C' est ce que je recherche dans les services à la clientèle. Je e recommande à 100%! Merci!

I had the best experience with Malak. She helped me change my phone plan and internet plan and she gave us the best deals. She was very polite and very helpful. It was a great service.

La meilleure expérience Client de ma vie vécu aujourd’hui à VirginPlus avec Léo, Diana, et Trinh! En plus d’un service de qualité j’ai eu droit à un shooting photo avec le Google Pixel Pro 6 (appartenant à Léo qui s’est improvisé mon photographe) Merci la gang vous êtes désormais ma succursale FAV! I loved my experience over there. An absolute 10/10. The manager and the staff are very careful in the way they bring up your needs and they give you their 100% all the time! Trin, the girl who works there upgraded my phone a bout a week ago. I could'nt be any happier. She offered many more than i expected. She was patient polite and really professional. A huge congrats on the way the manager runs the store he must be proud of his team. I will always shop there.

I spent a lovely time with Dyana getting my new phone (yayy!). She was so helpful and patient even when I couldn't remember my own info and passwords.
I had a Virgin account 1.5 years ago before I left and always said I would come back once I came home. Great service.:)

I want to sincerely thank DYANA for her excellent customer service. I had an issue with my phone and I had to re-activate. She went above and beyond by staying longer than the closing time. She took her time to explain everything and give me better offers than what I had.

Virgin Plus! Please recognize hard-working employees like DYANA.

I went to sign up today for home internet at their Eaton Centre Branch, A contract was emailed to me in French so I requested to have an English version too because my French isn’t that strong. The guy said that they cannot do that because we are in Quebec. I told him this is nonsense, 8 have services with many service providers and they all send me communication in English too. He said that I will have to call Customer support to have that changed. I called them and they told me that I will have to wait till the service is installed to be able to change my language preference.
My internet service hasn’t even been installed yet and they are already giving me a hard time.
I will call and cancel this order tomorrow, I don’t need this attitude at all.

Never never never believe anything these guys tell you there. He did convince to buy new phone instead of repair the old one (broken screen). He told me since you pay your bill every month without any delay, call virgin mobile and they will agree that you pay the price left (for the broken phone) over 1 or 2 years. He told me, like that you will pay just 10$/month in addition to yoir bill. It turned out to be not true. Virgin mobile does not do that. They have an agreement of paiement, but what thet do is they delay the paiement by maximun 2 or 3 weeks. Not more. So I ended up paying 400$ for the old phone (broken that I can not use) in one paiement. In adition, i have to pay for the new phone. Basically, he did lie to me to convince me to buy new phone.

Overall, their services is very very bad.

Très bien reçu alors que j'avais une urgence. Service impeccable et personnalisé. Les employés étaient souriants et disponibles. Rien à redire. Excellent point de service, facile d'accès en métro.

This is THE worst company I have ever had to deal with and I regret ever moving my services with them. After one month, I received a bill for 3x the agreed upon amount. I tried to get help by phone and was on hold for an hour and never got a response. I tried their live chat and when the agent finally answered, they said that they couldn’t help me and to call again. I called and got someone named Dee, who was rude and condescending and still couldn’t clearly explain what is going on. In one month, I’ve had to contact them three times about outage and billing issues, who is even running this place and where is the quality control? I will be cancelling the SECOND I can sign up for service with a new company. Outrageously horrible customer service! Avoid unless you want continuous headaches any time you need assistance.

Personnel pas du tout compétant, n’est même pas au courant des offres et contredit les informations inscrites sur le site Virgin pour me vendre un forfait qui ne m’intéresse pas.
Après être rendu dans un autre store, j’ai pu adhérer le forfait voulu sans aucun problème et on ne m’a pas dit qu’il n’existait pas.

Arrived at 7: 30 pm on a Monday to replace my phone. The kiosk was completely empty. The hours currently do not reflect actual business hours.
