I have been only using Virgin two years, didn’t use any other providers as my husband really like them. Today after visiting this location I have realized why. It’s the amazing customer service. Fariha was fantastic and fabulous, she asked all the right questions, understood our need and helped us with exactly what we needed. I will say Virgin made the right call hiring her, Fariha for sure is an asset! Kudos!

She also recommended the internet and tv service which is making me save alot of money. Wow, im very impressed by how fast the process was. I could not recommend a better service. Fariha was amazing and fabulous, we just moved to Québec, and she was very helpful by understanding our needs, and giving us options which will be better for us. Furthermore, some of the documents were in French, as we just moved here and couldn't speak, she translated and explain everything. Moreover spent time on the phone with customer care service to switch documents to English so we can understand. Amazing service and will go again! Fariha is another example why I am with Virgin for 8 years!
