Stéphane is extremely talented at what he does and his friendliness is the cherry on top. A friend recommended me to him when I pinched a nerve in 2021 and he not only helped relieve the pain of my pinched nerve (which had been ongoing for quite some time by the time I saw him) but he also gave me exercises to do at home to continue the healing process.

I now go to him for more general massages and leave feeling relieved and relaxed. His space is very welcoming and cozy and I his music choices are always really calm but not sleepy or boring.

I would recommend him to anyone looking to establish knowledgeable and comforting care!

Stéphane is a fantastic masseuse! He is so good at what he does and I always feel so good after. He is very educated, professional, has lots of knowledge and awnsers any of my questions. He speaks both english and french, so he is perfect for people who just moved to Quebec and do not speak french. Not to mention, his price is fantastic! Very reasonable and affordable! Le meilleur! J’ai eu bcp de massage pour différentes raisons (détente, thérapeutique, post blessure sportive) et Stéphane est le meilleur. Très à l’écoute de nos besoins selon le moment et le vécu. Prend le temps de nous parler avant le massage pour bien faire le tour de la personne dans toutes ses sphères. Il sait régler aussi bien les petites tensions que les gros bobos. Une perle!
