I had such great experience at the clinic, Dr. Pascal Lebrun was very thorough with the exam. I used to go to different clinics and this was by far my most thorough exam. Dr. Lebrun answered all my questions, he was kind and very patient. I definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to this place since 2004, never disappointed with quality and service, Pascal O. D.is great person, Francine never disappointed me either.
Also I tried different places over the time, and I wasn't happy as much as with them.
Great place, I do recommend the place, but remember they very busy and that may effect your experience. The Most difficult is to find parking spot, so get some extra time for that.

C’est incroyable la manque d’humanité, de service, de compréhension. Les 2 femmes qui travaillent à la réception vous traitent comme si vous étiez un animal. Par contre l’optométriste c’est un excellent professionnelle, dommage pour lui, d’avoir la misère de gérer avec ses 2 femmes. RESTEZ LOIN DE CET ENDROIT.

Stay away from this place, completely overpriced and we had to redo the exam at another location, they didn't care that on that perticular day due to medical condition exam was not a good idea, they just wanted the money, they should have been honest and rescheduled the appointment for a few months into the future but no

Echoing many reviews here, the service is just absolutely awful - enough to make my 70 year old mom cry. All because the glasses she got were not at the right distance for reading. I went in with her the next time and sure enough, as many have mentioned.

Aggressive, disrespectful demeanor, arrogant attitude: all the things you should not be getting when spending hundreds of dollars.

On the flip side, the doctor is fantastic and gets great referrals, but that is not enough to offset the absolutely *abhorrent* service here. Never seen anything quite like it.

Francine, if you hate the job so much, please just do something else. Clearly you're not enjoying it either.

J'ai pu faire mettre des verres sur mes anciennes montures.
Je n'ai pas eu la copie de mes résultats mais peut-être était-ce parce que je faisais faire mes verres sur place.

Ive been going for decades - and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is attentive, esponsive, caring - and I know they'll help me choose a flattering frame. They treat their customers like family. Great to be able to rely on such great opticians.

Completely ignorant staff. Gave me an appointment and when I got there the optometrist decided he didn't want to see me!
