Pas du tout professionnel, j’ai mes verres avec eux à peu près un mois à chaque fois j’appelle concernant mes lunettes ils me raccrochent au nez sans donner d’explications, désordre total

I went to have the exam, I chose the glasses and approximately 4 weeks later they gave them to me with the wrong formula, because I work approximately 2 weeks later they gave me an appointment which was unnecessary since the optometrist supposedly realized the error. They have Approximately 3 weeks have passed and our glasses are still not ready! Approximately 8 weeks for a pair of glasses which I have to pay for, it's too long! Apart from everything, the lady who serves has a horrible attitude.

I am happy with the service in this place. Came to fix the eye glass. Since it was a small thing to fix, they didn’t charge anything. They did for free. I recommend this place.
