J’ai toujours un excellent service. J’ai déjà été 3 fois pour divers demandes et j’étais toujours bien servi.

Ne faites pas affaire avec cette compagnie. Service médiocre depuis le début. J'avais trois lignes et j'ai mis fin aux trois contrats. Une compagnie qui ne s'inquiète vraiment pas de sa clientèle. J'aurais voulu mettre aucune étoile. Malheureusement impossible.

J'ai été servie par Brandon. J'étais surprise de sa patience et de sa cordialité. Il m'a offert une attention hors pair. Je suis partie très satisfaite.

I rarely write reviews but I went to virgin yesterday to get my phone upgraded. I knew exactly what I wanted so it was easy. This Asian guy working there served me (David?) and when it came to the part of choosing what plan I wanted, I told him which and he added on by saying that it was mandatory for me to get the protection plan or I can't proceed with this transaction. I asked him why bc normally its an option, and he went on to LIE by saying that Samsung implements that with every provider and due to current situation with inventory and the world crises? That I had to get the protection plan and it would only be for 2 months then later in the conversation, said it was 3 months? I felt like I had no choice so As i was going home i felt like something was off and called Virgin and they removed it! His abilities to genuinely lie like that to a customer is so scary. Please becareful if you ever shop there! (And it's so insensitive to make an upsale with what's actually happening around world, this guy is a sciopath)

Great service! Went once for some info and Brandon was super helpful. Returned and got a new plan with Francisco who was like a literal angel with resolving any issues that came up. Super wholesome team, highly recommend

I went to this booth of Virgin. I have to say that Priscilla is very attentive calm and efficient. You feel that she is there for the client and I felt that she will do what it takes to solve the problem. I saw her with an older man and she was patient and was adapting to the rhythm of the person. I suggest that you go to meet her virgin people, and non virgin people.

This review is NOT for the service of the shop but for the service of the company. This is the most insensitive service trying to cancel an account because of someone passing away. Rather than make things smooth and simple for the family they make it complicated and ridiculous. Rather than help the bereaved they torture one with unnecessary hoops to jump through asking for forms to be filled while it takes them 30 minutes to create a new account. This is is the most inefficient horrible insensitive service at a critical time.

N’allez pas là bas. Ils ont essayé de nous scammer et de nous faire payer plus qu’il ne le fallait. Suite à cela nous avons appelé le service à la clientèle Virgin pour leur demander si les informations qu’ils nous on donné était vrai et il s’avère qu’elles étaient fausse et que souvent ces informations fausses étaient donné aux clients pour se faire plus d’argent. Bref n’allez pas la bas… il vous ajoute des frais sans vraiment savoir pourquoi et vous donne de fausses informations pour se faire de l’argent dans votre dos. Allez dans TOUT les autres Virgin mais pas celui la, ce sont des meneurs.

I would recommend Virgin to anyone. I just set up cellphone, intrrnet and tv for very favourable rates. But most of all, Leo, sales agent, was incredibly helpful and patient and made the transaction a pleasure. Five star service absolutely!

I was served by Leo and Pris, they were super nice and made feel heard and understood. They stayed with me to help me understand all I was going through and made sure I understood what was going on with my account. Excellent customer service! I recommend going to this virgin mobile!

C'est un petit Kiosque qui vend surtout certains téléphones cellulaires et certains services limités, par le passé j'ai eu le service téléphonique avec eux, je n'ai pas été du tout satisfait " Services Super Médiocre" factures qui augmentaient constamment sans savoir pourquoi, très difficile à communiquer avec quelqu'un pour avoir des informations importantes et nécessaires. Il n'est pas le seul, il y a d'autres compagnies téléphoniques qui ne sont pas aussi fiables malheureusement. Mais le petit Kiosque est beau, il est très bien placé dans le Centre d'Achat Alexis Nihon, Métro Atwatter.

Dans ce kiosque le Monsieur asiatique qu’il était au stand 25/05/2023 à 14h30 son comportement vraiment pas professionnel.
Il est concentré avec son téléphone personnel!
D’ailleurs je suis un client de chez vous et j’ai pris mes 2 lignes de ce kiosque avec une Dame quelle connaît très bien sa métier et elle est professionnel.
Je ne recommande absolument pas d’aller vers ce Monsieur.

Theebi parle tres bien espagnol il de debrouille pas mal bien et merci encore a Theebi et Pris du virgin atwater pour son excelent service

The 3 star is just because customer service are always helpful and amazing to work with.internet on the other hand, is the worst experience I've ever had.it broke down twice in a month, had to change my modem the second time (which was the second time in a year and it never fell or anything that would make it break), and on top of it, they don't have their information updated they booked an appointment in a Virgin Plus location that was closed for renovations. I do not recommend getting internet services from Virgin
